This is got to be the worse review i have given on yelp and its no fun..I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt when it comes to customer service and treatment especially in the automovtive repair business and i understand that your not going to please everyone..in short im actually waiting for the onwer to call me back to issue a refund..its been a week and no effort as of yet...i believe there is at least a 2 week grace period you have to give a repair place to make good on their services before filing an offical complaint..so i will wait until then..so i will be back to finish my review..like i said dont like negative reviews and i when i encounter poor service like to give them a chance to reedeem themselves. Its 3 Mar and I havent heard back it from the owner plenty of time..Consumer beware seems like customer friendly place but is riddle with lies and deception..Filing a complaint with the BAR..Good luck if you ever take your vehicle to this bag..

After the alternator in my car had failed, I brought it to this shop to of course get repaired. This job took about 3 days which was completely fine. However, about 2 and half weeks later my alternator failed on me again leaving me stranded in the middle of a busy street. I had gotten it towed once again to this shop. Upon arriving, the owner, Glenn, was completely rude and, excuse my language, an asshole. He had my car for about 2 weeks and everyday I would call to check the status of my car, he would tell me that he got side tracked with other things and hadn't looked at my car yet. Finally, I was told that my battery and alternator were bad. Overall I do not recommend this place. I feel as though he doesn't know what he's doing and his customer service is horrible. If he was Kinder and more willing to help and provide information instead of leaving customers in the dark about their vehicles, the 2 week long wait for my car may have been acceptable.

Great place I definitely recommend anyone to take their vehicle in. super fast plus they're open on Saturdays. I had my 100,000 mile tune up done along with a few extra recommended services I dropped off the truck in the morning and received a phone call mid day. All parts were ordered and delivered super fast.
