ASAP Automotive did a great job on our 2006 F-150 pickup. The truck has over 200,000 miles and it needed a thorough going over. Ron and his team did a great job, were very fair, and Noe kept us up to date with a complete estimate and work status calls.
The truck runs really smooth and handles great. They changed the spark plugs without any issues. (This model Ford has 2 piece plugs that can easily damage the heads if not in the hands of pros). No more wandering and the starting issue they diagnosed has been repaired. The truck starts as it was brand new.
I would definitely recommend ASAP Automotive to anyone looking for fair, quality work on your car or truck.

I had my car towed to ASAP because my parents had been doing business there for years, and they had worked on my car when it was my parents'. Noe was condescending and rude. He wouldn't tell me what brand parts they were going to use and only that they were "the highest quality". The parts seemed expensive compared to my research. Noe and Ron refused to do the work with an outsourced part, so I decided to do the work myself. Throughout every conversation, Noe was disrespectful and condescending.
Upon posting this information on Facebook, Ron posted my personal information (Address, Phone Number, Email, License Plate #) on Facebook and continued harassing me on my personal Facebook account.
Not only will I never do business with them again, but I will continually urge anyone to never do business with them. I have reported them to the BBB for the privacy issue. They only want to do business with people who can afford any price to "just get it done".

Everything was done on well and on time. ASAP was very willing to accommodate my schedule and make arrangements for me to get my car after hours. I have been going to ASAP for over 15 years, and would never bring my car to another mechanic. They don't do unnecessary repairs, and in fact have talked me out of work I thought I needed done at least half a dozen times.

ASAP Automotive Repair took care of me very quickly! I was able to have my car dropped off over night by the tow company. They have a drop off box for the Key so I didn't even need to show up. They were very kind the entire time I worked with them. What I thought was originally a clutch issue turned out to be a blown motor which is a warranty item with my dealer. They gave me some advice and sent me on my way, I really really appreciate the great service and them going above and beyond for me! I'll be back the first opportunity i get, which hopefully be soon...

I brought my 2000 GMC Safari van in. Ron was great and very competent. He was able to diagnose my car's problem in 1 hour and have a new catalytic converter installed later that day. We brought my van home the very next day. ASAP really does mean asap at this shop!
The price was fair and I could not be happier with the service. Hubby is a total car guy and even he was impressed. That is not easy to do, believe me. He happily says he has found an auto mechanic he can work with. The staff showed us the used part and they were spot on.
Very happy !!

This place "actually fixes your car"! They're highly knowledgeable, up-front, cut directly to the core of your problem or needs and best of all, "they will NEVER try to sell you something you don't need"!
They're "strictly business & professional", so don't expect to get stroked with lot's of the "warm & fuzzes"! But hey, that's why I love this place; "THEY GET 'ER DONE"!!! The owner's pretty experienced with Cadillac's too which is a nice alternative for me, as opposed to dealerships! I give them "a 5 Stars Tour de Force"!!!

Went in for an oil change earlier this year on my lunch break since I'd had a few good experiences with this place. After mentioning the company I work for (in telling him that I was on my lunch break) the gentleman behind the counter started complaining about his experience with that company. He went on for around five minutes without even asking me what brought me in. Well I think he clued in when I looked at my watch and at the door, and finally got me started for the oil change. Service took longer than I was used to and I was a bit late getting back to lunch. He would do well to learn in this sort of situation who is the employee and who is the customer. In that transaction, I was the customer, regardless of which company I normally represent. Needless to say, I'm not a customer anymore.

When I owned my 2008 Isuzu Rodeo, I brought my car in to have the brakes changed out. After inspecting the vehicle, Ron (owner) asked me if I was having a problem with the brakes. I said, "No. I figured I needed new brakes at 60,000 miles. Ron told me that the brakes were very good and that I could go another 30,000 miles with the current brakes. What honesty. Some other shop would have just changed the brakes and charged me for it just to make some money. ASAP Auto is an honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy repair shop. When I purchased my new 2008 Toyota Camry, I decided to have the dealership service the new vehicle every 5,000 miles, but Sunnyvale Toyota missed problems with my car. I am back to using ASAP Automotive only.
PS: They offer AAA members a discount.

I've been going to ASAP for about 15 years now, and try not to bring my cars anywhere else. Rates are great, repairs dependable. Ron is a very honest guy - over the years, he's talked me out of several repairs that other mechanics had recommended but that I actually didn't need. Super satisfied!

Back before i started working on my own cars, Ron was the only one i let touch my car. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. He does everything from maintenance to performance work. If i was going to have anyone work on my car, it'd be Ron. In the mean time, i will always recommend friends and family to go to ASAP!

Recommend by my coworkers. Good place!
Changed a fuel injector on my car and the car stopped firing up. I thought i shorted out my injector wiring harness, was feeling pretty stressed. Took the car here and Ron (the owner) and Mike (mechanic) were really helpful. Mike quickly got my car up and running (flooded engine) and I picked it up the next day. Very honest and professional. I'd come here again.

On December 11, 2007 --
I rely on my Honda CR-V to work and I was panic when the check engine light was on last week. Needing the vehicle for my work commute, I had no much time to check around for a good auto shop. So I decided to try my luck at ASAP Automotive. However, the check engine light mysteriously turned off in the middle of their working on the vehicle. Since the light is now off, they could easily tell me that they have fixed the problem and charge me whatever they wanted. Instead, they told me the truth. They did not even charge me the diagnosis fee. I can't tell you how thankful I am to them! Although they did not make a penny on the vehicle this time, I will go back to them if there is something needed to be done on the vehicle.
I recommend ASAP Auto Repair to anyone who values honesty and professional work.
On March 15, 2008 --
I went back to ASAP to have vehicle maintenance last month. To my delight, they found out the reason why my vehicle sometimes died at traffic lights or stop signs and fixed the problem. Since then, my Honda CR-V has been running great and the worry and embarrassment of getting stuck in the middle of traffic are no longer in my mind. What a great relief!
By the way, they are decent people who treat others in a polite and easy manner. You will like them as I do.

Honest, professional work. I have had my auto maintenance performed here for nearly five years now. The first time I brought my latest vehicle in, there was a problem with the lug nuts staying put on the wheels after the tire rotation--I called the same day of the problem, and the shop stayed open later than their usual hours to make sure that not only the lug nuts stayed in place, but also replaced the parts in question without extra charge.
I recommend ASAP to anyone wanting quality, honest work.

i have been debating writing this review since I don't like to impact peoples lives in a negative manner but after thinking about it I felt I had been wronged a couple times by ASAP. I own a 1996 Toyota T100. The most recent was when my clutch throw-out bearing starting howling. ASAP had done a complete clutch job for me 14 months earlier at a cost of $1300. True the warranty was up after 12 months but I had only put 13,000 miles on the clutch.I took it back and was told it was no longer under warranty and a new bearing would be expensive. He would take $50 off the price. The first time they did the clutch job I was inconvenienced because after picking it up it would not go into four wheel drive and they had to do it over again. I also truly question there honesty and integrity ;I know something about that since I am a retired Deputy Sheriff. A few years back my catalytic converter was stolen. T100 trucks are a common target. Anyways ASAP advised me and my insurance company that the only way I would ever pass smog is if I replaced it with an OEM T100 catalytic converter at a cost of $3000 versus another common replacement at about $500. I fought with my insurance company and they finally agreed to pay the balance after my $500 deductible. The job with smooth and I passed smog. Well my catalytic converter was recently stolen again and I took it to a different shop. They advised that I could use the cheaper converter, that it would have no impact on passing smog and the truck would perform the same. I went with their suggestion. I had no troubles and the truck passed smog. It seems to me ASAP saw an opportunity to take money from the "deep pockets" of an insurance company . Not good since this drives up the cost of insurance for all of us. I consider myself a good judge of peoples character and I do not believe the owner of ASAP is a good businessman and I do not recommend this business.

Disclaimer: I'd rather leave ZERO stars.
I took time off from work to bring my car after having been referred to this place by my mom (who I'm thinking may have been taken advantage of now). I told the guy I wanted a tune-up and to check the coolant because on my way there my car started blinking "coolant" at me.
Fast forward several hours later. My parents went to pick up the car because I was still at work and the guy gave them a bill just under $1000 and told them something about how I had to bring in the car another day because they had to order 4 parts (struts and something else) and they were going to charge another $300 after they installed everything. When I got home I looked over the receipt the guy gave my parents and noticed he ONLY did the diagnostics on the car and charged almost $200 for it. At no time did he fix the coolant or do the tune-up. They had my car all day and for what!? I called up a few other places to ask about the strut "problem" and they all said the same thing: You don't need to "fix" anything until the car has at least 100,000 miles on it. Well guess what!? My car only has about 40,000 miles on it. The guy was trying to rip me off and it didn't work because I canceled everything and sent my dad to get his money back. Also, when I called back that day the guy told me they close up at 5pm meanwhile their business cards and website say they close at 5:30 pm. Also he didn't know how to refund the money so he charged my dad twice before he figured out how to refund the money back.
From now on I'll stick with the Saturn dealership and my local Pepboys.

They've been performing almost all of the service on my 1999 Corolla for at least the last 8 years/90,000 miles (it might be longer, but that's the oldest receipt I found). They're honest, professional, and thorough. In all that time, I've never had a problem with them or any of the work they've done for me or any of the friends I've referred to them.

I had taken my car into ASAP and had been pleased with the results. Last month I was getting ready to move cross country and Friday night before I was to leave on Saturday my engine started running rough and the check engine light came on. The engine settled down after a couple of minutes but I did not want to start a 5 day drive with a engine light on. Saturday morning I called ASAP and the owner just happened to be in till lunch. He told be to bring my Jeep down and he would hook it up to the computer. He was able to tell me what happened and reset the engine light. He also spent another 20 minutes or so look over the engine to make sure everything looked good for my trip. The charge? Half hour of labor for almost an hour of work.
