This shop knows its stuff. The owner spent over two hours going over everything with the car, and even made some suggestions based on his experience with builds on Nissans. He's sent pictures, kept us up to date every week, and been very very thorough in his invoicing. So far, I'm very happy, and very impressed. I will update as the build proceeds.

I used to do business with them, but they quoted me one price and when it became a little bit more work than they thought, the owner upped the price. This was on something small, a suspension change. I can't imagine how bad it would be if it was something big like a turbo setup. I would never do business with these people again and I own performance cars. I go elsewhere.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!!!! This is the ONLY place you will want to ever take your car or refer to your friends and family!!!!! Russ is only 1 of 3 Master iCar 7 Seal Gold & Master ASC certified technicians. I have NEVER experienced customer service to this degree!!!! Russ and team are the epitemy of customer service taking care of you from beginning to end and yet still follow-up with you months and years later. They went above and beyond my wildest expectations. Went in with an ok car, left with a showroom car! I will never take my car to anyone else, Russ has my business and I will share with everyone, for LIFE!!!! Talk about setting the bar for customer service........Ground Zero Customs, Russ and team are THE BAR !!!!

If you want the best, Come to ground zero. Russell Franklin is an amazing owner and his work is top notch. My fiance dropped his car off three weeks ago but the results of their work really paid off. Unlike other shops he used five coats of clear with a lifetime warranty. He takes care of the cars as though they are his own. Plus he keeps his customers informed of their works progress. If I need to get my car repainted this is who I am having do the work.

If your reading this you got lucky...Ground Zero is the place ! Every positive remark is right on! I took my truck there after calling them and they stopped what they were doing and proceeded to remove my bumber which was damaged and crushed in endangering my tires.Well Russell would not take any $$ for it and instead gave me a quote on new bumber etc...Needless to say he was the most reasonable and actually did the work in 1 day...Refreshing....I actually went home and got my daughters car for some work he quoted me while we chatted..WONT FIND ANY BETTER, CAUSE YOU JUST DID!
