Oil changes OR mechanical problems THIS IS MY GO TO PLACE.
EVERY SINGLE AUTO MECHANIC is super helpful and friendly. (Honestly, every last one)
I am always afraid of overpriced, and/or rip-off mechanics that will keep you coming back.
I truly never got that type of treatment here. I have been with JD Complete Auto for two years and so far I would not take my car or truck to any other location.
Prices are reasonable and parts are installed to last (many parts are repaired or replaced if faulty or broken within warranty... At no cost)
Again, I have two vehicles that are close to 10 years old. (One will be 10 years in roughly a couple of months and the other in roughly 1 year)
Great place and would recommend them to friend and family... Pretty much ANYONE!

Chauncy has worked on my fiance's cars/trucks for years and today he took care of my a/c in my honda pilot and I am so thankful! They do such a great and quick job. He kept me informed of everything and Javier was a great help getting me and my 4 kiddos in and out! Thank you again!!

This place is excellent! Being new in the Inland Empire i was looking for a new place to service my cars and have been shopping around for mechanic for some time. Most places I've been to were either too rude, too expensive, or simply made me feel like I was about to get scammed. The staff kindly greeted me when I came in and I was directed to Moe who seems to handle all the administrator-type stuff. After my inspection was completed, Moe went through each item with me and advised priority with the mechanic tech that inspected my car (teamwork at its finest). And to top it all off, the prices were shockingly low. I can't praise this place enough and I definitely recommend it.

I came here after careful research on auto repair shops near me and have not been disappointed. One of the guys is no longer there. He was the best. Took really good care of me and my dad. He didn't go far. He works right next door for another shop and only because of the hours. JD is still top notch, mainly because of the pride the owner "Chancy" takes in his work and his shop.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, reliable work.

I went here cause the great reviews on yelp. I was not dissatisfied. In fact I found a new mechanic. The customer service here was exceptional......and I manage a customer service center as my day job. Chauncy and Javier made sure I understood what was going on at all times and were very very fair on the pricing also. When I went in I told them I tried them because of yelp reviews, and they said i made the right choice, I am sure I did!. My 2003 is running awesome, the best it has in years. I will be back here next time my vehicle needs any service.

A friend recommended JD Complete saying they weren't cheap but were top notch. They kept his work truck reliable.
I brought in a 30 year old import daily driver suffering from previous bad work. It was infinitely cheaper to fix than to buy new and I love old imports. They did major engine work and upgraded parts that were already planned to be fixed. There were some wrinkles and they handled all my odd requests perfectly. I would say a fair price and I can't say enough about the customer care and repairs turnaround.
I have been through 15 years of many different mechanics and I will go here every time. I do work on the car myself and used them for alignment and other mods. I would say they should market as a performance shop. They deserve a good review.

Primarily went to this place because I saw the reviews about this place being honest and trustworthy. Also, because it's close to one of my properties.
Absolutely the fairest and best place you could take your vehicle for repair.
I am so glad for all the people who wrote positive reviews for this shop. They are right on the money. If you need honest work, fast service at a good price, you should definitely check out this spot.

Being a fairly new resident of Southern California, I searched far and wide for a local shop to cater to what I needed for my car. As a consequence, making the drive to Southern California from Northern California took a toll on my transmission, causing my vehicle to go into 'limp mode.'
With only one gear to drive in and my engine temperature's rising by the mile, my car was in peril and seemed inoperable. Driving my car home at basically a crawl, I feared the worst - replacing the transmission or even severe engine damage.
I made the call to Chansy over at JD Complete Auto Repair and told him the problems I was experiencing. He was genuine and straightforward with me, asking how I drove the car and what sounds were being produced.
After explaining the situation to the best of my ability, he was willing to help without hesitation. I told him my car seemed underivable but he assured me he'd get it to his shop to be inspected.
Going above and beyond any expectation I've ever seen, he went out of his way to pick up my car and take it himself to his shop. Fearing a hefty repair bill, Chansy assessed what was going on with my car with diligence and attention to detail.
Upon inspection, he realized what was wrong and gave me a call. It turned out I was just low on transmission fluid and may need another transmission down the road. Furthermore, he even topped off the rest of my fluids and inspected my car's hoses and undercarriage for leaks.
He didn't try to up-sell me a transmission but merely recommended it due to its condition. I appreciate Chansy's honesty and the work he performed on my car. I'm truly glad to be back on the road with a mechanically sound car.
With a BMW being such a meticulous vehicle to maintain, he went the extra mile and inspected the rest of the car for any other damage. Thank goodness all I needed was fluid but I would highly recommend this establishment as its foundation is built upon a great team and a bona fide shop owner who treats each car better than his own.
With Chansy's excellent customer service, fairness and honesty, I'll be back in the future if I need any form of maintenance or repairs on my vehicle. Trusting a team of mechanics who specialize with different car makes and complex repair procedures, JD Complete Auto Repair is truly a diamond in the rough.

Went in because my break lights weren't working. I changed the fuse and still no luck. I decided to leave it to the professionals. They simple changed my bulb and everything else worked. They didn't even charge me for anything. I guess it's a pretty easy fix but it was still free. Thanks guys!

I've found this to be the best place to get your oil change done. Not only are they hospitable but they let you know potential things to worry about in your car and will not "scare" you into getting services done.
Chansy (master auto technician) is super friendly and nice.
His right hand man, Mark, has also been more than accommodating. Actually everyone is. But, Chansy and Mark make their presence known.
The oil change for a four cylinder is only $21 and they use high grade oil as well. If you have time, they even help you understand your car too.

This auto repair shop is an answer to a prayer!! We were in a terrible car accident in our Suburban and we never thought we'd be able to drive our truck again, but in just 2 days, not only was it repaired, it was running better than it was before the accident. The shop is owned and run by Dith Chansy, "Chansy" and he kept us up to date from start to finish. We are honestly thankful to God for this man and this shop!! The price was more than fair and every person there has a smile and kindness about them. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Soooo thankful for JD Complete Auto Repair and we'll never take our cars anywhere else.

Recently came to JD for a problem with my wife's car and let me tell you, these guys are solid. When we dropped her car off, Daniel offered to get us a ride back to our house, that hasn't happened to us anywhere else. Andy and Daniel are both really stand-up guys. Other places usually try and scam you with stuff you don't need or overinflated prices, not the guys at JD. They were straight up about their pricing and very clear/honest about what was wrong with the car. We followed their instructions and the car works great now. They recommended I return with the car within a week just to double-check that everything is functioning properly. They really took care of us. I'm so pleased with my initial impression of their shop (amazingly clean for a car shop), and service, that I will continue to bring both my vehicles here for any and all future services. They've won my business by being honest and reasonable. I highly recommend JD Complete Auto Repair and am very happy to have found them.

At first we thought this was a great place. We placed a lot of faith in them. We spent a few thousand fixing our SUV. Taking it over to have it repaired was a huge mistake, we trusted these people. Took a trip to Northern CA, spent close to 2K having the car ready. They said it was safe, not to worry. Really? The vehicle left us stranded for 4 hours in very hot heat. Had to spend the night at a hotel with three cats, had to pay additional 400. to AAA to tow us home. After repeatedly being told it was safe to drive, all checked out, they obviously never checked any belts, or transmission, etc. Also, they told us the A/C went out while they were "repairing" our car for a safe trip. Never again will I trust these people. When I called them and asked for an itemized list of work they had done they said if they itemized it would be over the 2K, which was my limit. I was very upset with them, they called a few times wanting to know how they could make it better. Yea, right.

Honest, fair and kind! These guys CARE about the work that they do and they actually care about the people they come across too. I met with Daniel who's the manager and while he doesn't own the shop (yet) he manages it like he does and it makes all the difference! I had never been before and I brought in a car I was looking at buying- Daniel and one of his guys checked everything out for me and had quoted me $35 over the phone before I came in. (The other two places I called were $45 or more). After having it looked at, Daniel told me his honest thoughts and didn't charge me ANYTHING. They are really genuine guys that stand out above the rest. I live in LA (40 miles away) but you better believe I'll be making my way back over there as it's important to support the business of honest, hard-working and kind people and it is such a rarity these days. Thank you guys for your hearts and your talent!!

I knew that I needed an overhaul of the air-conditioning system in my 1997 dodge truck. This shop only charged $25.00 for a complete inspection and found three leaks and a broken compressor. I authorized the repair and had them replace several components including the compressor and recharge the system. The air-conditioner now blows ice cold now and no more noise from the old broken compressor. They completed the work the same day, charged a very fair price and gave me an excellent guarantee. They were great to work with and I will be back when I need work done on any of my vehicles.

This is the first auto repair ...

This is the first auto repair shop that has earned my business for as long as I live here. Chansy (owner) and Steve are who I was dealing with and they are so wonderful and I'm sure everyone else there is also. They take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and what caused it and showed me all the damamge before they did anything. They weren't so quick to repair and then tell me how much it would cost to fix. And they treated me with respect and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel like I was being rushed out the door. I will recommend this shop to everyone! Thanks guys, you made my day.

Quality Business

I needed an alignment on my Lexus RX and looked for something nearby. I chose JD Auto Repair because it was one of the best rated places here on YP. I spoke to Chansy first before going there. Both on the phone and at the shop he was professional, upfront, and highly knowledgeable. He saved me $$ by only rotating my tires rather than aligning them to fix the problem. What an honest, genuine kind of guy. Just like the good ol' days our parents tell us about! I will recommend this place to many others, not to mention return there myself for my mechanical needs.

i came to JD just passing threw when i happen to notice there great deal on oil changes, i was suprised so i went in asked the catch they told me nothing. So i got my oil change 4 cyl 18.00 no tax, an i just started talking to Chansy. He was so down to earth.. i felt like i was at home. He showed me all his credentials, an i was impressed, what was even better was he didnt push for me to buy anything he just said " dont worry girl,". He said he'll only tell me the things i would need not the things that werent necessary, it was a good expirence.. i know they'll be my repair shop for life

My boyfriend took his jeep here after being screwed by a different shop who made his car worse than it was and decided to try JD after the good reviews - i have to say service and attitude was amazing. We told them the problem and even though they were bussy they had no problem taking the jeep in last minute. The truck was there for no more than an hour!! Fast and cheap!

Best Service! Our vehicle got over heated. And when they started working on it, they found other things wrong with our wehicle that needed repairs too. But before they were done, they would call us and tell us how much it would be. They would be honest. They said that they could repair it then & save on labor or take it back but it would add labor then. Real honest! They took us home, and picked from our home, due to our short distance from this shop. Would definitely recommend it! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They even washed my vehicle
