Had to take it back. Back to doing the same thing. I was extremely mad about having to go back for the same issue.
Took it back and they couldn't find the issue. I didn't have the time to demonstrate.
Got a very friendly call asking me to bring the car in for complimentary replacement parts to try and fix the issue.
Brought the car in and did a demonstration drive to show what the issue was. George is expressing extreme concern and disappointment that the issue is still as bad as it was and perplexed as to why. I am happy with the amount of service.
Okay, things are getting better. I am very happy with the service I am receiving. George and Mr.Pulido have gone well out of their way to make this right. At this point I definitely feel like they will do whatever it takes to make this right and have my car working properly as far as the strut set up and allignment are concerned. The only bad thing is my husband had to call off of work today because after working on our only car all day yesterday they were still unable to return it to me and loaned me their company 3 seater truck. On Wednesday mornings my family of 5 piles in while I play taxi taking husband to work then the other 2 to their schools with my tag along 4 year old. So he had to call off and stay home with the baby since there wasn't enough room to take him and all the kids. But that's forgivable considering they are going above and beyond to make this right. I will update my review once all is said and done. Thank you guys for the hard work. :)
***FINAL UPDATE****
Okay final results. They treated me like a close friend by the end of the experience. They expressed how troubled they were that we were still having issues with the strut. In the end everything worked out. I'm very happy with how I was treated and the hard work they put in for me. I cooperated with them and they cooperated with me and we all ended up happy and my car is smoooooooooth.

They fix my parents' Rav 4 tire by Patching (outside) and my Hyundai Accent by Plug (inside). These people know what they're doing and do it fast. Would come back here if needed.
Beware that they charge $1.00 when using Credit Cards.

The service here was horrible and disgraceful! They were rude disrespectful and slow!!! They were not willing to work with people or accommodate them in anyway. You would think with the amount of competition locally they would be more attentive to potential customers. I do not care if my tires pop off at their front door I will not give this company a dime to do anything to my car! So disappointed in people these days.

I've only used them to get my rotors turned. At $10, they're cheaper than O'Reilly's and they had no problem turning my drilled rotors. I've come to inquire about other things and they seem pretty friendly and always willing to give me an answer. I don't like the $1 charge for using a card, but that's my only con thus far.

I have been coming to this location for 10 years, I was 19 years old when I started coming to this place to get my car work done. I had an older car when I started coming to this place so I had a lot of things done on multiple cars. I always called around to compare price. This place always had the prices and they never took advantage of me. A few times I went to other places and they said I needed a bunch of things, took it to Pulidos for a second opinion and they said I didn't need it. Later on I bought a newer car and the dealer always wanted to replace things.. Once it was out of warranty I always took it for a second opinion. I have trusted this place for 10 years, I refer all my family and friends and so far they have been not disappointed us. This place also has great costumer service and they are fast.

Really rude people on customer service...their technicians doing the alignment may be professional, but this place is over priced as well. They were trying to sell me a inner tie rod for my vehicle at 90 dollars when from the dealer ship i got it for 65...not going to this place ever again.

If you want your ride worked on right go here. I have been here several times in the last 8yrs.NOT ONE COMPLAINT!! I ain't just saying it. I hate auto repair shops cause their liars and all they care about is BLEEDING YOU DRY as if you have no other bills to pay. So when I recommend one it must be the sh.....!!! They don't rape you and they will install parts that you bring. Without any bull.....t!! Trust and believe don't go no where else. You'll regret it.

Just came back from Pulido's tire and wheel. It was one hour before closing time but the guy at the front counter was super helpful. I needed a flat tire repair because of a drywall screw. He told me to pull my car right in. The technician worked on it in very efficient manner. I stood and watched out of curiosity, several steps involved in patching. Very professional and even checked the tire pressure on the other tires after he was done. Didn't try to upsell me on anything, which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend Pulido's on Alessandro!

Places ads and denies the offers mentioned, does not seem like a reliable place. They were polite but at the same time sketchy. I would not recommend getting your car checked out or fixed here.

This place is horrible. I went to get an alignment done and they didn't do it right. The guy kept telling me it was because of my tires, but that had nothing to do with the alignment. They just wanted to upsell me some tires. I had to come back twice for them to do something that should have done right the first time. I never really needed tires after all. It was a waste of time and horrible service. I will never come back here again and I suggest you do the same or see for yourself.

Amazing guys. Excellent diagnosis, great work and will always treat you fair. If you've got issues passing smog, getting a car running or just general up keep for your car I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Poor customer service poor repair service I went in to get a starter repair after starter was replaced under warranty the shop told me I needed a alternator and wanted charge me $375.00 I told them that's alright I will do it myself I took my car home I got the alternator for $120.00 I started taking off the old alternator when I unscrew the hot wire that runs from the alternator to starter it just came off in my hand it was not hooked up to the starter call shop and told them what happen put me on hold and never came back to the phone and that's not the first time should of learned never again

Best Valley Smog was excellent! I was a walk-in the afternoon of Monday 6 May 2013. I was told they would get right on it as soon as they finished the two vehicles in front of me. Lo and behold, I was in and out in less time than it took to read a magazine in the waiting room. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them. Looking at the google map I entered the complex off Alessandro Blvd and had to search around the various buildings to find the shop. The shop is actually next to and faces Heacock Street; but, searching was worth the effort!
