Great shop - great staff. We had to invest in pretty much a total rebuild of our '07 Ford 1-ton diesel a couple of years ago. We were quoted a price, and they stood by their estimate. We were offered a few sturdy upgrades along the way, which we approved, and the truck is just awesome now. We're getting all our work on this truck done here.
It's not often that a mechanic shop affects your life, but our dream for retirement was to camp all over the west with our big heavy camper. We do that now, with total confidence in the truck, thanks to this shop. And we've been to some wondrous places, with many more on the upcoming list. Thanks J&H.

This is the best place to take your truck hands down! You won't find someone who knows more about diesel trucks than Joel, I'm sad that we moved away & now have to find a new shop! We miss you all at J&H Performance!!

We had our Ford Excursion towed here after the starter motor went out on it. While they did fix the issue with our vehicle in a timely manner, I am giving them three stars for their communication. We never heard from them unless we called them. We made it known to them that my husband was working out of town and I was stranded at home with three kids and needed to be in the loop with what was going on with my car so I could coordinate rides to school, piano lessons etc. I was very frustrated with the lack of communication and when we did talk with them it was difficult to get a straight answer. I understand that they won't know the exact issues right away, but at least call once you have figured it out and give a guesstimate on when I will be getting my car back and what it will cost instead of just calling me once you have finished everything leaving me scrambling to find a ride to transport myself and three kids to pick up the car before you closed.

They fixed my diesel truck and also alerted me as to a potential problem that I will have addressed and even checked up on my truck to see how it was doing. I would recommend them, they are nice guys. The follow up is what did it for me....

Terrible customer service. I have never been treated so poorly by any shop. They refused to help in any way, would not even lend out a tool for me in the parking lot. They also jumped to conclusions and tried over charging for a part needed.

While stuck at a motel 6 trying to find someone in town to help, these good people had me back on the road in no time while everyone else refused to even look at the truck for a week!!!

Took my dodge in for a bad injection pump an timing cover leak ended up with a new pump and a new fass pump cause my fass took a crap which should have been warrantied but thay was only an extra 850 an the cover stopped leakin for bout 2 days never goin back
