I know absolutely nothing cars, so every time something seems a little off with one of my vehicles, I cringe. I hate going into a mechanic feeling like I'm about to be taken advantage of and ripped off.
So glad to say that Total Automotive did not make my husband and I feel that way for a minute.
The second we met Joe, we knew he wanted to help us and fix our vehicle, not just "repair" unnecessary things to make a few bucks. We felt so comfortable leaving our vehicle in their hands. They are honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgable. So happy we found our go-to auto repair shop -- we'll never go anywhere else!

I was told that there was no way for me to get my address removed from their spam snail-mail mailing list, so I continue to receive post cards from them despite my requesting them not to. The company that send the postcards for them, Demand Force, said Total Auto could remove my address from the mailing list, but TA repeatedly told me there was "nothing they could do". They just send postcards to everyone and can't do anything about it. Such a waste.

I can't believe there are no reviews yet! Where do I start? You walk in and it is as clean and inviting as it possibly can be. You are promptly greeted by a really friendly service manager. They give you a realistic estimate that you can count on. If you decide to wait, they have refreshments and comfortable seating. Clean bathroom. We have had to wait a few times with my girls (7 and 3) and they were just fine. A couple of times we needed a rental and they lent us one of theirs for free. So very convenient! They will also pick you up or drop you off. They once delivered my car to me and took their loaner back for me so I didn't have to pack my kids up. They have also worked hard to find a less expensive way to fix my car than originally quoted, which was a huge surprise! I can't say enough good things about them! I highly recommend them to everyone.

Total Automotive knows their stuff. I had a Check Engline Light surface; took it to a Subaru dealer. They told me I needed to replace the catalytic converters, a total of $2400. After reading a bit more online, I thought it might be the O2 censors, so I called up Total Automotive and asked them to do a CEL diagnostic. They were extremely helpful on the phone, explaining to me how they would check the O2 censors. After the diagnostic was completed, they informed me that I actually had a leaky intake manifold gasket which was causing the sensors (my car has 5 of them!) to read crazy and throw the light. They repaired it. Fixed my problem, no more light. They even called to check-in a few days after they fixed the gasket. Really great people who care about what they're doing.

We have all of our company trucks serviced by Total Automotive. They are honest and do not solicit work that is unnecessary. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their courtesy shuttle makes getting to and from service appointments fast and easy. We wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else!

Great guys, very patient with constant calls for updates, nearly rebuilt my entire engine after a highway overheat. Wish I would've known about free loaner cars though, that would have been much nicer than being car-less for two weeks! I would take my business back to Total Automotive anytime and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

We had an inspection of a Honda Acura that we were looking to buy,...and did!. It was helpful knowing what repairs were needed up front so that it gave us proper expectations. Having worked with Total Automotive in the past for many needs and for many years, it was nice to come to a place that we trust.
