I was in an accident! My Mercedes GL450 bumper was completely smashed! I took it here and they assessed it immediately. They were very accommodating and worked close with the insurance adjuster to fix my vehicle in a timely fashion. Their prices were very competitive! I was concerned about the paint matching but when it was complete I couldn't tell the difference. They even detailed my entire truck inside and out as a courtesy!!! Love love love the place. The service was expectable and the owner spoke with me and explained the whole process form beginning to end! I will be utilizing their services for all my automotive needs!!

Great Efficient Service

I haven't received my paperwork from accident he fixed my car over two months ago.. Wasn't done correctly.. Messed up my whole abs system using cheap brakes on my Mercedes then called the police because I paid$400 for brakes my insurance gave more than $7000 n my car is driving like a Chevy now... Please all black business isn't good business ... Then told me I need a brake hose the day after I paid Mercedes $600 to just evaluate my car because it drove so bad after they did work for my accident... Making complaint with the state... Totally unprofessional

A job that should have taken no more than 10 days took over two months after he was paid in full from All State Insurance... Another job to just fix a head light that fist estimate was $165.00 increased to $800.00. After over 3-weeks he still had not return my $250.00 deposit even after promising.... I had to complaint to American Express to resolve it.

A very personable staff who happens to have 15+ yrs experience. Black owned & operated. They're custom designing and building a SUV based on my wishes for a very affordable price and Mr. Alexander can just about finance any credit situation. I was just there this past Friday and had an awesome experience! The customer service was great! I had a little bumper damage in which I wasn't too happy about. Mr. Alexander and his staff were very thorough and explained what they were doing the whole time. They are also in a very convenient location. Needless to say I am very pleased!

I had a very good first-time experience at B&G Auto Center today. My daughter's car was making a lot more noise than normal. I thought it might need a new muffler. Took my car to B&G and found it wasn't the muffler at all, but a gasket and some rusted bolts. Alverdis took the time to show me a diagram of the part that was being replaced and explained the process. He gave me an estimate of the cost prior to the work being done. Definitely a lot less than I thought. While waiting, I was able to get much needed work done in the comfortable waiting area with free WIFI! He has very friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend his place of business the next time you need your car repaired. The prices are fair and not padded with stuff you don't need. I will be back for sure!

They are a rip-off, they would give you one price before service is performed on your vehicle then change it once service is completed, a higher amount. Just giving a head-ups, but they my just work for you try them at your own risk as I did. Poor service and junk

Worst shop I have ever dealt with horrible communication, broken promises on when you will receive your car and over pricing if you have to choose a shop please chose a different one. I would hate for anyone to have to deal with these people
