I don't give five stars often... But when it comes to quality at a good price, i have no choice. Really good work and really friendly! If you need any auto glass work done go to them! They also can drive out to wherever you are!
Also lowest price around after calling three places nearby!!

Honestly these guys are amazing. I have a 2009 lincoln mkx and needed a replacement. After calling 6 different places this was the best price of all. Very friendly and quick. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their windows done! Thanks guys!

All I can say is "wow". If only the rest of the world of businesses had customer service like this...
I had an appointment with Safelite to repair my rock crack in my windshield. After a weekend of pondering it and thinking that $120 for a repair seemed really high, especially since their quote for a whole new windshield was $220, I made some last minute calls the day of my appointment to see what other people were charging. Damn the Safelite jingle on their commercials! What a ripoff. No one else was higher than $65, some as low as $35.
In the midst of my calling around, I called Direct Quality Auto Glass but no one answered, so I thought nothing of it and was about to settle for a $65 mobile service (still better than Safelite). Then, unexpectedly, Raul calls me saying he apologized for missing my call (impressive, since I didn't even leave a voicemail) and asked if he could help with anything. I asked for a quote- $35 with lifetime warranty! What! AND he was beyond helpful in getting me scheduled for same day service, even when I tried to switch times around on him. We just texted back and forth and it was amazing.
Then, I was worried about how deep the rock damage was and sure enough, it was deep. Raul said most people wouldn't touch it because it's possibly too deep to make it disappear, but if I was okay if I'd still be able to see it some, he was down. Love the honesty.
Fast repair, great work, beyond friendly and helpful and accommodating. 10 stars!!
(seriously Safelite? Bit of a brutal boning, don't you think? Sad because I loved your jingle!! It almost had me.)
Update: apparently normal price is $50, he's running specials right now. So just an FYI.
Another update: apparently a new windshield for me here would only be $130! Dang Safelite!!

Took my bmw 530i for a head light restoration didn't imagine the result gonna be this spectacular. Excellent costumer service and a great job. These guys saved me 1200$ for a new headlight . I recommend everyone to visit that place .

Fast friendly and very helpful. They were closed but they were able to replace my windshield that day. I couldn't be happier with the quality service that was giving. We paid $140 with lifetime warranty. I will definitely refer them to everyone.

Raul has fixed two windshields for is, one was an entire SUV front windshield replacement and the other was a front windshield crack on a sedan. His work is excellent and he is very, very nice and easy to work with. I have never had any problem scheduling an appointment and he gets us in and out quick. The prices are the lowest I have found in the area and he even offers a return customer discount. This is definitely my first choice for auto glass repair and I would never want to go anywhere else. Thanks Raul! You are the best!

I had a small chip in my windshield and was calling around and called Direct Quality Auto Glass Repair and spoke w/ a nice guy named Raul, he quoted me right over the phone and said I was able to come in right away, he remembered speaking to me when I showed up and took a look at the chip and said it will be only 15 mins, mind you I got here at 4:45pm, he wasn't in a rush and was able to get it done within 15 mins... Price was really reasonable and will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends when in need of windshield repairs! Thank you Raul you did a really good job :)

Raul was awesome. He had to reschedule the morning of the original windshield replacement date but was great at communicating the error and was accommodating to my alternative schedule.
During the installation, he pointed out a few things that I had noticed about the windshield and the excessive chalking used by the previous windshield installer.
Very knowledgeable about different types of glass windshields (brands and companies and mm). Would recommend if you're in the IE!

Windshield was completely cracked from an accident. So I called 4-5 places with good reviews and these guys were able to replace it sooner than anyone else. Best price too. I took it their shop but they're mobile as well. Legit shop with training certificates on the wall. Overrall great service!

Again Raul saved us $$. We had a crack that was started to spider out---I drove straight to his shop---and after he completed the repair, I couldn't tell where it had been.
He has repaired all 3 of our vehicles over the years and always done high quality work. Take a peek at the tools he uses-all heavy duty expensive items, not the cheap kits some guys who do it as a sideline use. Raul is the best.

I went in today last minute to get my windshield repaired, and Raul did an amazing job. My windshield had a large crack after getting hit by a rock on the fwy and now I can't even tell it was there. I am very pleased with the outcome. I recommend this place to anyone that needs their windshield repaired.

This was a last minute decision and within an hour they were at our house and an hour later they were gone. Very professional and efficient. They even replaced the oil change sticker that was on the old windshield. If anyone were to ask for a referral, this is the company to go with!

Great service! I needed one of my headlights restored (after unsuccessfully attempting to do it myself and having regrettably taken it to Aamco) I called them up and made an appointment. They even insisted that i wait for them to get the right tools to properly restore the headlight in order for it to be done correctly (a sign that they are legit). The worker, Raul, guaranteed it would be clear again. When he brought back my car, it was as if the headlight was brand new! Great customer service! Highly recommend this to everyone!

I went in on June 1st 2016, I called around first and they gave the lowest quote for smog check. I arrived with my engine light on, didn't realize this would mean an immediate fail, they ran the smog check, told me I passed everything apart from the engine light being on. They then gave me a print out which showed the electronic read out: fault code so I wouldn't have to pay to get a diagnosis somewhere else. They didn't charge me a penny! The man I dealt with is Fidel, couldn't have been nicer and he said to come back once that issue was fixed to run the smog again. What company does that? I am restored in car mechanics, usually you leave with a feeling of being taken advantage of this company did a bunch of work for FREE! I recommend this company highly, I will absolutely go back to them for my smog check and I'll be telling all my friends to do the same. Thank You Pro Stop Test Only!!

Absolutely the worst service experience EVER!.I brought my dad's truck in for a SMOG test while he was out of town on vacation. Owner insisted MY address be on the certificate and insisted it be from my drivers license. I asked him to use the address on the registration I provided. He insisted he needed my license so he could use that address. I pointed out to him that I was paying cash and there was no need for my own personal information so he simply refused me service. FYI! It is a law in California that you are NEVER required to show an ID for services. Having worked for Chili's for many years, I know for a fact that you cannot even check an ID when given a credit card. Once you give someone your card and ID, they have everything they need to steal your identity. Having had my identity stolen before I am VERY wary of giving anyone more info than they need but have NEVER seen such rudeness as to turn me away because he wanted to break a state law. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau!
