Harry at PrismaCor took great care of me and my car. He made sure that the insurance company had the information they needed to approve his estimate and I was able to get my car repaired and get it back in record time. His people who worked on my car did an excellent job of making my car look like new after the results of the fender bender I was in. I couldn't be happier. I LOVE PrismaCor! Harry and his team took such good care of me and my car! My friend recommended them to me. I brought my 2003 Kia Optima to them after my recent accident, thinking there was NO way it wouldn't get totaled. Harry worked miracles. It didn't get totaled, and it looks brand new. I was kept informed daily on my car's status, and was treated with such kindness and professionalism. My car was returned to me very clean on the inside too. I'm so impressed!
No one wants to be in a car accident, but if it ever happens again, PrismaCor is my go-to! Thanks Harry!

On a terrible day, after being involved in a
Front end collision, I went to Prismacor. The lady at the front desk was so nice and reassuring, she really helped me after the accident.
My car was messed up pretty bad, I was worried but Harry was great. We got pictures of the progress along the way, and it was done way quicker than I expected it to be. My car looks perfect, it runs perfect. It's like the accident never happened. The customer service was outstanding, the work was amazing. And the over all experience could not have been better. I'm so glad we chose Prismacor. I will never go anywhere else.

I spent a lot of time shopping around making sure I was finding the very best option. I am thrilled with the results of the work that they did on my Prius 2014, which was damaged severely. It looks brand-new! Harry, who owns the business gave me an estimate quickly and scheduled my car for repair in a timely manner. And he gave me a free loaner car to drive while he was repairing my car! When I picked my car up, not only was the repair impeccable, but my car had received a deep clean. This is somebody who takes great pride in his work and delivers amazing results. I am a tough critic, not easily pleased. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get their car repaired from a collision, minor or major.

This is the BEST place to take your car! After a fender bender my trunk was pretty smashed up. The owner, Harry agreed to work on it right away. He is fantastic, incredibly FAIR regarding pricing, does excellent work and is very pleasant to work with. Great guy! Highly Recommend!

Harry is a true badass. He is conscientious, skilled, and extremely professional.
Terrilyn (the front of the house) is extremely courteous, and very easy to work with.
The technicians are obviously highly skilled as well.
I have had two experiences here: one with an auto claim, one without. In both instances I have been 100% satisfied. Harry would not have it any other way. I would highly recommend this body shop if you want to be taken care of.

Above and beyond customer service, professionalism, personal, expert, exceptional service. "Bridget", our 1997 Toyota is perfectly restored after backed into badly damaging the rear passenger side. She is sparkling clean as a "whistle" inside and out. Our Toyota looks better than she has in years. They won two first prizes last year. No surprise there as Harry and the others there are highly skilled, conscientious, technicians and detailed perfectionist artists. Harry sent pictures and emails updating us on the repair and was finished earlier than expected. He worked directly with our AAA insurance who authorized repair as the person who hit us was non responsive and information she gave was seemingly fraudulent. We are so very grateful.

I was in an accident. The owner Harry called me after work hours to make sure I was ok. I've never had someone call me to make sure I was ok without knowing me. He handled everything with my car. In the 25 years I've been driving, I've never experienced better service with any type of car repair. Harry, the owner, sent me emails daily documenting with photos the progress of my repair! Talk about going above and beyond the normal customer service! I live in SF and Harry also arranged for me to use a loaner car--one of the main reasons I was willing to head an hour out of town for my repair. In addition, he was very helpful in working within the estimate of my insurance. Finally, the repair (new bumper, quarter panel and paint) was spotless including a small dent he popped out for free even tho it wasn't connected to initial repair. Harry and his team are honest, true professionals and I highly recommend their service.

After a deer hit my car, Harry Strouse and his employees took care of me AND my car. He gave me a loaner car. The bumpersticker on the loaner said, "Be Nice". That's exactly what kind of service you get at PrismaCor. He kept me updated with photos of progress with my car as parts came in. My husband and I had an accident which ruined our front bumper. He took the car (Lexus) to Harry Strouse who owns Prismacor and started the paperwork with our insurance company (who I will not name). Insurance caused many delays with their claims agents and the car was at the body shop for two 1/2 weeks. Harry let us use a loaner in the meantime. After many phone calls to various agents, the car was finally repaired. When we picked it up today after all repairs had been completed it looked like we were driving it off the new car lot. We can't thank Harry enough for the time and patience he showed. I recommend this shop to anyone without hesitation.

Absolutely amazing experience ! They made sure I wasn't inconvenienced at all and even met me at work since I couldn't make it into their shop on time!
