I went to see joe (owner) to get my 03 Silverado passenger rear door fixed and I wanted to change the color of the truck also and when I got it back .. I had a brand new truck WOW!! I couldn't believe me eyes great job to every one who had a hand on getting my truck looking sharp

I was rear ended and my bumper needed to be repaired. Montclair Auto Body was referred to me. This place exceeded my expectations. The customer service was great. Brianna does a great job in communicating and following up. The repair was done quick and my bumper looks great. Dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and it was ready by Friday afternoon. I also got text message updates about the status of the repair work and Michelle (the owner) made sure that I had all my questions answered. I was definitely impressed with them -- very friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend this place!

My 2000 Ford Mustang was recently hit in the rear bumper area. I looked for a collision place near my area, Chino Hills, Ca. I found Montclair Auto Body and saw their great reviews. I chose to take my vehicle their. Very professional, sent updates via text messages, and also provide free drinks/snacks while you wait. The vehicle turned out great, car looks better than expected. Would definitely recommend this place....

After a fender bender I went to Montclair auto body to have my bumper repaired. Instead of going to the auto body shop that my insurance company was going to send me to I decided to come here instead. I'm very pleased that I did because I had quality service completed on my vehicle my car came out looking brand-new all over again. The owner, the receptionist, and the staff was very pleasant to deal with and I would use them again if needed. I also was referred to a car rental company and had good advice with regards to how to rent my vehicle. They went above and beyond and I would gladly refer business to this company.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Marvin and Briana. I needed a minor repair to some front end damage on my car and Marvin was right on top getting it fixed as promised. My car looked brand new when I picked it up and they were nice enough to wash it which I didn't expect. The positive reviews was a reason why I went there and I can vouch for their great service

From hustling you into paying thousands for work and parts that they could not clearly explain or account for, to making me pickup parts from warehouses after I was told they received/had all the necessary parts for weeks, Michelle and Joseph made an already stressful situation into an unbearable one.
After months of becoming increasingly concerned, and then losing hope that this shop would be able to restore my vehicle like they said, my concerns were again and for the last time validated as soon as I received the car back. I had to go to another body shop so they could fix the warped trunk interior that was affecting rear visibility when they returned the vehicle to me. They mentioned that I could, "just remove the piece and leave it out in the sun to straighten". Which is what they also said, and never fully took care of, with other body parts along the way. They actually thought I'd casually take the entire car apart like they did and fix what they should have done, and what I paid thousands for, because... That's just who you're dealing with here. I did not bother to even ask (like all the other times) why they didn't just do that before telling me the car was perfect and ready to pickup after being in the shop for 3 months, for a 2 week job.
It was just a horrible experience that I'd like to say I wouldn't wish on anyone, but I wouldn't mind sending some bad people to this place actually. Working with this shop will make any accident seem fun by the time they're done with you.

Over the years I have been involved with a number of Automobile Body repair stores, this particular location repaired my daughters car 4 years ago. I was in a position where I needed my car repaired recently. I obtained three different quotes and determined to work with Montclair Autobody. Primarily due to my initial interaction with Joseph, his demeanor allowed me to feel comfortable that my car and I would be well cared for.
I drive a BMW and was concerned about the parts being original BMW replacements. They went out of their way to procure the proper parts, provided me with regular updates as to the progress and then delivered my car to me on the day they projected. I was well pleased with the results, the car looked better than it did prior to the accident. Montclair Autobody not only when above and beyond my expectations, they were also a pleasure to deal with.
I had an issue in which a part was stolen off of my cat one month after the repair was completed. Marvin went out of his way to locate an original part, paint it and put it on my car sooner than anticipated at a cost that was significantly less than the dealer.
The women in the from office were also awesome. Joseph, Marvin and Biancha treated my like family. I will only have repairs done here moving forward.

My expectations were exceeded in a tremendous way! The level of service is in the same league with retail outlets like Nordstrom & Neiman Marcus. From the time you step into the lobby, when they offer you donuts and coffee, to the day you pick up your vehicle and they give you a smile and offer you something cold to drink. They keep you informed every step of the way via text and are always available to answer your questions over the phone. Their workmanship is the best also. They do a great job of repairing your vehicle and take great care of it inside and out. Marvin was my advisor and he is GREAT!

Great service & quality work is everything to me and this shop exceeded all my expectations. For the few seconds you're in the office they have snacks & drinks for you to enjoy. They update you on your vehicle's status via their cool text messaging system so you don't have to call and ask "is my car done yet"? The staff was friendly and always on their "A" game. The 1st time I came it was an insurance job, but this time I chose them for personal work and I am more than satisfied.

My 2012 Chevy Camaro was rear ended on the freeway. State farm recommend Montclair Auto Body and since they were close to my house I went with them. Boy I am glad I did. Not only did they do an awesome job repairing my car. They went out of their way several times just to accommodate my busy schedule. They made the rental car appointments, stayed after hours and opened early just for me. Greatest service I have ever received from a body shop. My car looks great and I am back on the road in less that a week!! Thank you all!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. The people in the front office are extremely incompetent, the insurance company approved my repairs and gave them the go ahead, one week later, they still had not ordered the part because NOW they told me, my bumper does not need replacement, or in other words, no new parts needed to be ordered because the insurance company blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, it just needed repairs. Well, it sounded to me that they were trying to cheat me, so I called State Farm Insurance and FIRED Montclair Autobody. The funny thing is while I was on the phone with the Adjuster, Michelle from Montclair was also on the phone with another State Farm Adjuster telling them that I could not fire them because they had already ordered the new bumper, which 42 minutes prior, Michelle told me, they did not need to order a new bumper for my car, and that was right before I decided to call the insurance Adjuster myself. According to Michelle, the insurance company would not approve the replacement of my bumper because my damages only required repairs and not a new bumper. Here is what she doesn't know that I know: Repairs to a bumper only cost $300. State Farm had already approved the original Montclair Autobody quote on my car of $868, which was to replace my bumper. The thing that made no sense is when Michelle claimed the insurance company would not approve the bumper being replaced. "What are you talking about, Michelle?! State Farm had already approved your original quote of $868 to replace my bumper!! sounds to me like you and Montclair Autobody thought you could con an educated woman with common sense who would let you cheat her by using $300 of the insurance money for the repairs and pocketing the remaining $568. Montclair Autobody, You're Fired!

So someone backed into my girlfriends car and damaged the taillight, back quarter panel and the left side of the bumper. I went to Montclair Auto Body because they are family friends and do an amazing job when it comes to auto repair. Two amazing receptionists helped me out and answered the millions of questions and phone calls I had for them pertaining to this incident and they were smiling and happy to answer everything. I dropped off the car and Marvin, one of the repairmen, greeted me, asked what happened and was very nice and friendly, gave me an estimate which was very precise and accurate not only that but I didn't have to wait long at all for them to look at the car. They are very knowledgable of their vehicles. Once all my phone calls and questions were answered the car was left in their hands. They said it would take about 2 weeks since they are closed on Saturday and Sunday but they finished the car a full two days earlier than expected. I would like to add that they have a texting feature that gives you up to date vehicle repair status updates which is nice to have. So when I picked up my car today the receptionist was very nice as well and had a smile the whole time and went over every step of paper work and told me about the repairs and insurance and it was very helpful. After that I was greeted by Marvin again and he was still very nice and friendly at the end of his work day which is difficult for most people but he knows his customer service very well, but he showed me the car and it looked even better than it did before the incident the repair looked amazing and the car looked brand new! Marvin went over everything that was done and asked what I thought of the car and simply all I can say is Montclair Auto Body is the ONLY place I will go from now on for any auto repairs I need. Thank you guys so much!!! You have a lifetime customer from me.

I have used Montclair autobody a few different times and each and every time they exceeded my expectations for the quality of the repair to my vehicle. Joseph and his staff are the people you want to take your car to as they treat you as a real person they almost make you feel like family. I currently am using their services again and I know that my car is in the best of hands. I would not go anywhere else. The best thing about Montclair Autobody is all of their repairs look original and after all is said and done the vehicle looks as if nothing happened. I just used these guys to restore my Honda Odyssey. They did a great job, you can't even tell were the damage was. I crashed into a metal fence and caused significant damage to the side of my van, and the van looks like it did the day I bought it. Beautiful paint job as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they have complimentary coffee, tea, water and soda in the waiting room.
The first day I walked in for an estimate they let me know approx. how long it would take. They called me a few days after leaving my van in the shop to let me know the new time line and they stuck to it. Only took 12 days (10 working days) to have my vehicle back. I would highly recommend this business to my friends and family.

This is the body shop you want...

This is the body shop you want working on your car. Not only are they family owned but the owner Joseph he takes a hands on approach to repairing your car. He and his staff do not treat you like another customer, but they treat you like family they understand that you are a real person with real needs and feelings and their repairs are done correctly the 1st time. I have gone to these people a few times before and I loved how the repairs they preformed turned out. I currently am with them again getting my Toyota repaired after a accident and from past experience I know my car is in the best of hands.
