Absolutely FANTASTIC service!!!!
I called several places for a quote for a new starter on my Honda Pilot. The quote I received from Japanese Auto Specialty was $400 lower than the dealership, and $200-$250 less than the other repair shops. Thanks to their thorough inspection, it turned out to be the relay and not the starter (only $175!). I'm so glad I found a great place to take care of my car! Great and Efficient service at a reasonable price!

I am so glad I found a shop that does great work for a fair price. I took in my '02 Yukon that had 250000+ miles on it for a few things on different occasions and I always had a good experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I also recently moved to town and had some overheating problems with my Accord. I could have made a trip to my old mechanic but since the reviews for JAS were so good, I saved myself over 2 hours round trip freeway time plus gas!
My car had this problem when I'd be driving slow or sitting at a light (especially on a hot day) and my air conditioning would start to blow warm air and my temp. gauge would start climbing fast! I talked with Bob on the phone and he mentioned a couple of things he would need to check so I made an appointment. Dropped my car off and got a call later what it needed and what it would cost. The repairs were done before the end of the day.
I had another problem which only happens once in a while. Bob asked if I wanted him to keep the car over night and see if he could try to make the car stall like it has done for me so I said sure, let's do that. My Honda didn't do for Bob what it does for me once in a blue moon but no worries, my new radiator fan is keeping my engine from overheating and my A/C is as cold as ever, even when I'm just idling at a stop light. If and when my other problem pops up, JAS will be my go-to guys to figure it out.

Just moved to town recently with my Mitsubishi Ralliart and am sooooo grateful to have found such an Awesome shop! Bob and his crew are not only pros at what they do but are also the most honest and nicest people you'll ever meet! Their prices are More than fair and the quality and speed of their work always amazes me. In the past I have felt intimidated being a woman and dealing with car issues but Bob and his crew are very patient in explaining everything to me and never try to take advantage of my ignorance. I won't let anyone but them work on my car because they have my complete trust. Thank you guys!

I was floored at how much less they are charging me than the dealership service center, plus they seem much more knowledgeable. The repair my poor Honda needed is complicated, but they are already done (2 business days!) and are giving me a year warranty on the work. The dealership gave me an identical diagnosis but wanted triple the price with NO warranty.
Plus the people here are kind and helpful, explaining things and not treating me (a single woman) with typical car-place attitude. Kudos!

My family & I have been going to JAS for the last 10-12 years. I will let NO ONE but Bob and his crew touch my cars! Once he told me he thought they were moving out of state and we all freaked - Luckily they decided to stay and all is still good! They have the best customer Service, Best prices and you can't beat how fast the turn around time is with work. When the time comes to purchase a car - I always Consult with Bob & Vikki for their opinion! Mark is the other mechanic there and is such an amazing partner - he fits the team perfectly. To be selfish I wish they were open on the weekends - But since I believe in supporting my local businesses - I will let them have their weekend. :)

Art and Tony are the two men that run the business. I have read one review describing Art as a gouge for upcharging for the prts he secures to repair their auto. I guess this person doesn't have a clue as to doing business. There is a cost for securing a part as well as the mechanics wages. some folks believe their entitled to free service. I personally have been doing business with Art and Tony for years, they would rather take a loss as opposed to dealing dishonestly with any customer. (just try getting a quote from a dealer service dept and compare) they have always been up front and honest with myself and others I have met while waiting for my vehicle. Everyone is very satisfied with Integrity Motors, except the one fellow who took the time to cast a negative review over a $30 difference in PEP BOYS price and Integritys price. Business men have to get paid for their services, that's how they make a living, for crying out loud!!!!

Art is the owner of this bogus establishment and he is ripping people off!!! Their website claims that they are "fair, and honest" but this couldn't be further from the truth!!! Stay away from this place but if you feel you must go, then get a price quote for labor and parts from Art. Then go to pep boys, AutoZone, and Napa which are the places where Art goes for his parts and see what the difference in price is. YOU WILL BE SHOCKED!!! In our case Napa was the most expensive out of the three locations I just mentioned. The part from Napa was $55.00, why did Art charge us $83.00 for the same part? FAIR AND HONEST, huh? Yea right! If you make that claim you should stick by it Art, not make excuses as to why you are over charging the customer! After finding out the true prices my step dad confronted Art and his response was that "all shops do this" and that he "has to pay each of his employees $900 .00 a week, not to mention workers compensation" Passing on your bills to the customer hardly sounds fair and honest at all. NEXT TIME JUST MAN UP INSTEAD OF MAKING EXCUSES ART. We will never go there again.
