I tried getting an inspection here and they found a couple legitimate issues with my vehicle that needed repair, no problem. However they also hit me on at least three other issues that didnt exist such as they said my brake indicator light didnt work when the emergency brake was applied, which it does and always had. They said my horn didnt blow which it does, and said my high beam indicator light didnt work, and it does. I waited for my inspection and at no time did they call me back to show me any issues either. Most garages would look at what is wrong, show you, and try to do the repairs for you. Not these guys. They gave me a rejection sticker and parked my vehicle back in the parking lot, not even offering to fix anything or provide a list of what was wrong

I walked in with a simple question & the two women who work @ the main store were very friendly. They told me however that I needed to go to their location behind Kia. I arrived @ this location & the employee said he would have to ask his manager about my request. The manger literally grunted no on my request & complained about how he generates money. I left, drove down the street & got the work done @ the Mazda service center just how I wanted for under $100 & in less than an hour. Grunting "no" & complaining about how you make your money in front of a potential customer is a great way not to generate business.

Laslie's Auto Body is amazing! They worked on my teenage son's car after he was rear-ended last summer. They made the process so easy for him, dealt with the insurance company and did awesome work on his truck. He couldn't stop talking about how nice they were to him. So it was a no brainer when my car got backed into that this is where I was going for my repairs. Again exceptional service and quality work. They are so friendly and welcoming. I now use them for oil changes and any other service my car needs. I recommend them to everyone I know! You can't go wrong bringing your vehicles to Laslie's . They are honest, friendly and so very helpful.

Laslie is the best autobody shop that I have ever been. I got into a small accident, and was very frustrated about fixing it. My car was originally sent to the place where my insurance recommended. Afterwards of estimation, I remembered Laslie's auto body from the previous recommendation from my good friend. Paul, and Doug helped me out for fixing the car from the accident. They could found all the problems from the accident, and it is even life time insured. After the fixing, my car had problem of beeping noise from locking, and passenger side window did not work from the driver side. I was frustrated again. Joe Laslie told me the several solutions and looked for the best. I really appreciate that he fixed it for free. It was common error of wire connection from Honda. He explained to me well enough to understand it even without the professional knowledge of cars. Now, I know where I would take my car to fix and inspect. I cannot never explain how appreciate I am to them. Thank you so much!

Laslie's made my repairs pain-free. Right after I brought my car in, Mike was there and ready to answer and questions that I had. He was able to handle the insurance company behind the scene and make the whole process seamless. They delivered my car on time and in perfect condition. All the staff I dealt with at Laslie's seemed very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly (in sharp contrast to some other auto body shops I've dealt with). Would highly recommend Laslie's to anyone who wants a great repair work done in a timely manner!

Our family has been taking our cars to Laslie's since we moved to Lynchburg in 2014. We trust Laslie's to provide quality dependable care of our automobiles at affordable and fair prices. We once had a technician offer to come in on his off day to ensure our car was finished before we left for vacation. I love that they have a punch card for oil changes! Wonderful customer service!!
