After getting two very high quotes from other auto body shops, I decided to continue the search for other options since we were cash paying clients. A technician at one of these places went as far as telling us that we needed to replace the entire fender. Thankfully I found Art's Auto Body and Paint Shop in Pomona. We arrived at Art's and he immediately made himself available to us and walked out to estimate the damage of our truck. I mentioned to Art that we were previously told that a brand new fender would be needed because according to this other business our fender was not salvageable. Art smiled and said that's not true and they could easily fix the damage done to the fender and passenger door (which would barely open). As Art was talking to us about the damage and what needed to be done I felt confident that he knew exactly what he was talking about. Although Art is a bit quiet, he is also very straight forward with what can and cannot be done and he's not going to BS you around. I completely respect that! We walked back into Art's office he quoted an amount that was relatively much less than previous quotes. We felt that we were treated exceptionally fair unlike other businesses who obviously wanted to try and take advantage of us. We agreed to the price quote and left our truck there. Just a little under a week Art called and said that our truck was finished. When we picked our truck up my husband and I couldn't believe our eyes. The damaged area literally looked brand new! The paint was perfect and there was absolutely no sign of previous damage. I jokingly ask my husband, is this really our truck? Needless to say, Art and his crew did an exceptionally amazing job and I'm so happy that we found this place.
I would highly recommend Art's Auto Body to anyone in need of auto body repairs. Even if you are not in the Inland Empire, I encourage you to make the drive to Arts for a quote. He will not do you wrong and you will be happy you made that drive.

I went to Art's shop for an estimate to get the hood of my truck painted, which after many years had become weathered and unsightly. I always get at least three estimates for any job, but had gotten six for this particular one. Although his wasn't the least expensive option the price was very competitive. Art isn't a man of many words, but he'll answer all your questions and won't throw you a sales pitch. He's not against recommending another shop if he can't do the work in a way that doesn't compromise quality and still makes financial sense. Laudable gesture.
When I picked up my truck it looked fantastic. They did a great job blending the new paint with the existing paint. Art suggested I get the truck detailed, buffed and polished after 30 days (making sure the paint is fully cured) to bring the rest of the car to the luster and look of my newly restored hood. Will do.
From here on forward whenever I need some auto body work done, this place will be at the top of my list

Excellent people. I know Art for 20 years now, or a little more, and he has been a wonderful person to do business with and also their work is very good. If you need work done on your car at a competitve price, these are the guys!!! Vineet Gupta
