I've known about YELP for a long time and have seriously considered posting something a bunch of times, both good and bad, but this is the FIRST time I've actually stopped to post something about my experience because it really stood out from so many other auto repair experiences I've had in the past.
It was such an incredible pleasure working with this team of professionals at Dr. Will's & Kahunas. We recently purchased a used car and was recommended that I go see these guys. They were professional from the first call. They made every effort to accommodate my schedule and serviced my car in a timely manner. The second time I had to take in another one of our cars, they assessed the issue and got the repair done quickly. We've been in there no less than 8 times this past year for the different cars we own and every experience left me appreciative that we found this family and faith based auto shop. We feel very blessed!

So we came in to get some work done. The dealership that sold us the car said that they are a good auto repair shop. Cant go wrong if a dealership tells you they are good right? WRONG!
So what was wrong was the coil for the spark plugs. They quoted and this is no lie 189.00 FOR ONE! I was like NO. They told me "Oh they are hard to find". I thought to myself this is HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I said no way will I be getting that done today. I felt some thing was wrong.
Sure enough I looked up the parts and BOOM! 89.00 FOR ALL 4!! Talk about dishonest people. I should have just gone to the bank and gave them all my money. Seems that is what they wanted. BBB will be told about this!
FAIL HERE ON SO MANY LEVELS!

*** RIPP OFF ALERT!*** I am not happy here. They wanted to over charge me for some work done. Lets but it this way. They wanted 1900.00 for a 500.00 job. WOW really. After reading other reviews I should have known better. Went to a local shop and was giving better service and pricing. I can only say beware!

We have brought our cars to Dr. Will's and Kahuna Auto Repair, we always receive professional communication, timely service and our car is returned repaired and ready to roll. I highly recommend this company. The family that owns this company has treated us as one of their own since the first time we brought our car in. Wouldn't go any place else. My family who lives in Orange County drives out here to have work done on their cars.

This is the kind of auto repair shop you want your family using! Fair rates, excellent work & trustworthy! I've had my cars in several times to have work and maintenance done. One time when my car was in for some other work, and up on the lift, they noticed one of the control arms was cracked! Had they not noticed that, my wheel could have come off with the next bumpy road or pothole hit! Their alert, attention to detail headed off what could have been disastrous accident!

I was desperate for tires, I'd put it off for 7 months. It finally hit red zone, I needed them so badly. I let them know on Monday that I'd like to bring in my car later the same week. Marcos let me know when my tires had arrived and confirmed my next day appointment. They were quick, fair and my new tires feel great! Thank you so much! I'll definitely return!
