Thank you Brian for your quick service. Our car has been out of action for over 2 months. Towed it over to your place the day before yesterday and you had it ready for us that afternoon. That is what I call service. The wife says the car runs like brand new, has plenty of pep and she couldn't be happier. You've earned two new loyal customers.

I called in to schedule an appointment for an oil change, and the young lady on the phone was extremely polite and answered all of my questions and concerns I had (after reading the reviews I had a few) she assured me that they would only do the work I asked for (the oil change) after they took my car back the store manager Brian K took me to the shop to show me that the steering pump that will need to be replaced soon. He got me a very reasonable quote, he went over the 23 point inspection they did on my car. I paid for my oil change and left. Great, friendly service! Definitely recommend to everyone!!

I came in for a free brake inspection after my brake light was coming on in my car, they were so honest with me and worked with me very well to get a fair price. Brian was extremely kind, honest and to the point. Casey, the woman in the office, was so professional and courteous.. always making sure I was comfortable while waiting, offering me coffee and engaging in conversation in her free time! My brakes are working great! I am so happy! They met and exceeded my expectations with outstanding service! I would recommend this Menieke location to anyone!

I took my car there for a simple oil change, should have taken 15 minutes but they asked if I could leave my car there all day until they could get around to it. I didn't need my car that day so I said that was fine, I then told the mechanic helping me and another mechanic that I needed my car back by the end of that day. I gave my cell number and he said he would call when it was done. Towards the end of the day I was curious when I would be getting my car back so I called them, no answer. They had closed without calling me and when I went by to see if anyone happened to still be there, I saw my car in the garage locked up and no one in sight. To make matters worse this was on Saturday and they were closed Sunday so I wouldn't get my car until Monday. Terrible customer service for not calling me and letting me know they would have my car the entire weekend, especially because I had to drive back North for school on Sunday evening. They said they tried calling me and the various numbers on the account connected to family members but no one has missed calls or voicemails.
Never taking my car here again.

Came here for a replacement battery. All I wanted was to buy a battery to take home and install. They insisted on checking the alternator for free, which I was ok with. Then they said they absolutely had to change the battery to check the alternator. They wanted to charge me 200 bucks for the battery, and 110 bucks for the labor! So, ok, whatever, do the thing, take my money. Then I hear the attendants calling around to look for a battery. I asked to just have my car jumped again and I would go buy a battery and install it myself. Apparently, this couldn't be done without charging me for labor BECAUSE THEY HAD TAKEN APART THE CAR WITHOUT MAKING SURE THEY HAD THE RIGHT BATTERY! To make it right, they gave me the battery at cost, and I only had to pay 175 in total. The attempt to make the mistake right gets them two stars, but sheesh, it should've been really simple. Just do the work yourself if you're thinking about coming here.

I will definitely NOT be bringing my car back here for service. While waiting in the lobby, I overheard one of the mechanics explain to an elderly customer that the air filter in his car had to be changed because of a rodent's nest. It's winter, he explained, and rodents do this to keep warm. 10 minutes later, my mechanic comes out to explain that he had to change my air filter because of a rodent's nest. Coincidence? More likely a SCAM. In the past when I've had my car serviced at my dealership, the mechanic has always shown me the oil and/or air filter if it needed to be replaced. This Meineke Car Care Center showed me neither the rodent's nest nor my original air filter. A quick inspection under the hood when I got home revealed NO nesting material, NO rodent droppings, NO chewed electrical lines. I have parked my car outdoors for the past 7 years (through worse winters no less) and I have NEVER had rodents nest under my hood. To make matters worse, my steering wheel began to shake a couple of days later. I took my car to a locally owned auto shop for inspection and was told I had a blown cable in one of the tires and that I should not risk driving on the freeway with it. Now I'm left wondering if this Meineke Care Care Center did more than just change my oil and replace my air filter. Take my advice and go elsewhere.

Scheduled an appointment almost one week in advance and arrived on time. The guy behind the counter was so rude. Said "our oil change process takes 2 1/2 hours" I said when I called no one told me this. Then he says well we are backed up very much right now but let's reschedule you for later in the day and you will be in and out. Instead of taking responsibility for their screw up they lie through their teeth. So unprofessional. I stated that I had an appointment scheduled. He said he understood but couldn't help me now. What?!! Will not be going back there...ever.

Horribly overpriced me on a relatively simple procedure. 1,036 dollars to do exhaust work? nah boss. Keepin it real if you go in there looking sheepish absolutely expect a huge mark up... ladies especially.

Unprofessional, dishonest and untrustworthy. I took my wife's vehicle to this shop hoping for a good honest experience. What I received was the complete opposite. We paid for the services and that included paying for an alignment. When I drove away I noticed that the front left wheel was extremely loose and something wasn't right. We took it back and they said they needed to replace both front lower control arms and ball joints and it would cost around $900 and part of that charge was for another alignment. So I chose to take it to a local mechanic and get a second opinion, they replaced only the left control arm and ball joint and the car was perfect. However I needed to get another alignment done since your shop charged me for an alignment on a vehicle that was not even ready to be aligned, so I technically gave you free money since the first alignment was bogus and instead of returning to you to make it right I feared you would make it worse. That isn't even the worst part, when I picked up my vehicle one of the employees had been smoking in it and left their electric cigarette machine in my vehicle. When they discovered that they lost it they were in a panic and came to my work to pick up the vapor pen. This was the absolute worst experience I could have imagined and I will be giving negative feedback to every person that asks for a recommendation.

Took it in for rear break pad change. 500$ later. Are u kidding me? Way overpriced. I didn't feel like arguing with the guy, but he came down a whole 20$! Are u serious? That's like a slap in the face. Will not go back in the future.
