Worst experience ever. They think they are the best. Really nigh prices asked for 60$ to change a bulb where dealer asked only 45 and finally got it done for 10$ from another shop withing 2 miles of them.

I brought my Ford Explorer in for an oil change.. I asked how long it would take and was told 45 minutes.. Friend of mine lived close by, so I walked there and waited as the job was completed. An hour later, I came back to Meineke just to see that the car had never been moved.. When asked why no work was done, the employee, who told me the wait would be 45 minutes, looked embarressed and then stated "they ran out of oil" (are you kidding me!) and offered no other explanation.. They had my cell number, but no one ever called me about the oil shortage. After some choice words, I left the place never to return. My car wash did a great job in 25 minutes and threw in a car wash for free. (Shrewsbury Car Wash)

My car was making a noise. I went to get it checked out and I was greeted with a joke and subsequently my problem was a very easy solution and I was not charged. So all in all it was an excellent experience and I would highly highly recommend them. The staff is courteous, pleasant, friendly, timely and most importantly honest, as my experience just proves!

My husband and I went in to get an assessment on our A/C. Not only did the Manager charge us $92.00 just to look at it he was very rude and short tempered. Unprofessional in the way he spoke to customers, making them seem dumb because they didn't know the answer to his questions. Long story short we left this shop $92.00 less, with no more information than when we started.

We got the brakes fixed on our car here but they left a brake pin loose. Although the main problem was fixed, our car had this suspicious squeaking and clicking sound whenever we used our brakes. Over the next few months this pin shattered and caused a lot of damage to our brakes. We ended up having to take our car to our car dealer and they were able to right all the wrongs that Meineke caused and never told us about. Do NOT go to this place to get your car fixed. If you have a problem with your car, don't take your car back to them, go somewhere else. In addition, another thing strange happened with Meineke and that same car when the check engine light came on. They did a diagnostics on it, and told us it would take 300.00 to fix the problem. We instead took it to get the oil changed for 25.00 and the check engine light turned off. If the problem was getting the oil changed, they would have over charged by a ridiculous amount. Don't. Ever. Go. Here!

My family has been going to these guys for years & now myself. They are always nice & helpful. They always go above and beyond to help us. They are like family to us & I thank them for everything. I've never ever had any problems. When ever I have questions or anything they are always glad to explain it to me. I have nothing bad to say about these guys.

They are honest and do a good job. I had the brakes changed and some fluids maintenance. The first quote was a little hefty for all the maintenance but I asked for only the necessary so it came down. They don't steal you money.
