Wow this guy was super quick and ready to help even before he knew the "mission"! We lost a pin-thingy (my words) that went into the receiver (his words) on our ball hitch. We sent him a picture, dropped him pin on our location on some desolate stretch of I-5 and within
30
Minutes!!
He was there. With the pin and cotter key and advice for the next time when we move with a little Uhaul tow behind (get the locking hitch pin!!)

Andy is amazing! My fianc and I got a flat while traveling on I-5 South in the middle of nowhere (for us). The nearest Chevron had numerous cards for lots of services, but each one kept going to an automated services to leave a message and they'd call back...not the most reassuring.
I called Andy's Towing, and Andy answered immediately! We were about 25 miles from his location and he was able to get to us in 30 minutes! He quickly repaired the flat with a patch, and a reasonable price.

Andy is AWESOME. I am so thankful that when we broke down, he was the one to swiftly come get us.
My sister and I were both very frightened after our front tire went flat in the middle of the night, and Andy could not have been more helpful and reassuring that we would be ok. He patiently waited on the phone with our insurance company until they gave the go-ahead to tow us 120 miles back to our home.
I only hope that if I have to go through that experience again, I am in the vicinity of where Andy's Towing is available.

Andy did a great job for us. My car broke down about 10 miles out of town. He found us in the middle of no where. Got us a taxi, as there were four of us and we could not all fit in his truck. He took us to an auto shop that was open on a Saturday afternoon. They fixed the car while we ate lunch. A month later, I realized that I had lost my receipt so that insurance would pay for the tow. Once again Andy came through and texted me a copy of my original receipt. Great job!

If you're in trouble, call Andy now - read this review later!
My car broke down just off I-5 (driving from LA to SF) on the 152 passway, in the worst spot, just around a corner, no shoulder on the road, lots of gigantic semi trucks flying around the corner. I was terrified,
Andy dropped what he was doing to come get me as fast as he could. When I got there, his widened eyes confirmed that yes, I was broken down in a terrifying spot. But he strapped my car up in world-record time and got me the hell out of there!!!
He was also very helpful with analyzing what went wrong with my car and getting me to the right place to rent-A-Car, etc. I feel like we became friends. Good family man, trying to run a family business. Be sure to use him if you can.

Andy'S Towing Service
I'm a Wounded Warrior that got Retired from the Army due to injuries I sustained in Iraq not once but twice. I hope I got your attention now. You are not just hearing this from anyone but from a person who was in the Army and got Retired at age 28. Andy goes above and beyond and It is the best Towing Service I've ever came across. My Truck broke down in the Center of the Road(Mercy Spring Rd ) and then two Police with there vehicle came to stop traffic while waiting for a tow truck and Andy's Towing came to the rescue. I'm surprise he was very professional and experience handling my Truck and how quick it took him to get there and got us out. I'm the type of person if Customer Service was awful I don't care if it takes hours to get any other help but I'd rather wait. I was once working for a Tow Truck company, so I acted dumb as if I didn't know anything. Little did he know I was watching every move he made and the question I was asking, I already know. So not only the service is awesome but he actually knows what his doing or what to do if it was worse. Yes I know there might be cheaper Towing Company but I and so many people strongly recommend you to spent your money wisely by calling Andy's Towing service. Andy is or should I say I myself will recommend everyone at Los Banos to call him because of the outstanding service and it's very rare to find someone like this. He loves to work by helping others that needs help and he also has a family to feed which is why he goes out of his way to help. I'd rather spent every cent of my money to get the job done quickly and professionally and Andy's Towing is who I would call. Not only does he do all this, but he also Support The Troops that the Actual price was real expensive but gave me an unbelievable price. Late Thanksgiving evening my sister calls me from the side of the road somewhere outside of Los Banos, where her car had just broke down. She had been driving all day from Tucson, and we were hoping to see her before the end of the night but now that wasn't going to happen.
She tried to flag down anyone and almost got hit by three cars. With no idea how far back the closest service station was and her very large Wolf breed dog she couldn't leave in the car, walking Hwy152 in the dark would have made them a target for oblivious drivers, stuffed on Turkey and wine, if they didn't fall down a dark slope into the reservoir first! She had a little money for gas but not enough to cover the flat rate of $100+ just to get anyone to just come to her car.
I called the closest tow company I thought was near her and Andy answered. I asked if he would take my credit card over the phone and if he could call her and figure out where she was. We were hoping it was just that her car ran out of gas, but I didn't know if that was the case!?
He said he could and would hopefully get to her in the next 20-30 mins, took my card info and phone number and said he'd call my sister.
20 mins later I get a call, not from my sister, from Andy. He had gotten my sister's car started, was going to follow her to the closest service station, and was pretty sure she had just run out of gas. Later I found out he waited until she had gassed up and restarted the car and made sure it idled on its own until he felt comfortable to send her on her way. He also gave her paperwork and told her it may be submittable to insurance for reimbursement, depending on our coverage.
Thank you Andy for being able to help out on Your Thanksgiving and for the going above and beyond service you provided.

Broke down about 20 minutes outside of Los Banos on our way to Redding and Andy came quickly. He was incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient in a stressful situation. Andy and his crew went above and beyond to get us back on the road that same day. He is a skilled mechanic who discovered issues that other mechanics had missed in other places. I am so incredibly thankful for Andy and his team! If you are having car trouble, know that you will be taken care of so well by Andy's Towing.

I had a hard time getting ahold of a few other tow companies in the area when the battery in my truck died. A couple of them just flat out didn't even show up without a heads up. A few others had some pretty outrageous prices.
I decided to hop on yelp and start reading reviews to see if this is a common occurrence in the area. I read a couple good reviews about Andy's Towing and decided to give them a call. I believe it was Andy who showed up, and he got there pretty quick. He was a pleasure to deal with, and he was professional but relaxed at the same time. He doesn't have a shitty or condescending attitude, and his equipment doesn't look like it's about to fall apart either... that's something that sticks out too somebody who's in the trucking industry. As a small business owner, it's nice to deal with other small business owners for this very reason.
With that all being said, Andy is the one I'll be calling if I ever have any more vehicle problems near Los Banos.

I can't say enough good things about Andy!!!!! Our mini-van was loaded down for a camping trip and "loaded" is an understatement. We got a flat and managed to change it ourselves, but we needed a new tire quickly so we could finish our vacation safely. The first place we tried was a bust and then we found Andy's. It was 15 minutes till closing time so I called ahead to see if they could help us. They were FABULOUS! Andy had a guy meet us at the shop. The process went quite quickly and then we got a follow up call from Andy to make sure everything went okay. I'm a fan of the old school philosophy of customer service and Andy's Towing has got it!!!!

Best Service of the town! I had a blow out tire on the freeway so I call Andy to tow my car. within half of an hour he arrived! (it's super hot outside) He's very nice and gave me a good price for the towing. He also advised me what to do with the tires. I would strongly recommend everyone come to Andy.

We broke down on the side of the highway 30 miles a outside of Los Banos at 9pm. We had the most pleasant experience with Andy. He came and towed us and took us to a nice hotel to stay the night while our car was being fixed. Andy was very professional and experienced. We highly recommend him for any of your towing needs!
