I took my 2009 335i M Sport here after a driver had side swiped my passenger side.
From beginning to end Will was extremely professional and friendly with answering questions as well, and Maria was very good with helping talk to insurance, phone calls, ect.
Absolutely my go-to Auto body shop from now on, awesome shop, great team.

I went to Will's because the woman who accidentally backed into my car in a parking lot recommended him. Since she was going to pay for my car repair, I thought I'd get his estimate first. Will looked at my car and asked if I could wait a bit while he looked at the damage. I assumed that he was writing up an estimate. 20 mins later, he asked me to look at the car. He had fixed the damage!! and said it would be a $100 charge to her. I was ecstatic. Now this was a cosmetic repair. I asked Will to estimate the cost to fix some of my other dents. That work would have involved replacing the panel and would have cost much more. Will strikes me as being a very competent and honest workman. I would highly recommend him.

I've been so very pleased with the service I've gotten at wills since the moment I dropped off my car. They worked directly with my insurance company and helped to arrange my rental car where I could even pick it up and drop it off at their location. They kept me very up-to-date on the progress called and asked if any additional money was needed just didn't make the repairs without asking I would most definitely go back and would recommend them 100%

Will and his staff are courteous, competent, and honest. What more could you ask for in an auto shop?
Well you get more here. Will really does treat his clients' cars like his own. He takes the time to educate you about your own car. If there's something wrong, he'll fix it. But first, he'll make sure you understand what the problem is. Rather than use complicated shop terms that we laymen don't know, he'll speak in plain English. I always feel like I know exactly what's going on with my car.
I've been going to Will with several cars over many years, and I don't plan on ever stopping!

I can say if you are looking for someone who does outstanding work and is very ethical, Wills auto body is where you need to go! They helped me out with the rental car and dealing with the person who hit me's insurance company. They have a great team! I would recommend him 5 times over. Came back from Vegas to find that the cover of my side view mirror was stolen off my 328i. Seething, I called body shops around Concord where some were quoting upwards of 100 just to paint a brand new cover and this was after I had to cash out for the part itself.
Called Will, explained the situation and he said he could do it for 50-75 AND have it done in a day or two. I wanted to drive around with my car looking the way it did for the LEAST amount of time possible so I dropped it by the same day.
Dropped it off off Tuesday late afternoon and picked it up and had it installed Thursday by noon! Will was awesome and I recommend him to everybody who wants great work, great customer service and extremely timely! Work!!

Will is the best around. In addition to superior skills in his craft, Will is a kind and courteous man who is extremely professional and full of integrity. You never need to worry that he will try to take advantage of a situation like some body shops or mechanics. He does what's necessary to do the job right and charges a reasonably. My BMW 325i's front bumper was recently damaged after another vehicle backed into my parked car. I got an estimate from a local body shop in Concord and decided to get a second estimate from Will's Body Shop. Will met the previous estimate in price and beat the previous estimate in time for completion by half. Will was nice enough to meet me on Sunday so I could drop off my car. I asked about some touch up work on some black paint on some trim and he said he would do it at no charge!!! I picked up my car two days later and Will stayed 30 minutes after their closing hours to meet me. My car looked great. Will had great customer service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Will's Auto Body.

I was referred to Will's Auto Body and he did not disappoint. I backed my brand new 2015 Dodge Ram into a light post on a steep hill at night and it needed to be replaced and the tailgate had minor damage which was repairable. After I spoke to Will over the the phone and in person I felt at ease and confident he was the right guy for the job. Will and Leslie explained the process to me and assured me I had nothing to worry about and so I dropped off my truck off and a week later I had my truck back and it looked exactly the way I bought from the dealership before I smashed the rear bumper. Will only uses OEM's original manufacture parts and I'm very pleased with his high quality of work. I highly recommend Will's Auto Body to anyone who's looking for honest, professional, superb body work.

There are many auto body shops that will fix up your car but very few that will the job right. Will has the knowledge, the experience, and the integrity to do the job right. Communication and professionalism were also top notch. As far as I'm concerned this is your only choice if you are looking for a quality craftsman to work on you car.

My 2 year old pressed the garage door on my wife's car when the hatch was up and scratched the paint all the way down the back. Contacted my insurance and brought it to Will's auto body and he took care of the car and the work was impeccable. I'm sure a lot of body shops in the area are good but the service at Will's auto body goes beyond others. I have had a few cars that had to be fixed in the 15 years I lived in the area but the quality and service is top notch. If someone is looking for a great auto body shop I would highly recommend Wills Autio body!!!

Maybe a bit out of the way, but Will replaced my rear shocks at over $100 less than the before-taxes dealer quote. He also completed the job in about 20 minutes. I've never been out of a shop for any repairs or work in 20 minutes! This is my new go-to shop, and I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen!

My BMW 328I back bumper was hit at my work garage. Progressive (the worst) was the insurance company for the person who hit my bumper. Took my car to Will to get an estimate. The BMW bumper had to be replaced. Progressive told Will that he had to first install after market bumper and no BMW genuine parts. Will went ahead and purchased the BMW bumper and out of pocket lost about $200. His main motivator was to have a satisfied customer. Clearly Will understands how to keep customers as I was upset at Progressive Insurance. He made me a loyal customer and moving forward I will recommend Will's Auto Body Inc. Will thanks for being honest and the awesome work you did to my BMW. The BMW 328I bumper looks brand new! Thanks again.

I brought my 2013 Honda CRV into Will's for repair of a very bad dent along the passenger side. He did a beautiful job. I was so pleased with the calibre of work he did, I brought my second car (BMW) in for several repairs. Will is personable, demonstrates integrity, is professional and has amazing attention to detail. He takes the necessary time to be accurate in determining what the costs will be and offers the customer different parts/repair alternatives/associated costs to choose from. Will is a perfectionist in his trade and he did an excellent job on both of my cars. I felt like I had two brand new cars when Will was done with them. I HIGHLY recommend Will's Auto Body and will certainly use him for any auto body repairs in the future.

I was referred to Will (William) by a friend of mine. I took my Hummer H2 to repair a door damage. Will quoted me a very reasonable price and did an excellent Job! The body repair work was perfect and the paint job was a spot on match! He finished the job on time. Because of the quality of the work he did on the Hummer, I had him repaint the bumper of my 2014 BMW Z4, that had had a shopping cart damage and repainted twice by another body ship but the color match was off . Will, again did an excellent job. The color match was perfect. I am a very picky person when it comes my cars. I rarely hand off the 5 star ratings. Will's Auto Body, in my opinion, is well deserved this rating and has truly earned this from me.

great honest body man with allot of experience i have been in concord for 60 years and he is the best and wont gouge you.Will just did some final tweeks to my 280sl for the concourse show in pebble,looks great no one else would touch it.
