Shane has worked on all our cars and we find him to be one of the best ever. He has shown the two things most important to us in auto repair...honesty and knowledge. He gets the job done correcly the first time and his prices are very fair. I really respect a mechanic that actually does the work himself and explains everthing he did to correct the problem. I would not go anywhere else in the Simi/TO area for car repairs!

Simply put, Shane over at GP Auto is AWESOME! Drove away with feeling he really cared about my car and had the expertise to do repair required at a fair price. Not easy to find a "Straight Shooter" in the repair business, but Shane is. It wouldn't be hard to sell me on unnecessary repairs on my 15 year-old vehicle, but not at GP Auto.

All I can say is Shane is a life saver my car was broken into while I was at work last week and my window was just destroyed ....I felt so violated and had no idea what to do ..... Then out of the kindness of his heart Shane offered to help me I was so shocked that some one I had never met before was willing to help in the way he did all I can say is he was like an angel sent from God not only did he repair my window but it was just in time for a huge storm so not only am I not driving in the 37 degree weather any more I was completely warm and dry so if your are looking for some one to not only do an amazing job but also completely go out of their way to make sure things are done 100% amazing please just give him a call maybe he can change your horrible situation and make it an amazing experience like he has done for me and I am sure many other family's

Shane at GP Auto fixed a transmission problem and also noticed I had the wrong battery in. I've taken my car for oil changes and other services and in 2 years, no one else noticed. I highly recommend GP Auto for any and all of your car needs. Good work at a fair price!

I love this guy! He is a truly talented mechanic that is not afraid to tackle the most difficult car. I took him my daughter's piece of junk and he had it running like new the next day. His prices are fare and he will tell you exactly what needs to be done now, and what should be done as you can afford it...

Went in for an oil change. Shane really checked my whole car in depth. I had been going to the same mechanic for 7 years but decided to try this place and I'm glad I did! He immediately found something that was wrong with my car, it was really obvious that it was messed up. My old mechanic never once noticed or told me about it. Shane fixed it and told me some things that needed to be done, before they become a problem. He's a great mechanic!

I went in with some car problems and Shane did a really good job. I was almost thinking I needed a new car soon, but my baby is running just fine now :0) I've had a couple of car services with him and it's been a great experience. Shane has pretty much been a mechanic his whole life I think.
