A super friendly, unassuming and professionally run outfit! Was very fortunate to have stumbled onto Dibbles after buying a used BMW Z3 that needed a once-over. Remarkably, they fit me in the same day even though they were full, provided a sweet loaner and had my Z3 to me the next afternoon.
If you have the pleasure, say HEY to Ray who runs the front end of the business. Very friendly, accommodating, professional and at the same time, "down home".
If you're looking for a place to take your wheels, this is the place! 5 stars all the way!

On January 12th of 2016 I was t-bones in my 2015 Dodge Journey that I had just bought 5 month prior. Right away I started to look for a body shop and I decided to go with dibbles. That was my first mistake.
My boyfriend and I go to dibbles to drop my car off on January 13th due to it raining and my rear door being pushed out and rain getting in my car.
When we dropped the car off we were told that it would take a month for all the repairs. I'll post photos of the damage. Went by the shop 3 weeks into it being "repaired" the car was sitting in the yard with the rear door cut off and the drivers window down and its raining though the car was under an open carport water could still get in the car. (Why was it not covered with plastic). I was told parts were back ordered and would be in, in February. So I go and look at the car again maybe the 2nd week in February and the car hasn't been touched since the last time I came in maybe 2 weeks. This is a month in.
Fast forward it's now March my car still hasn't been touched except the door being cut off both front and rear bumper removed. Parts are now back ordered till April. I'm start to get very frustrated.
This is my first brand new car I bought on my own it was my baby. I was getting so frustrated that I decided to forget about it for awhile. At the end of March I call and was told that the rear corder panel was back order to May 8th. My car has been at this shop for 3 months already.
I finally was told my car was finished she I went on April 6th to look at it and noticed the vinyl on the doors were bubbles and I was told the heat will dry them out. There was also still a scratch on the car.
I was called again on April 11th and told my car was ready again. I get there and they have the weather stripping off the 2 passenger side doors and are still working on my car. I found 2 new scratches On my car. When I dropped my car off there was not scratches besides where I was t-boned.
I finally pick my car put on April 15th. That's 3 months and 2 days witch is a really long time to have my car. After looking over the car for a few days I noticed that the doors weren't aligned properly the rubber that runs in a line for all the windows was wavy. The door lock is pushed into the door. There are still bubbles in the vinyl. My car was also pulling to the right really hard.
When I had picked up my car on April 15th I had asked Todd if an alignment was done on the car and he said "I don't feel like it warranted an alignment. Due to the wheels not being affected in the accident." I thought that was odd.
So Saturday April 16th my boyfriend and I go back to dibbles and went over everything that we were unsatisfied with. Todd started comparing my car to the rental car that was still sitting his yard waiting for the rental company to come pick it up. Saying that's the way this journey is to. I don't care if that's the way that car is. That's not my car. The paint texture on the repairs side of my car was different then the other side and he states that it will never be the same. Basically my car was as good as it was gunna get. When I brought up the fact that my car was pulling to the right really bad Todd said " it is I drove that car and it wasn't when I drove it!". It made me feel like I was not telling the truth. I know my car and how it drives.
I would think you would want to send a car out in the best shape possible to get future clients. When you have 1 customer that is unhappy they will go and tell 5 people who will go and tell 5 more people. Very unprofessional.

Originally I was going to give this auto center 5 stars since they stayed late after a AAA tow to let us get picked up by a friend in the area. However, the repair didn't last and I needed to have it done again. It was under warranty, but due to the distance it was not worth it to drive back and the thing they did was sloppy.
The story:
My husband and I were driving north for a vacation in a Bed and Breakfast and the car lost power in Santa Rosa. At least it didn't happen farther away from a big city! We called AAA and were towed to Dibbles.
I was very impressed that they let us stay a bit after their official close, in the back with the car, while they were closing up inside so a friend could pick us up. Eventually we did go outside the gates so they could lock and waited for our friend. They called the next business day and explained what the car needed, it was something with one of the wheel assemblies instead of the transmission and I was overjoyed since the cost was much lower. We approved the work, they replaced the part, and we drove back up a few days later to pick up the car.
A few months later I noticed my car was leaking fluid so I took it to my local mechanic by work. He said that the part they replaced was leaking. As mentioned, I checked and decided the cost of warranty work at Dibbles (including taking day of vacation, gas, etc.) was about the same as having my guy re-do the work so I stayed local. It turns out the gasket they used was bad, and my guy thought they reused the old gasket instead of putting in a new gasket when they replaced the part. Sloppy! My car is a 2002, why would you reuse a gasket, a cheap part, on a $240 job? At best they didn't have a gasket on hand and used what they had, but I would have waited a day or two if they had asked what I preferred. Anyway, that is why they get 3 stars instead of 5. Everything else was great.

Dibbles got my Honda CRV back to me on the day they promised, the body work repairs were done and the car looks as good as new. The car was clean and I am pleased with the repairs. I was referred to them through Manly Honda who sends all of their Honda repairs there as well. I figured they knew Hondas, so there was no where else to take my car and I was right. They did a great job for me.

Dibbles saved our weekend! 1 PM on Friday of Memorial Day weekend, we are driving through the area on our way to a camping trip, and our alternator belt breaks. We called many shops, but of course everyone is slammed. We called Dibbles, and Todd was very kind on the phone and promised to do what he could. Ray greeted us when we arrived in the tow truck and put us immediately at ease. We only had to wait two hours and we were back on our way, thanks to the skill and dedication of Ron the mechanic. Everyone went out of their way to help us and make sure we got on our way. I cannot say enough good things about this business. If you need an auto shop in Santa Rosa, this is the place. Thank you, guys, for saving our weekend!

While traveling from Portland, Oregon to San Francisco, my son, our dog, and I stopped in Santa Rosa to have some lunch, only to get off the highway and have a malfunction light come on in our Audi. As the car idled roughly, I made a frantic call to the nearest Audi dealership 40 miles away, who referred me to Ray and his team at Dibbles. I called Ray, who told me he could look at the car immediately and fortunately, we were less than a mile from the shop. After running a diagnostic test, it was determined that a line in the engine had come loose. Dibbles fixed the problem, free of charge, and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. This shop saved the day and prevented what could have become a nightmare, from hampering our summer journey! What a decent, kind group of people!

Even though Dibbles's was not on the recommended list of places my insurance company would warrant with their usual lifetime repair guarantee, Todd agreed to offer the same coverage if I went with him. Being my parent's neighbor, I thought why not. I brought my S10 truck in for front end repair after a collision.
The grill they put in has been rattling ever since. It's loose, and feels like it's practically falling off. The headlights never worked properly afterwards, and are currently so dim you can't drive safely at night, due to a wiring problem (I've changed the headlights twice to no avail). The replacement fender is rusting, and it's paint chalky and peelng off. The parts of the truck which they never touched still look great.
When I brought up the problems to Todd, his only snarky reply was that "it's out of warranty". When I related to Todd how my insurance company didn't recommend them, and reminded him of my choice and his promise to cover it as they would have, his only response was "Go figure".
Avoid Dibble's and Todd like the plague. He's shifty. My roommate Ornette related a similar experience with Todd and Dibbles's he had years ago when he was a far more impressionable young man. He got the runaround and had to involve another more worldly party to get satisfaction by threatening a lawsuit.

If I ever have any body work needed on my car ever again these are the people I'm gonna take my car to. My boyfriend had borrowed my car and backed up into a dumpster. So of course I wasn't going to take the initiative to get it taken care of since I wasn't the one that hit a dumpster. I got my car back and man was I impressed. Flawless work is all I have to say. I will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend their services

I cannot say enough about the AMAZING care, consideration and conscientious service I received at Dibble Auto Body!!! From the moment I walked in I was warmly received and given not only immediate service but caring service. I was in a collision early in the morning and had a million things on my mind and my to-do list. Damaging my beloved truck was the straw that broke the camel's back. Gary Leucht, the front desk lady and the rest of the staff were so kind in simply caring for a simple girl severely overwhelmed at the time! Just based on their interactions, I know I can trust my truck with them and will always recommend them to anyone I can! It's amazing how much kindness can seriously turn your horrible rainy day (both literal and metaphorical) around! Thank you all very much!

A couple of days ago I wrote a less than stellar review on this company. However, today, I did receive a phone call from the owner of the company apologizing for the service that was received. We spent awhile discussing the situation on the phone and love the fact that he took time out of his busy day to address the concern I had. Thank you Mr. Bishop for taking the time to do that. It was so much appreciated.

This is a really honest shop with great mechanics. Ray explained everything completely and gave me an estimate. When I went to pick up my car he said he was able to adjust the price downward!! My car now "runs like a top". I will be a faithful customer here!!

my experience was similar to what the other negative reviews had to say, including those that were not included in the overall ratings. Common denominator being that the car was kept too long and no regard for customer satisfaction.
My car was there one month for an auto body job that should have taken half the time, according to other shops I consulted. I was not told it would take this long and when asked to provide an estimate in writing if when it would be done, they refused. Because I was required to use this shop by my insurance company to get full coverage, I had limited options and the shop knew that. Once payment was promised by my company, they took my car but put me at the end of the list and took other customers in behind me and worked those, increasing their profits, but at significant hardship to me.
The quality of customer service was very poor. For example, I needed to come there by cab from Petaluma on a Friday afternoon in order to finally have my car and for the weekend Todd said it wouldn't be ready until 5 and that he couldn't accommodate my coming 20 minutes late as he needed "to get home to the family". Result for me was, after 30 days waiting, another two days with no vehicle. When I arrived the following week, the car still wasn't quite done, and " in detail ". After waiting 20 more minutes I said I needed to just go ahead and take it, as is. He then said he needed me to bring it back again another time for another full day's work to finish up.I said no, and the response was "what do you mean no?". I left and never went back.
It's ironic that In response to another reviewer's complaints about taking too long Todd explained that "taking care of a customer whose daily transportation is down always takes precedence" over other work. That was certainly not the case at all with me.
What happened was unethical, and it is unfortunate that some business owners in our community seem to lack that sense of good conscience.
Since then I have found a wonderful shop near me and it only highlights what was bad about this one. Feel free to contact me if you need to discuss this more.

if you go here talk to Todd, he will help you out and explain everything in a very concise and clear manner. Dibbles did a great job on the repair and now my car looks better than it did before the accident. A little pricey but if you want excellent work done it is worth it.

My business van is finally fixed! After 3 trips, about 10 days in another shop total, and $1,000 to the other shop for an engine sputter, I was told by the other shop they can't figure out what it is, and handed my keys back. I couldn't get two other local mechanics to even look at it. The two local Ford dealers were booked for 1-2 weeks. I found Dibble's randomly through a Google search, and I'm so glad I did.
Dibble's did exactly what they said they would do, in a timely manner, for the price they quoted. Once they figured out what the problem was (which was a tricky computer diode that was burned out, and remember the other shop couldn't figure out), they figured out how to get it fixed the fastest, for the cheapest price, even though Ford no longer even makes the parts.
Here's the most amazing part - My mechanic Rob, who is the guy that figured it out, came to my house about 30 miles away from their shop, after hours on his own time, to get my computer and take it back to Santa Rosa to get it fixed, at my convenience. Within two days, he again came after work on his own time to replace the repaired computer, and my van is now fixed and runs great! I've never had any mechanic in my life be so interested in actually solving my problem and providing great customer service on top of it. The cost of all of this, $270. How fair is that?
Thank you guys very much. Your efforts are not unnoticed. I'm impressed. You got yourself a new loyal customer, and I will refer people to you as well...

I recently had a deep scratch on my Honda repaired at Dibble's and I couldn't be happier. I was able to being my car in immediately and it was finished within days. The finish is beautiful and I can't tell that anything ever happened. It was also very convenient to be able to return my rental car right to Dibble's. To my delight, my car was also detailed, inside and out!

If I can give zero stars, I would. This place is a joke. They have had my car a few times. First they fixed my bumper, had it 2 months but okay it looked good. Got my car back 3 days later wouldn't start. Had to tow it back. Waited about a week and called to see if they detected a problem, etc. They said oh its been done. Okay so no call to say this is what's wrong, or no call to say its done? Then I go to pick it up and it wont start. They started it, and said it just needs a good run. I made sure to ask if he went over everything and to make sure I didn't need a new battery. Not to mention they charged 102.00, the part was 2.00, and it was just a fuse to be replaced. So he continued to say just go on a good drive. Get home and the next day, wont start. I tried jump starting it and it started to smoke. I called and the receptionist was just rude, saying how she is just a book keeper. Well if you are the one answering the phone you should be nice and try to help the customer. So, the mechanic said "oh yeah your battery is dead". Okay well don't you think you would tell me this before I leave, or the other mechanic that was talking to me when I picked up me car? This place is a joke. Then they continue to tell me they can tow it for free and fix it but unless it was the result of something they did I would have to pay even more money. These people are not only rude but they are not good mechanics. I have missed work, paid a lot of money, and my car is still not even fixed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Todd always goes out of his way to help. Damage to your car is damage to your car. Doesn't matter if it's minor or major, Todd is always understanding. He makes certain the car is done quickly and professionally. He doesn't talk over your head about repairs and is always sympathetic with your situation. I would not take my car anywhere else for repairs. Thanks Todd, you ROCK!!

I couldn't be happier with the service and work done on my wifes 2012 Tucson. She had a small incident caused by an inattentive driver. Repairs were covered by his insurance, but they wanted us to get an estimate by their "approved" shop, then take it to Dibble's and start the process all over. A simple call to the owner, Todd Bishop, took care of everything. Todd contacted the 21st Century insurance, got them to forgo the additional running around for estimates. A few days later, repairs were approved. We simply dropped the car off were shuttled over to Hertz for a replacement vehicle and had the car back, in 1 week. Todd kept their promise time for completion of repairs right on schedule in spite of a parts delay from the dealer.
The repairs are excellent, paint blend is fantastic, no rattles, and the car was detailed on return.
No hassles, excellent service and repairs, trouble free drop off and delivery. What more can you ask from a long time local, family business here in Santa Rosa.
Highly recommended, great people, and excellent craftman ship!

My car was hit and I needed a place to take my car. I know absolutly nothing about auto reapir centers or how the insurance process goes. I needed to first get an estimate, i called Dibble's and they got me in that same day. Todd and Tinise stayed late for me since I had to come from work. Tinise handled all of the paperwork and assured me that all was good and that she would help me with the process. And she and Todd did. If I had any questions or concerns I could just call or email them at anytime. She helped me get the rental car, and put my mind at ease. Everything went so smooth. I picked my car up the pther day and it looks better now than it did going in. Even the inside was cleaned for me. I recommend this place for anybody needing body work! It was also nice that they do the work on all the Honda's from Manly, because that is where my car is from! Thank you Todd and Tinise!

I am very unhappy with the repair provided by Dibble's Auto Center. I brought my car there to have a window replaced upon the recommendation of my insurance company. After the technician installed my new driver's side window I noticed that the window was not aligned properly at the top - there was a large gap. Apparently, he didn't notice the gap because when I brought my car in to be repaired the roof was down - my car is a convertible - and he didn't check the fit of the window with the roof up, a simple mistake. I returned to Dibble's to have the window adjusted and I later discovered that the window now did not seal properly along the vertical edge. I made another appointment with Dibble's and this time the technician told me there was no way to resolve this problem because the window could not be adjusted any further. At that point I insisted on having the new after-market window replaced with a factory window. The window was ordered and a week later I returned to Dibble's to have it installed. This time the fit and adjustments were good and the window sealed properly. Yesterday, several weeks after what I thought would be my final visit to Dibble's Auto Center, I noticed that the door panel had not been installed properly. Rather than returning to Dibble's and risking another sloppy repair job, I decided to remove and reinstall the door panel myself. It's a good thing I did because, after removing the panel, I discovered that the technician had not taken the time to reattach the door panel's plastic liner properly. The liner prevents water from penetrating the car's door when it rains and, if I had not discovered this error in time, there's a good chance that water would have penetrated the door during the next heavy rain and caused some damage to the speakers or other electronic components. I would never refer anyone to Dibble's Auto Center. My experience there has been very, very disappointing. The quality of the repairs performed there, based on my experience, is poor.

Tod and his staff took great care of me and my car on few different occasions. First I hade his team put a new rear sliding window in my dads truck. No problems at all. Good clean work with a great price. Then I needed new tires and alignment in my own car. I took it to Tod told him what I needed and with in no time he hade the tires in, on, aligned and out the door. I would trust Dibble's with any of my cars that my wife and kids ride in.

After the accident and getting steered to another company I called Dibbles on the weekend. They answered and were able to look at our BMW X-5 the following Monday. It was still drivable, but damaged. Todd got us right in, ordered parts, and got us into a rental on that Monday. Todd kept me informed on progress and when we picked up our car all the little scratchs were gone that were not part of the accident. The car was in better shape then before the accident. I love it when companies over deliver, not over promise

When my car was rear ended, my insurance recommended Dibbles. I saw the exceptional reviews by other customers so decided to drive down without an appointment. As soon as we arrived, Todd (the owner) came right up to us and listened to our concerns and questions. He was straight forward, thorough, and reasonable. Todd gave a very detailed explanation on the process involved with insurance, ordering replacement parts, estimated time of labor, and areas of concern that could cause delays. He took the time to give us a little history about himself and Dibbles too. The technicians and staff working at Dibbles also made a point of introducing themselves and quickly getting me into a loaner car. Todd followed up with me regularly regarding the status of the car. The work at Dibbles is guaranteed and I am witness to that recently when I discovered a leak after a rain. No questions asked, seriously! He bumped my car to the top of the list and had his top tech get on it immediately. Todd called me every day for 3 days to keep me posted on their progress. The team at Dibbles took what should have been a headache and made it a pleasant experience. I don't wish car trouble on anyone, but if the need should arise, don't hesitate to use Dibbles.

Dibbles did excellent work on my 2012 Volkswagen Passat. It required both body and service work. I must confess that I am quite picky about my car and I am so pleased with the work performed. First of all, I would like to say If you live in Sonoma County and have a high end car that needs perfect LIFETIME warrantied work, or even if you have ANY vehicle that needs a perfect paint match DIBBLE'S in Santa Rosa is the place you need to take your vehicle to! The owner out of all people (mind you that the owner of the business took time to talk to me personally) dealt with me on a very personal level. I felt like he was almost Family!
When i first got there, I was greeted by the friendly staff at Dibble's, and within a couple minutes and a few papers to fill out ( took 10 minutes to discuss the work that needed to be done, how long it would take, what they bodyshop would do, and signing the papers to get the work going). I was in and out of there before i had time to think about what i was going to do with the rest of the day!
Something everyone should look at when they are looking at a repair company is their history. If the place can stay open for 10 + years it means they are doing something right, which is pleasing their CUSTOMERS! I read their website and it said the company has been open since the early 50's. No wonder they have been open for OVER 50 years! Next time i have any auto repairs ( I even heard they do suspension, brakes and other work) I will not even hesitate to give them a call.

My experience started off rocky, felt like they didn't want my service. After a little hassle the owner and the service manger Ray went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. Took care of me. I defiantly would recommend this place. They go the extra mile and pay attention to detail even hand wash your car after. I had my timing belt whole sha-bang done. They did it quickly and very professionally. I would recommend this to anyone.

We are so happy our insurance agent recommended Dibble's years ago. Although we never wanted to have to deal with car damage, they have come to the rescue every time. Okay so this actually took place a few years ago, but I still remember these guys fondly. I had just gotten into my first (and only) car accident, and was completely freaking out - my car was pretty obviously totaled. The free tow only included a few miles, and not having a home body shop, went with the tow guy's recommendation, and he dropped us at Dibble's.
Firstly, the people who work there were all extremely friendly and reassuring. They gave me information when I asked for it, offered it even when I didn't ask, and had an all around sort of soothing demeanor, good for over-excited kids in a new situation.
They looked over my car to give me some initial information and worked smoothly with the insurance company to get everything settled as quickly as possible. We had to leave the car overnight before I could talk to insurance again, and when we found out it would cost over $5000 to fix, decided not to repair, and had to leave the car again before it could get towed where it was going.
Best part was that Dibble's didn't charge me a thing, even though I believe it said on their paperwork that they charged for storage. They were just really very nice and if I ever had another problem, they'd be top on my list to deal with.

My 2010 Audi is out of warranty, so I needed to find a reputable repair shop. Dibbles takes the cake. Knowledgeable, honest, fast, reasonably priced, and downright nice to deal with is just the beginning. I cannot imagine returning to my dealer, and I really like them! Dibbles surpassed my expectations.. I will continue my maintenance care with them, and should I ever need repair service, I won't go anywhere else. To qualify this, I am seriously picky about my car and who handles it. I have had the same Audi mechanic through three vehicles over nine years. For me to go elsewhere is quite a big deal, and I am so glad I took the chance. I am a truly satisfied customer.

RUN FAR, RUN FAST!. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
I could not believe how rude their service woman Kim was until I talked to the owner Todd. Now I know why she is so rude, it is a company wide thing she must have learned from the owner. Dibble's took several weeks to make a repair to our Honda. When we got it back the A/C, wiper and proximity sensor did not work. The car has gone back to Dibble's 2 times for them to try and fix the problems!. When we told them to cease and desist any further work they tried to sneak another work order through the insurance company to force us to have the work done by them. Luckily, I had called claims and told them to deny any additional work orders!.
The owner, Todd, actually called me "Sonny" and "kid" in a condescending tone during one of our conversations. I am a grown man with a 3 year old and I am definitely not his kid!.
This shop is a complete joke. If you are looking for a good body shop give Blake's Auto Body a call. They are taking over and are very professional. The only reason we did not go with them again was that the dealership said to go to Dibble's..... big mistake!
Save yourself a huge headache and being lied to, steer clear of this place!

Last year my Honda Fit got rear-ended in Truckee. Todd's shop did a wonderful job with the repairs, the bumper looked as though it was never hit!
I traded that not-so-great car in for my 2011 Dodge Durango Crew AWD. It was broadsided by my neighbor and is currently in Todd's shop. The back door had to be replaced due to the amount of damage it sustained. Todd has been great about calling me to keep me up to date about the door because it got back ordered through Dodge. When he did get one in, and it had repairable damage, he immediately called to update me. I opted to have the damaged door returned and have a new one shipped out.
Todd has been awesome with sticking up to my insurance company. They have been pushy and fussy about how long it is taking due to the time the door is taking to ship and now how long it is going to take to ship the second door. I really appreciate his tenacity to use only manufacturer parts, because if a part was returned to my car that wasn't, it would void my (over $4,000) lifetime warranty. I know going through Dibbles I don't have to worry about it. Progressive wanted me to use G&C, but there was no way I was going to take my car to anyone but Todd and the Dibbles Team.
The have been a joy to work with even though it is killing me to be without my car! Sure, I have a rental, but it isn't the same. Thanks Todd for standing up for your customers!

The owner of this place, Todd is a real price of work. Not only is he rude and unprofessional he can't finish a job when already paid in full. My insurance company sent me here. Big mistake. Bad customer service and even worse repair work. Don't waste ur time with this lousy place and owner. I wouldn't even give it half a star rating

I went here for my first time on my own fixing my car. My poor baby was broken into and the dash was demolished. I called them an asked if I was able to get my stereo replaced there and they said yes no problem. Little did I know they were going to take a MONTH to replace one piece, not put the stereo in (they recommended I go to a stereo instillation place and buy my own stereo after the fact) and then try and pin the loaner car previous damage on me as well! Do not go there. They don't treat people fairly and take advantage of people the moment they get the chance. Very shady!

Terrible! Don't go here. My car sat for 3 weeks waiting to be fixed while they played games. They told me it was the carbs so I paid $900 for a new set and dropped them off. I eventually gave up on them and towed to to a new shop where i learned the carbs are fine. Now I have carbs i can't return. This shop doesn't treat customers fairly and was even rude on occasion. I will NEVER return here to have work done on my car.

I'm on my fourth Audi and was a client of Sonnen when the vehicles were under warranty. When I needed and independent shop to take care of my A4, I contacted Dibble's and found that they had some of the same staff that worked at the dealership. I've had minor and major repairs completed here and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I trust what they say and have never had a problem with the quality of their work. They have gone above the call of duty for me a couple of times as well to make sure my car gets done right and on time.
Great guys and quality work.

I knew I needed front and rear rotors replaced on my Audi A4. I used to go to Royal Motors in SF, as it was convenient. I always figured I was paying a little more, but had no idea how much more.
Called around to 4 places (two in SF, 2 in the North Bay). Dibble's quoted me a price over the phone that was close to HALF what Royal would charge. And they beat the other two places as well. Which made me a little suspicious -- I wondered if there would be some "miscommunication" and a jacked-up final bill. Nope -- bill was exactly as quoted, Ray took care of the car on time, and was treated in a very friendly manner by everyone at Dibble's.
Highly recommend, and I will be bringing my Audi to Ray for all future service.

I was on a family trip to the Sonoma wine country and decided to haul everyone and thing in my 1999 VW Passat wagon. About two days into the trip, I heard an external noise and realized that the belly pan in front lost it's fasteners and was being dragged on the street. I took the car into Dibble and they explained to me my options: they removed the now worn pan and that was it. Total charge: $0. They explained the risks (low) and knew about the many design flaws of the Passat (let's say, this is the last VW I will ever own). Review for Dibble: Great!

Every time I have brought my car in (twice), Todd and his staff have treated me with kindness, and have always returned my car in better shape even before the accident. When my left view mirror fell off, they got the part and repaired it within 72hrs. Next, when I got into a fender bender accident, Dibbles looked at it, fixed it, and detailed it past what i had expected them to do. The past 2yrs I have been living 9 out of the 12 months in Washington, and I still haven't found a car repair company that treats me as good as this one. During the repairs, I spoke to the owner multiple times about the progress of the car. They took care of the insurance company by calling them for me, and they got me a rental car day of. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs there car worked on because of how well they treated my car and I; I was always greeted with a friendly face. Like another reviewer said below, "I love it when companies over deliver, not over promise".

I had the unfortunate event of a smash and grab with my car. The staff here was great. I got a quick appointment and my window was installed the next day. Glass was all vacuumed up and I was back in business. Couldn't be happier.

In looking to replace the service I had on my 2005 Boxster, once the warranty ran out, I was, fortuitously referred to Dibbles by someone I met in a gas station. How lucky I feel to have discovered them! They have not only done the maintenance service on my car, but, also, body repair work. In all instances I met with the same expert standard that I came to expect from the Dealership in Marin. Todd & Ray are both consummate professionals, and have dealt with all of my vehicle needs in an efficient and in a very user-friendly and personal manner, and, to my delight, with a far more reasonable pricing structure then the Dealership. I feel very fortunate to have been pointed in their direction, and so conveniently located. I would highly recommend both their Auto Mechanical Repair and Auto Body Repair to any conscientious consumer!

I've been taking my vehicles to Dibbles for the past 3 years and decided it was time to write a review. I must tell you that they seem to think of things that you don't think about when you bring your car in for service. Ray is very good at taking you through the before and after process for your auto repair. Ron, who has been the mechanic that has worked on my cars for the past two years is really thorough. Todd, the owner, has been very good at making sure I get really good service all around and I love that they wash my car after each service. If you haven't tried them, you should go. They are really good!

I am beyond impressed by the work performed on my 2012 Volkswagen Passat. My car received body work and the 40K service. The job was completed under the original estimate, on time, and looks/runs beautifully. Todd at Dibbles was extremely accommodating and all of the staff was professional. I highly recommend anyone that needs automotive work, either body or engine. 5 Stars!
