When you break down on the first leg of a 4leg road trip, who you gonna call? I recommend Warren whole heatedly. Not only did he fit my car in while I continued my trip, he met me on Sunday on the way back home and even took me to the rental car location to return the vehicle. He went over and above to make sure the car was ok to drive.
Can't say enough good things about him and his service.

Took a f150 to Warren a couple months ago to have him look it over and give me a quote. Warren was always easily reachable and gave me his honest opinion, which was the least financially beneficial to him. I am very glad i found Warrens automotive and will definitely use him for my next automotive repair needs.

OMG. What a stroke of luck!!! Thank you Yelpers for pointing me in the direction of Warren and his shop!! What a neat hard working and knowledgable guy!!! Warren has a passion for all things cars,engines, bikes etc. and it shows in the twinkle of his eyes! I took a real piece of work in there....lots of problems....and he walked me through it all . A beautiful family works here! They patiently took me in when triple AAA took 2 hours to tow me in. (But Keith's Towing was awesome about coming through for us.) We were traveling and would have been stranded if they had not made us a priority. Not only that, but these are just really good people. And they know their stuff! Our car is running wonderfully and we are so grateful they were willing to take us in at 4:00ish on Wednesday afternoon and replace our starter. Now we can still make our camping reservations. Highly recommended!

I am hopeless when it comes to cars, so I am beyond grateful to have found this shop. First off, the customer service is incredible. Warren took me under the hood of my car and explained everything that was going on, making sure I understood what I was paying for and why it was important with the kindest and most patient attitude. I felt like they truly cared about me and my safety rather than other places I've been to where it seemed like I was just a walking checkbook. I will continue coming here for the exceptional service and the wonderful people working here.

5 stars for service is not enough for this place. I have taken my diesel truck to warrens to replace the transmission cooler lines and a glow plug. He did a great job and was super fast to getting it done.
Sometimes you get good service when you are a new customer and then the next time you come in things change. Not the case here, I had my moms car towed in after hours and he was able to work it in to his schedule the next day. He replaced the alternator and recharged the battery for her and was very reasonably priced.

Car trouble always sucks. And when you're 500 miles into an 850-mile road trip to help relocate your mom, and the car refuses to go, it REALLY SUCKS! Far from home. Just me and the dog (flew mom up due to health issues). Not car savvy. And a 106-degree day to boot. I was feeling pretty kicked in the teeth.
Enter Warren's Automotive!
I'd already sat in the Motel 6 parking lot, picking my LA-based mechanic's brain over the phone so I'd have a chance of not being "taken" due to my general lack of car knowledge (and lets face it - my gender). I spied Warren's great reviews on Yelp, gave him a call and picked his brain based on what my mechanic told me. His answers seemed on-point with what my mechanic thought .... so, good .... I figured he'd be a safe bet. Then I told him my sad tale of being stranded between Los Angeles and the Oregon Coast ... and I was supposed to already be on the road to meet up with my mom ... and he said the magic words that almost brought tears to my eyes:
"Well, I've got a full house over here, but you sound like you're in a bind, so get the car over here and I'll take care of you."
And the angels sang!!!
Forty minutes later, a tow truck delivered me and my sad car to Warren's shop where we were greeted with a smile and a bowl of water for my mom's little dog who was traveling with me.
He diagnosed the problem and gave me the run down -- at which point I felt he was totally honest and not trying to up-sell me in the least. He replaced the problematic part (mass air sensor) and then pointed out the start of a tiny radiator leak ... but was honest in saying it was just the start of a problem - so keep an eye on it. He also gave me some bottles of water and rags in case I had radiator trouble along the rest of my journey.
The little dog and I were back on our way in just a few hours and for a very reasonable price.
Very thankful to have found such great service in an unfamiliar town. Thanks, Warren!

Warren is the best! I bought a car that I thought would last me a while. After owning it for one week it turned out it needed a lot of work. Warren had the most reasonable prices for the work I needed done and knew where to send me for the stuff he couldn't do (new key, fob, etc.). This place is great - my only complaint is that I didn't find them sooner! We have a Mercedes Sprinter which is very difficult to get service for and typically very expensive to fix. We previously went to another shop that specializes in Sprinter's and large diesel vehicles and every time we went in the bill was over $500 and every time we left there would be a new problem. Warrens has been the exact opposite in a wonderful way, they have taken great care of us and their fees are half or less of the other place. They do an excellent job and stand behind their work. They also solved a problem that we suspected but the other shop could never fix which we spent many hundreds of dollars with the other place trying to fix it, and which was costing us thousands of dollars in lost fuel efficiency. Warren is a professional and very trustworthy, I'm so glad we found them!

This place is awesome! I rarely walk into an auto shop and trust anyone inside it. It's one of those things where you never know if they are ripping you off. We had our A/C go out while driving through redding to get to Oregon. We stopped by this place after going to some other shop who I didn't trust. Everyone was so nice and it was quick! Warren, the owner, is a stand up guy. I would come again if I ever find myself in redding :)

And one of the best things I like about how him is how he takes the time to explain things and gives you options on what to do next. His wife Jody is also a great and very helpful. Driving down from Portland, OR I stopped to stay a night in Redding. Had some muffler troubles, went in first thing in the morning in hopes of a quick fix.
Warren heard my noisy muffler coming greeted me with a smile. He knew I was traveling and did everything to get me fixed up and back on the road within in hour. He even took a car out of the garage that he was working on to get me in because he knew I was in a hurry. Was very friendly, gave me a great price and educated me on what the problems were.
Would highly recommend this spot to anyone. It felt like I had a friend fixing my car, rather than some auto shop I didn't know trying to take advantage of me. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Wow.....The search is over for my quest of a Great Master Mechanic! This shop and Mechanic are Highly recommended for Excellent Work at a fair price.
He showed me Exactly what was going on with my Brakes in detail and recommended the repairs needed without trying to sell me the entire farm when not needed.....

Warren was wonderful when my son's 1973 Toyota pickup broke down while traveling south from Portland. He offered to call around for the needed part, even before my son's truck limped into town, and sent someone to help change the tire, when the poor truck blew a tire just block's away from Warren's shop. In September, traveling, pulling a trailer, my radiator overheated and Warren fit me in, diagnosed the problems, explained to me what was going on, replaced the radiator the next day, and got me back on the road. The service was outstanding, and I'd recommend his work to others at any time.
