I've brought every car I've owned here (and I've had at least 5). They take care of you! They fixed my car completely that was totaled! They bought my dads old classic Cadillac and updated it! This past year a cop ran into the side of my car and it looks like brand new! Plus, they always return your car detailed and completely clean! I highly recommend! Caitlin and Mike are great!

A place you can trust!!!
I unfortunately wrecked my car pretty bad a few years ago and took it here for repair. It was in bad shape and they did a wonderful job of putting it back together.
Someone keyed my car and another person sideswiped it and left some marks on each side of the car. I took it in for a face lift today and it looks brand new again. The owner is very nice and even had my car cleaned up for me when I came to pick it up. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Got into a hit and run a few months back, I talked with Michael and he was very professional in terms of how long it would take to get my vehicle back. They did a great job on my car. Took about a month but they also gave me a loaner free of charge once the insurance couldn't pay for the rental

Started off as a great experience, ended badly. Took my truck in for a bumper replacement, when they attached the new bumper...they caused a chip in the paint where the seam is. It has continued to chip off and is getting larger. Initially I talked to a not-so-friendly guy named Rob, he was pretty annoyed from the start. When I asked about fixing the chip, he said they could touch it up. I expressed concern about a simple touch up because the discoloration would show. They also didn't tighten the bumper completely so it was slightly hanging on the driver side underneath. Also the bumper liner they ordered (which was the cheaper generic liner that Allstate insurance approved) didn't fit properly and looked horrible. The proper liner was only $40 more and after speaking with Allstate, they advised minsers to simply send back the quote for the right liner and Allstate would pay the difference. Before I took the truck back for the new liner, paint touch up & bumper tightening....a lady backed into the back bumper of my truck. So minsers ordered a rear bumper and when I took the truck in for all the work to be done at once, they touched up the paint and sure enough...it was an obvious eye sore. They also offered to buff out some spots on the hood where tree sap was stuck. They got the sap off but left visible marks that they failed to buff out. Later they agreed to buff out the marks on the hood but refuse to fix the paint chip. The owner Mike is very nice but there seems to be a lack of QC before the vehicles leave the shop and the attention to detail is not great.

Had my car repaired here in April. If I had it to do over again, I'd go anywhere but here!
And the owner is vulgar and dude.
3 times they told me my car was ready. Too bad they didn't have it done the first time they said it was.
Even had to walk home after returning their free loner vehicle(scary to drive).

A good friend recommended Minser's to me after they did a great job repairing collision damage to her car. I've now been here twice for work on two different vehicles and have been completely satisfied both times. Their pricing is very reasonable and the work has always been done whey they say it will be done. And, they've cleaned my vehicle for me both times - a very nice bonus! I highly recommend them.

Rude and not helpful at all! Car got into an accident and my auto company had it towed here. The mechanic told me one thing and my insurance company totaled it. When I went to go get the things out of my vehicle the receptionist was the rudest person I have ever met and one of the managers was a jerk. I would never bring my vehicle here!

Minsers did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle. They finished it on time and beat another collision shops estimate by over 10%. They didn't add anything that wasn't unnecessary. They also cleaned the vehicle well before I picked it up. I will recommend to others.

A fair deal, great work

A few years ago I backed into a pole (!!!) and had to fix up the damage to not only the bumper but body as well before turning it in for the lease expiration. Got a quote at Minsers and just to make sure it was a good price went right to a more widely known collision shop just north of them on Woodward Ave. (won't mention the name) where I was quoted just over double the cost that Minser's gave me for the SAME JOB! When I informed the manager of the collision shop (NOT MINSER'S) of the price Minser's gave me, he started making up all this stuff about "oh, well if you want it done RIGHT we have to remove all your windows and take the body off the frame...blah blah blah." Needless to say I went with Minser's who stuck to their price and did a fantastic job. Paint matched perfectly, contours repaired without a trace of the damage. It was amazing. I told them what the other shop had said about taking my whole car apart etc. to do it and they laughed. They didn't need to do any of that (or at least very little of it) and they did a perfect job while staying within the quoted price. Honest guys who seem to enjoy what they do and do it well. I highly recommend them (and often do) to anyone (that I like) who needs to get work done. They are now my "collision guys."
