Poor service. The Mechanic referred for the job was supposed to arrive at 10:00 am. He sent a text at 9:38 am stating he had to complete a radiator job prior to arriving and will call. I asked for an expected arrival time. No response. Although I could see that he read my message. I reminded him again that I needed to go to work and if he could not fit me in today I would go in so that I do not miss a full day for no reason. I waited. About 4 hours later I called. Sounds like he is on a family outing. Says "I'm not done yet!" and took the phone away from his ear. I just hung up and texted the number listed on the website. Someone responded that he is just an affiliate of the company and they will give someone else the job. Yet I have already wasted a day off and car has not been seen. If this situation improves I will update if not you have been forewarned....

James Williams is a con-man. He does not stand by his work. He is unprofessional. Two weeks after he replaced my battery my car was dead. He would not answer my repeated calls or texts. He just uses the name Mobile Mechanic to attract innocent people in need of service. Don't be fooled! Go to the Real professionals! James Williams is not one of them! 1

The Mobile Mechanic is greet. My car ran out of gas on the Schuylkill Expressway. Fortunately I coasted to the side of the road. and remembered my neighbor had told me about this company. In less than 20 minutes his truck arrived, filled my tank up and he even waited to make sure my car would start. This time of service is very hard to find. Thanks for being there so quickly and turning a terrible situation into a great one.

James Williams is a Con-man. His Mobile Mechanic is a scam! I contacted him with a battery problem. I had been told that my battery kept draining due to an electrical problem. James came with his little diagnostic tool ($40 charge) & convinced me that there was no electrical problem, just a bad battery. Two weeks after he put in a new $165 battery (5 year warranty)my car was completely dead! I called him & he promised to call back in 20 minutes. After I made several calls & texts, he promised to come the next day. I spent the day calling & texting him. No response! Save your money & contact a real professional mechanic! James Williams just uses the name Mobile Mechanic. He is a mobile crook! Be Advised!

These people are very unprofessional!!! I spoke to them at 11 am and they didn't come until 1pm. When the mechanic arrived he said the price is $90 and he would be back with an hour because he had a brake job to do. I had to call them again at 3:45 only to be told that he's caught up and would call me when he's enroute. 5:12pm still didn't call I texted him he gives me his partner number and the partner tells me it's $150. Bottom line do not deal with these people they have no professionalism nor do they honor their word and time frames. And needless to say I didn't get my car worked on by them at all. Such a waste of time

I had a great experience with this company more than once. This company is reliable understanding and most of all has great prices. For all your car, home repair and anything else needs mobile mechanics is the way to go.

Never again, Contacted them for major work (multiple different problems) I needed done on my car. Was told I would have to wait until 3 days later to be seen. On the second day I was contacted by them asking if I still needed service I told them yes made an appointment with them to be seen the next day at 10am. I was contacted by them 34mins after said time to be told via txt that he can't make it and that he has to postpone until 1pm so I waited 1pm comes and NOTHING no txt,call,email NADA. So I then contacted him at 2pm and NO RESPONSE. So at 4pm I then sent him a txt stating THANKS and...as you can guess still no response. Mind you he was aware that I had to travel for 2hrs just to meet him at what he stated was a "Good Time " for him. Then waited an additional 6 hrs just for a response. This only angers me because I only choose because as a young person who is also an entrepreneur I felt it would only be rite to support another young entrepreneur. Moral of the story VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!

Great Service I Recommend them to all my friends. I know more about my car then before. AND SAVE AT LEAST 500.00 BUCKS FROM DEALER AND OTHER SHOP LABOR COST . PRICES REASONABLE AND THE DO EVERY TYPE OF CAR REPAIR SATISIFIED CUSTOMER
