Over priced place. $20 labor for an oil change. Told me $15 with half hour wait when I made the appointment, but actually it's $20 and spent an hour for an oil change. They did nothing special but higher price. Never come agian.

I LOVE JOE at Quality Auto... They fixed my son's car a few months,ago and when the altenator went bad... they promptly replaced it at no charge. Amazing, fast, friendly service

I realized last minute that I needed a smog check for my car renewal due the next day! I went to Quality Auto Service on a Tuesday morning and they were able to check my car right away. The smog check was done in a matter of minutes! I brought reading material with me fully expecting to wait around a while but I barely got through a couple of pages. They were very friendly, super fast and efficient. The owner, Mike explained they are setup to smog more than one car at once so they can save time for their customers. I will certainly return to Quality Auto Service!

My first smog check ever. Yes, I'm a novice when it comes to anything related to my vehicle. I was worried, very concerned, and not looking forward to it at all. Mike, the owner, assisted me and was thorough with the ordeal. The process was quick, I was done within 20 minutes, and he even filled up one of my tires low on air. Whew! Anxiety gone. Now to pay my tags...anxiety back!

Took my car here as I was referred by AAA and also read these good reviews. Michael told me he could take a look at my car to see if my oil pan was repairable without paying for a new one. After taking a look at it, he determined I had a steel pan and would need a new one (but I appreciate him trying to save me money). I dropped my car off at 8:30 and they started working on it right away. I had my transmission oil serviced as well and they called me 3 hours later saying it was done. Quality Auto fixed my bad oil leaking problem that was caused by the dealer and also told me I had too much oil which they took care of. They are very knowledgeable and honest as well. I definitely will return for service in the future.

This is a great repair shop. They are honest and professional. I recently had problems with my daughters car and they got to it quickly and kept me informed. One of the problems was transmission but instead of sending me somewhere else he coordinated the entire thing. Excellent.

I came to this place because of the reviews from yelp and I'm not pleased with the results. I came in because the check engine light came on, so I checked to see which auto shop was the best in the pomona/claremont area. I called and I believe I spoke to Mike and told him the check engine light was on. He told me to bring my car in, so I did. I came there and he was very nice, he asked me if there was anything else I thought was wrong with the car and I told him the car makes noises when I turn the wheel. He said he would have the mechanic check it out. I left my car there over night and he said he would give me a call in the next morning. He called the next morning and said his mechanic ran a diagnostic on the car; he said the check engine light came on because battery acid may have leaked onto one of the wires which cause the light to come on, but he assured me the check engine light was off and his mechanic said the diagnostic did report anything wrong with my car. I asked if he knew why the strange noises were coming from my car when I turned the wheel and he said he would have his mechanic check it out and he would give me a call back. He also told me if the check engine light came back on when I got the car back to call.
I guess he forgot to call back, so I came back to pick up my car. As I drove it around the area it seemed fine but a few hours later the check engine light came back on. By this time they were closed, so I informed my father the next day. He called Mike, and told him the light came on again; Mike kept speaking over my father and told him it would cost $93 dollars an hour to figure out what was wrong with the car. If his mechanic ran a diagnostic why would he need to recheck again for $93 an hour? My car is not new, but if his mechanic had done proper checking of my vehicle I would not be writing this. At first I thought this place would be amazing and that they would do a proper inspection of my car, but they didn't. If anyone wants to go to this place I would still recommend it because I'm sure they are good at what they do from the other review, but I lucked out. I will not return to this place and I will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

For good, honest, reliable auto repair you need to go here to Mike & Bob. For years he has given me good advice and kept my cars running. When I had to go to a dealer for a recall item, I was able to call Mike and find out what the car really needed, and what they were just trying to sell me.
