Very professional shop. Very happy with the service I got and will be going back again.
They could have easily of charged me more as they estimated me on the wrong type of oil. They stuck to their estimate which went a long way in earning my trust.

I have been using Autologic for several years now, and my experience has been great. I find their assessment, overall vehicle inspection and follow up instructions during every oil change very satisfying, and their costs reasonable as well.

Please do not take your car here, you will regret it. Autologic has to be one of the worst auto repair shops I have ever been to, by far.
I needed ball joints replaced on my car as they were original and completely shot. I researched several places online to find not only a reputable, honest repair shop, but also one that wouldn't break the bank. I narrowed the choices down to 2 shops: Tru-line and Autologic. When I spoke to Chris at Autologic, he seemed very eager to help me with my issue. I asked him what their hourly labor rate was and he told me $120 per hour. He estimated about 3 hours of labor to replace both ball joints on my car, and with $100 in parts the total was around $460. Chris offered me their $35 discount for being a new customer, and dropped the final estimated price to $412.
During my conversation with Chris I asked him what brand of ball joints he would be installing. I knew what brand I wanted, but wanted to see what he offered. He informed me, verbatim, that he "only installs Moog parts" for this specific application. Moog is a great brand, very reputable, and exactly what I wanted. I told him that was perfect and exactly the brand I wanted installed. Fast forward to my appointment a week later:
I arrived a little after 9am, checked in with Chris, reviewed the written estimate of the price we discussed on the phone, approved the service to be done and headed over to the Customer Lounge to wait for my car. Around 10:50am I was informed by Chris that my car was almost finished up and should be done within the next 30 mins. Great, my car was going to be finished in only 2 hours not 3, which should save me $120. Wrong. I brought this up to Chris and as soon as I mentioned a possible price reduction, he became very standoffish with me. He refused to change anything with the price stating that I signed and agreed to the price when I came in, however I corrected him and said that I agreed to the "estimated" price, not the final bill.
I ended up waiting another 5 mins and heard my car being pulled out of the back service bay. Time check? 1.5 hours it took them, not 3. Back to the office I went, this time Chris had left the office and I was left with Dominic, the "Manager". I brought up the price issue with Dominic and he became very hostile and aggressive with me; he refused to listen to me and continued to repeat that he would NOT be helping me, NOT be changing the price, and NOT be giving me my car until I paid the $412. Obviously I didn't feel this was fair considering that it only took half the time to work on my car than originally estimated, so why would I want to give them $180 for 1.5 hours of work NOT DONE!?
Dominic is probably one of the worst Managers to be in a customer service oriented business. It was clear that he had no idea how to handle any type of dissatisfaction from a customer, probably because most people don't complain, they just don't come back. I stood my ground and asked him to at least knock off 30 mins of time but he refused even that. He told me that I needed to go back to the Customer Lounge because he was too stressed out to deal with my situation and needed to take a breather. Really?
I gave him a few minutes to "collect himself" and when I returned I was shocked to hear him tell me that he was going to readjust the labor price by 30 mins because he confirmed the mechanic's clock in/out time and knew that it only took 1.5 hours. I happily accepted this compromise at it was a step in the right direction, however it was so clear that Dominic was STILL trying to fight me on it and you could tell how difficult it was for him to "give in" to a customer's request. Wow.
Late that day I pulled out the invoice they gave me and looked at the part number listed for the ball joints. Something was off. Sure enough the ball joint part number was for the Raybestos brand NOT the Moog brand that I specifically wanted installed. I was furious. I immediately contacted Autologic and spoke to Chris. I asked him about the part number and he informed me that it was just a generic part number that their software uses when they print up invoice prices, but that the part he ordered from his supplier was in fact a Moog part. OK, but how do I guarantee that Moog, not Raybestos, was installed? His response to this question was "Does it really matter?". I confirmed with AAA that they did in fact install the lesser quality product and charged a premium price.
Autologic is a completely dishonest with zero regard for "Customer Satisfaction" even though it's stated as a priority on their website. They will say anything and everything to get you in the door, lying to you along the way and hope that you are too clueless to know that they are taking your money and scamming you.

This was my first experience and it was great! Was told that my problem was my transmission and was given North seattle transmission as a referral. Needless to say I was expecting at least a 1500.00 bill. Dennis was friendly and helpful and as it turns out my problem was a couple a sensors that have gone bad (work that they did not do on my car). They did do a transmission maintenance for under 400.00.
I feel like they could have easily told me I needed more work done, because really, isn't that what we worry about when we take our cars in for work.

I've gone to these guys several times and have had a good experience each time. They are very friendly and are able to get things done in good time. If you are unable to stay there while they work on your car, they offer a shuttle service. They will drive to home or to work and will pick you up again when the car is finished.
I like that when I go in for an oil change, they also do an inspection and make sure other things like my tires and battery are in good shape.
I will definitely keep going to them.

Very simple. Dealer prices without dealer expertise. Took my car in to get the breaks done and every time I turned around they were trying to up sell me on more repairs. Some I approved and then it turned out they didn't know how to do it or they needed to charge me more labor because it was harder than they thought. And in one case they could find the part. The more I worked with them, the more I realized they were guessing.
Ended up spending over $700 on the rear brakes only. I felt totally ripped off.
I was certainly hoping this would be a great shop, but now I need to find a good mechanic in the Bellevue area. Someone I can trust. Please let me know.

This is the best independent shop on the eastside. I had my '95 Audi first serviced here in 2005 and haven't looked back since. Domenic, Jim and Frank in the office are consistently competent and professional. They appreciate the pride and interest I take in my older car and take the time to explain the various maintenance options I have as we work to keep my car reliable. They stand behind their estimates and always get the work done right the first time. If you're interested in understanding what's going on with your vehicle they are always willing to explain the whys and hows of anything cars. Every dollar well-spent, and great MSFT employee discount.

I trust this place to take care of my mom's car when I am not around, and I don't think there is a bigger compliment than this.
Everyone here is friendly, well spoken, and above all, honest. Their estimates are clearly explained, and the cost out the door is often less than the initial quote. They were even able to diagnose a problem on an old Italian car of ours that was causing headaches for months, and all at a reasonable price.

I know quite a fair bit about cars but just don't do my own auto repairs. Autologic was totally impressive and didn't try to once rip me off by upselling anything unnecessary!
They had to keep my car 1 extra day because a part didn't get delivered in time, so they arranged a courtesy car that day from a rental company down the street.
Totally painless and wonderful experience. I'm only taking my car to Autologic in the future for repairs and suggest you do the same.

They were very good about service, though at first they were reluctant/hesitant. They are very nice people and seem to be honest about what you need/don't. Pricing is definitely much better than other places.
The reason I ding it down is because: their rental cars were terrible and took a long time to get, their shuttle service is very inconvenient and set to particular times. Finally, the largest reason is that pricing for some things are much better while other things are much higher.
Hint: ALWAYS check and compare prices to other places.
Disclaimer: I don't know much about cars and haven't tried too many places yet. Since the last time, I'm testing out a new place and will see how it goes.

The service is always great. I am always confident that my car is in good hands! They do many checks to make sure that your car is safe to drive. Once they wanted to give me a complementary tire rotation but couldn't do it because I had the wheel lock key at home. They called me about it. I told that let's do it next time them. But they still recommended me to do it, for free, considering my safety. I finally brought the key to them and the did the rotation for me. I was really impressed!
The people are always very nice and friendly.
Now I am moving to California but they don't have a shop there :(

We found this place referred by AAA. OK so her car went first and we are now permanently hooked. It's not easy to get an AAA referral. There are some tough criteria to meet.
Take your car here and don't worry about anything. They will tell you if they found stuff not on the estimate and get your permission BEFORE they do anything. Not like those shops that do work and surprise you with a huge bill when you show up to pick up your car. Changed my timing belt at $300 less than the dealer and got a warranty to boot.
They consistently go beyond the call. Took my car in for an oil change and they changed a bad valve on my spare tire! Who does that anymore!!! They give you a comprehensive report on everything on your car for an oil change. Tread depth on your tires, fluid levels, quality of fluids like brake fluid not ready to change yet but maybe on your next oil change. Belt conditions. Maybe 24 items on the check list. So my pre winter oil change told me everything from the condition of my air filter to my trans oil condition. I could go on and on.
As I am from Hawaii we do business with friends first. This means we trust our friends to do right by us and they do. Autologic service guys are friendly, courteous and explain everything. Don't be afraid to ask questions, Dominic and Jim and owner Frank Spicer will always explain the what and whys even if it means they don't sell you services other guys say you need. They seem to understand that once they earn your trust, you will be back. I know I will.
Peace of mind going into what is predicted to be a tough winter is invaluable. Jiffy Lube is not even in the same ballpark. I can absolutely trust these guys. Can you say that about where you take your car? If not you need to truck over to Bellevue and see Frank and his crew.

We took my husband's car here after reading the yelp reviews and we realized he had an issue with his brakes, which turned out to be minor and he had a nail in his tire. Pretty minor stuff.
The guys were nice on the phone, so we dropped off his car and waited to hear from them.
Now, I don't know if it's just a general Seattle-West Coast, "I'm so laid back and slow that I come across as rude" thing, but coming from the Northeast, we just aren't used to that.
It took them 24 hours just to tell us what was wrong with the car. They didn't really tell us when it would be ready. Going on 56 hours after it was dropped off, we hadn't heard from them as to when it would be finished so my husband called and they were very non-committal. They wouldn't say when it could be picked up.
Finally we got someone to tell us that he could pick the car up the following afternoon (about 4 days later for what turned out to be very minor repairs). They didn't get more specific than "the afternoon". My husband asked if they could have the shuttle pick him up so we wouldn't have to drag our 3 young kids with us and the guy said sure. He would call us back to let us know when. They never called.
We went to pick the car up the following day around 4:30pm and the car still wasn't ready. They told my husband a few minutes and 45 minutes later they finally finished.
The work they did was fine but way too slow and the communication was lacking and not what I expect from people I do business with. I wouldn't go there again and I wouldn't recommend.

Auto Logic used to be great--specifically, I felt like these guys cared about their customers, and made an effort to educate them. Even though I'm a woman, they didn't talk down to me, and I felt like they were honest about what needed to be done.
The past year, things feel like they've slid. Recently, I needed to make an appointment for a "check engine light" and an oil change. I called on a Monday morning, and after several minutes, my call went to voicemail--ok, it's Monday, people are probably keeping them pretty busy. I never received a call back, even though I clearly left my name and number, and I am a returning customer.
When I made my appointment, I dropped off my car less than 30 minutes after they opened (between 7 and 7:30). I made it clear that I needed an oil change, wanted the check engine light checked out, and an estimate on replacing brake pads. They asked for my email address, and told me that I'd get a written estimate via email.
Around noon, I checked my mail, and I had a seven page estimate of repairs, totalling over $3000 (my ten year old car has about a $6000 value). There was no explanation in the email for anything, other than a note that my tires were very worn, and they suggested replacing them before winter.
I called to ask if the oil change had been done, and they confirmed it had, and I could pick it the car anytime.
I came to pick up my car almost four hours later. No information or explanation on the repair list was offered. There's a one line note that the "rotors are warped" in regard to my query about replacing the brake pads. Even though I called around noon, and was told my car was ready, I still waited another 30 minutes while they had to take it off the worklift.
Reading through the line-by-line of seven page work completion/work estimate, I finally found a summary that may explain why the check engine light was on. I would have thought "severe engine damage likely to occur, engine will stop running immediately without warning" might be reason to actually talk to someone, rather than let them walk out the door.
Sadly, with the service in this state, I won't be going back to Auto Logic.

This was a two-day affair. Lasted longer than some relationships I have had. Took my car in yesterday - not such a great experience. I was late and things did not go well. I am such a girl when it comes to cars (yeah, yeah, I know - stereotype - just giving reality here - I know (check that - KNEW) nothing). Today I feel like I can talk with anybody about calipers, brakes, discs, and brake pads as well as master cylinders! The guys showed me an amazing website and explained everything they did to my car. Today the staff was much more patient, not as upset and stressed, and took the time to answer my questions which is HUGELY appreciated! I liked that they didn't do work that didn't need to be done (told me what could wait until next month). They also didn't try to upsell me on anything which was nice too.
One thing they did that I thought was very nice is provide me with a rental car since it was going to take more than the one day they originally quoted me. However; make sure you GET a receipt since the car rental guy doesn't believe you when you tell him you filled it up already.
I paid a lot but my brakes are now fixed and those pesky brake lights are OFF! Autologic also gives a 10% discount to first time customers who say they found them on yelp.

After seeing the positive reviews on Yelp, and having been out of the area for quite a while, was looking for a non Jiffy Lube type place to take my little Z3.
If you're looking for a 15 minute oil change, don't go here. If you're looking for smart, thorough, competent work on your car, go here. They took about an hour, all told, to do a full oil service, along with some recommendations (some out detail lights, wear estimates for brakes and tires), etc. I'll be doing my 100k soon, and Auto Logic will be the place.
Thanks to Jim and Dominic for being so helpful on the phone and in person.
Edit: Updated Dec 5, 2012. After the past two experiences my wife had there, we will never be going back. In addition to a coolant leak that was not there before, the last straw was over $3000 of suggested repairs and fixes on a car that is barely worth $5000. No explanation really why, or what was important vs what was just suggested. Slow, not friendly, and basically felt like they were taking advantage of my wife because there wasn't "a man there". Sorry guys, not sure what changed with your front desk people, but we're done with you.
Leaving my original review up, so hopefully at some point you can get back (at least for others) the five star I had originally given you.

I have used this shop at least 4 times but not anymore. I came for a simple break inspection which cost me $70 and after the diagnosis for front breaks and back breaks the cost was going to be $1, 656! I couldn't believe it! Then I asked how much would it be only to fix the front breaks and they told me $935 and that they needed to replace the rotors, pads and calipers, oh, and that price included a $30 discount. They were so insistant that they even offered me a loan car so I could drive til the next day when my car was going to be ready. I had a feeling something was extremely wrong with the price so I searched on Yelp again and found a shop in Kirkland that they specialize on breaks only and they gave a qoute for $375 including everything that Autologic told me they needed to repair. Of course I didn't let Autologic do any work on my car and went straight to Kirkland. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop, they will charge you an arm and a leg and probably your firstborn for any fix!

This is the first place I took my car to after moving up here and I don't really feel the need to go anywhere else.
The staff is very trustworthy and explain everything they do very well and very clearly. The complimentary shuttle service to the transit center is great. I can leave my car in the morning, catch the bus to work, come back in the afternoon and my baby is all better. So far I have had a few oil changes down, had a clutch master cylinder replaced and some other small stuff. Each time whatever problem I had was fixed and did not return. They are also very good about explaining anything they find during their inspections and give you quotes right away so you know what you may be getting into.
As far as price, they seem reasonable, though I haven't really shopped around for comparison. Even if they were a little more expensive, between the rides to the bus stop and the excellent staff, I would say the experience is worth it.

I had some car issues to take care of and called around quite a few places to get an idea of what a fair price would be. AutoLogic was extremely competitive with their pricing. Their customer service (specifically Jim) was very helpful -- friendly and informative. I don't know a thing about cars, so I was pretty nervous about getting taken advantage of, but my experience was very good.
I'm going to keep going back to these guys for everything, including oil changes.

First of all, let me just say that I HATE car repair shops. I am a small woman who looks about sixteen, and "Will I be taken advantage of and screwed out of all my money?!" is always running through my head when my car does something stupid. I try to take my car to places that, through word-of-mouth, I've heard are relatively honest - problem is, those are also relatively expensive and usually VERY far from a convenient location.
A couple weeks ago, I was trying to get home from work and my car decided to crap out. Strange lights were coming on and a rather frightening burning smell started coming out of the engine, so we pulled into a gas station in Kirkland. Luckily, I was with my boyfriend and a carpooler (Microsoft carpool alias, you rock!) who belongs to AAA. He called and arranged for them to tow my car somewhere, and then we spent an hour sitting in my freezing-cold car, drinking beer out of paper bags.
The AAA towing guy came and dropped my car off at a predetermined location, Autologic. Apparently, AAA will tow you for free if it's within five miles, so I told them to find somewhere within that radius, and they chose Autologic. I was a little nervous because, although the place is obviously AAA approved, I'd never heard of them and I knew nothing about them beyond what I could sort-of read on Yelp, via my boyfriend's iPhone.
I dropped off my keys and everything, and the next morning, I recieved a number of calls from Jim at Autologic. I was at work - and rather busy - so I wasn't able to answer my phone. It was a little irritating to be called FOUR times, but I actually sort of appreciate that they took the effort to get a hold of me - especially because I'd MUCH rather talk to people before any repairs are made. We finally connected and long story short, it was my alternator (which I'd suspected) and my belts were slightly crappy. They offered to replace the belts for no additional labor costs, because they'd already be in there messing with the alternator, so I agreed - I needed new belts anyway. They did try to upsell me on a few things, but the surprising part was, THEY ARE ALL THINGS I KNEW NEEDED FIXING (my headlights are really cloudy, my keys are bent out of shape, I'm coming up on oil-change time). I opted out of all those extras and there was no issue on their end. Jim even told me he had called the Nissan dealership to ask how much it would cost for me to go get a new key ($20) - I appreciated that quite a bit because it saved me the effort of doing that myself.
Their website offers discounts for Boeing, AAA, and Microsoft, and I figured I'd use my boyfriend's Prime Card (Microsoft discount card). I told them I wanted the Microsoft discount, dragged my poor boyfriend to Bellevue to pay for my car, and they didn't even ask for proof - sweet! Now, don't all go screwing them over or anything! They also offer the same discount for Microsoft contractors and vendors (it's 10% off, up to $100, and I think the AAA is 10% off up to $50 or something... not sure about Boeing). The total cost was "only" $571, which I hear is a pretty good deal for all I had done (diagnosis, new alternator, new belts, and all the labor).
Unfortunately, my car has been squealing, so I called them yesterday to say I thought the belts needed adjusting. All I had to say was, "My name is Krystin T. and I came in a couple weeks ago..." and the guy on the phone said, "Right! The Altima!" I brought my car back in, the guy was very friendly and acted like he knew me, and they checked and adjusted the belts for free. I had to sit in the waiting room, but it was actually not that bad - they had magazines people might actually WANT to read (yes, this is important to me!) and a huge spread of coffee/tea/hot chocolate drinks (sure, it's all instant, but better than nothing, right?).
They tried to upsell me again, but they still weren't creepy or douchey about it. I have a two-year warranty on the work they did, and it's semi-close to my work as well. I definitely recommend Autologic (which for some reason I still keep thinking of as "Autolegend") and will be taking my car here in the future.

I was pleased they seemed very legit business who would give a fair price and reasonable report on what is needed and what is not. Shuttle service was crappy, bad timings only one shuttle. Really good deals on first time visit if you are a prime card holder.

If I moved 50 miles away from Bellevue, I would probably still try and use Autologic for my vehicle repair needs.
The guys working there have excellent communication skills. (They translate "car talk" into "normal english" very well.) They are also a very friendly bunch and very eager to help.
I asked their opinion on the last car I bought and have sought their advice when looked at used cars. I couldn't honestly recommend them enough. They give Microsoft, Boeing, and AAA discounts as well.

Brought it in and asked them to rotate the tires and check/replace brakes. They told me neither needed to be done yet, the tires were wearing evenly and the brakes still had a few thousand miles left in them. They gave me a computer printout of the diagnostics, very thorough and detailed. Total cost: $0.

My car window has gone really screaky, and I left it unfixed because people have been telling me it can cause me a big buck. Today I was just really fed up with the noise, so I drove by Autologic to get a quote.
Manager Doenico came out and checked the car. He told me the issue was just that my window needed lubrication. He lubricated not only the one window that was causing the problem, but checked all 4 windows for me-- for free!!

I felt bad and tried to pay him, but he said just remember Autologic when I need my oil change in the future-- You bet Autologic will be the only place I'll do my oil change from now on --as long as I live in the East side!! Oh, and ya, super friendly, too!

I had some work done on my VW, and was not impressed. Continually tried to up-sell: from $200 for new spark plugs and in-cabin air-filter, to a $100 diagnostic service because my bike rack was making a rattling noise, to telling me that my timing belt needs to be replaced (this car has a timing chain). The oil change and inspection came to $150. That's more than the dealer would have been. Not impressed by their knowledge of VWs nor prices.

I made an appointment online a week in advance telling them I expected to need new brake pads and a new power window motor for one door.
I dropped my car off in the morning at 8:30 expecting the job to be done that day, but I didn't get a call till 4pm telling me they didn't get to it until late and they needed another day to finish it (!?). I finally got my car the next day @4pm. The front brake pads were replaced, along with the window motor, with free tire rotation. The cost for the brake work was near what they estimated. However, the cost for the window work (estimated $190) ended up being $370. Overall a disappointing experience for a shop that had such high ratings on yelp. Btw: the first-timer discount was only $35 (not 10%) and I did tell them I found them on Yelp. Pro: Staff are curteous and professional.

I have long been a fan of AutoLogic, but started questioning. I repair my car myself when I'm not that busy, but decided to let them fix this time. Nowadays, you can get brand new reliable Japanese brand parts so quickly online (such as
), but AutoLogic provided re-built parts for a lot higher price, claimig that "parts for older cars are harder to get" which is not true at all . I had believed that they were an honest repair shop, so, it was very disappointing to see a practice like this.

First oil change free plus a free inspection. It's strange picking up your car from a service and not having to shell out any dough. Coming up on 60k service and they went over the estimate. They actually test all the fluids to see if you need to change it. Really? Who does that? You mean 60k service doesn't mean replacing all the fluids/oils? As the man said, "Why waste good brake fluid if it's still good?" Prices are not cheapest in town but it is less than the dealer. Can't comment on quality of work besides an oil change and inspection but I'm confident enough to bring the car back for the next service and recommended them to someone else already.

I was driving my car to work and suddenly I noticed that the thermometer spiked up to the highest and smoke was coming out from the hood which freaked me out. I pulled my car over to the nearest lot and called AAA for help. By the way I highly recommend AAA membership especially if you're a female or have very little knowledge of cars - very affordable and helpful. Anyhow, I called AAA to have my car towed and AutoLogic was their highest preferred auto repair shop in Bellevue. I knew I could trust AAA as I have used them in the past with great success. My car was towed to AutoLogic and the shop met my every expectation. The staff members were extra friendly, repair cost was affordable (even gave me a $35 first time customer discount) and they only fixed what was necessary. I felt very comfortable speaking with the staff members and they were very honest and genuine which is hard to find in this industry. My car was also repaired w/in 2 days - this is because I brought my car in on a monday which is the busiest day - so considering this, the repairs were done quickly. It turned out that the radiator hose needed replacing and the fan belts as well. My car is now in good condition and I would definitely return to AutoLogic in the future!

I came by for a free break inspection and they were super knowledgeable and gave me a full report on how my pads were and so on. Didn't try to charge me for any unnecessary fixes and they even rotated my tires because they noticed some tread wear... for free! I'm definitely coming here for my next service.

Could not disagree more with some of the negative reviews on here. Although sometimes bad experiences can happen at good shops. Anyways, I have never had an issue at Auto Logic personally. They are a bit on the pricy side, but always do good work to my rig.

Please do not take your car here, you will regret it. Autologic has to be one of the worst auto repair shops I have ever been to, by far. Autologic is a completely dishonest with zero regard for "Customer Satisfaction" even though it's stated as a priority on their website. They will say anything and everything to get you in the door, lying to you along the way and hope that you are too clueless to know that they are taking your money and scamming you.

I had brought my vehicle to Au...

I had brought my vehicle to Autologic when the check engine light came on. I chose Autologic based on a referral from my coworker. The technican explained that it would be $113.22 for the work which involved checking why the light was on as well as repairing whatever was wrong as long as it was minor. I agreed to the charge based on the understanding that Autologic would be able to amend the problem. They called a few hours later and said that the problem was a minor computer problem that could be fixed free to charge by the Nissan Dealer. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was informed that I owed $113.22. I explained to the techician that I did not think it was fair to be charged over $100 for the 5 minutes maximum that it takes to do the diagnostic since the didn't do any repairs on my vehicle. I was told that I needed to pay the charge and that no negotiation would be made. The technician refused to eliminate or even slightly reduce the exorbitant charge. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go to Aamco in Bellevue where they'll check your engine light for FREE!

Great Shop

This is the type of business that makes you want to come back. No one wants to pay to fix their cars, But all cars break and when they do you want to have the work done by a shop that you feel confident that the work was done right. Autologic is that shop. Frank and the Crew Explain things in a concise and easy way, that even my daughter understands the problem and the solutions. I am a Car Crazy guy and they can give details of the problem and how they fixed it I know that the job was done right! I would recommend this place of business to any one. Mac

They charged us over $100 to check why the "check engine light" was on then didn't fix the problem. They said the dealer would fix the problem for free but that we still had to pay them! Terrible!

I've taken my SUV to Autologic several times for services and minor repairs. The Autologic team has always been professional, friendly, and fair in their pricing. Upon my first visit, I was hopeful I would find a trustworthy shop and I'm happy to say they've exceeded my high expectations.

I recently took my BMA in for a oil leak and other repairs. Domenic was very helpful and efficient. When I got my car back not only does my car not leak oil anymore it has never ran more smoothly since I have owned it. I am extremely happy with the work that was completed on my car and highly recommend Autologic. This is a great team that gets the work done properly and efficiently.

Horrible experience. They lied to me, scammed me, over charged me, and treated me with such disrespect as not only a customer, but a new customer at that. I was told that I would have a specific brand of parts installed on my car, but when i received the invoice after the work was done, I noticed that the part number listed on the paperwork was for an inferior brand. I called to inquire as to why I was lied to, but the lying continued. Chris lied to me over the phone and stated that it was just a "generic" part number they pull up in the system to print out the invoices, but that the brand of parts I requested, (the brand Chris told me he ONLY installs), was in fact installed on my car. Not true. I confirmed later (after contacting a AAA representative) that Autologic LIED to me and did in fact install the inferior brand of parts, but charged me a premium price for them. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Do NOT take your car here unless you want to be scammed and ripped off.
