We called approximately 10 places trying to find a place to do an RV Motorhome Oil change. Most places said we don't do trucks and RVS. I freaked a little wondering if I would be able to find someone to do this for us or would we have to try to do the oil change ourselves. I found 3 service places that had good reviews: Northtown in Mchenry IL, Tom Jones Auto on Washington St in Waukegan and National Pride Auto Center in Kenosha. National pride was the only place that said we could come on Saturdays. What a great place! Affordable too! The woman on the phone when I called to inquire.... Very Nice. They have bays to fit the larger vehicles. Yay!. They said if the bays were full, they would service my car outside the bay to be sure we would have it done and could be on our way. The mechanics explained what they checked and how everything looked. I would say, don't hesitate to try out this place, if you are looking for auto service and if you are looking for an oil change for your RV / Motorhome. It was so affordable that even if we could have done it ourselves...why waste energy, time and the body aches when national pride can do it quickly, efficiently and affordably.

We were towed to National Pride after a breakdown on 294. We were pulling a u-haul and had our 4 dogs with us. Their staff stayed late to repair our vehicle. This friendly, family owned auto shop went the extra mile for us.

Called to inquire about an emissions test and person who answered phone was very nice and said, "come on over and we'll help you out right away". I did just that and they fulfilled their commitment. Stopped here in a panic due to engine overheating on a road trip through Wisconsin. We were out of coolant due to a radiator leak. Pam and Ron own this business which has been in Pam's family for many years. And they are fantastic mechanics and honest business owners. I highly recommend them.

Full disclosure: I've had 2 oil changes here that resulted in me returning to have it fixed because my car was leaking copious amounts of oil. Besides those 2 incidents, though, I have had terrific experiences here. Their labor prices are reasonable and they work very hard to accommodate you and your schedule. Their assessments have been truthful, even though it dies not generate any money. I would recommend them.
