DONT DO IT. This place completely messed up my car, I had a minor accident where another car rear ended me, very small dent, just a replacement bumper and trunk. they left me with missing parts from my vehicle, a dented trunk lid, And not to mention when I went to fill up my gas tank, they had actually punctured the tank so gas went every where. When I told them about it they told me it was how old my car was....UMMM IVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS BEFORE?! The man I spoke to with the initial estimate was very rude when I informed him of my alignment issue that had happened because of my accident, he told me it was absolutely impossible for that to have happened and refused to fix it.(Gerry) I would not recommend a place like this, they were rude and completely wasted my time.
Go to a real shop it maybe a little slower but at least they will do the job right and you won't have to come back.

This is a terrible place to get your car repaired. They ordered the wrong wheels for my car twice. It took two weeks for the wheels to arrive. Once I received my car back they made a mistake with the alignment. I had to take it back. They kept it for another week. My rentals insurance expired so I had to front the bill. Please don't go here!!!

I went in for a quote to repair a dent. This place came in with the highest price and highest degree of attitude.
The guy who did the estimate added labor for repairs that I didn't need. Half an hour of labor to wipe off my door handle? A can of degreaser, a shop rag, and 2 minutes of my time was all it took.
The estimator wasn't willing to explain what work needed to be done. All he could do was say that this was a top rated facility. He wouldn't answer questions, but he'll chide you for considering another shop. If you're not walking in with a blank check from an insurance company, they don't want your business.

After the parts came in it only took 3 days to do the repairs to my rear passenger door and fender. Lots of email updates and they kept me informed through each step of the repairs via email. It was an overall pleasant experience, plus the hertz rental car was quick and easy to get taken care of. Also if you go to your website you can grab a $100.00 off coupon and a save on that deductible. Will go here again if I have to.

Awesome Service

I recently had my car repaired at Family Motors Auto Body and Paint. They were very professional and even finished my car early. I had my car repaired here after a car accident. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful every time I spoke with them, and responded efficiently when I had questions regarding my car's progress. They fixed the back bumper and side panels on my car leaving them looking BETTER than before. I was very pleased with their work. Also, their office is really nice, with a spacious and comfortable waiting area. Usually when you think of anything to do with auto repair, you think oily, dirty waiting areas with auto posters from 10 years ago. I 100% recommend their services!

We went to family motors to have my jeep libertys window regulators replaced and front fender put back on. We spoke with Richard who was very friendly and professional. He gave us a quote and time limit for the repairs. It was done on time and cost below our quote. All staff members we dealt with were above and beyond nice. It was a really horrible experience. The receptionists were acting all snobby and bitchy, like They think they are too good to talk to you. They give out personal client information as well. I know this because I had a friend call for me and they gave them my name, number, and address. I'm pretty sure it's against law to give out personal client information to a stranger. There is no manager there most of the time.

This shop did a bad job on my girlfriends car.Next day noticed the paint was pealing off then noticed bonus damage.Really nice shop, but work doesn't match up. Would never take it to them again. Would never recommend it. After I told them about what happened they gave me the run around & never called me back or said sorry.
