Came here my first day after moving to California from out of state. I needed a smog check and even though it was the end of their workday and almost a holiday weekend they fit me in without an appointment and were completely patient even thought I didn't have the requisite paperwork. They sorted all of this out and checked the car. I'll be back!

WARNING .... Jim (manager) has just retired. My 88 year old mother had been going to Purrfect Auto for over 10 years. Jim was honest, experienced and trustworthy. He was a gem. He didn't just try to sell every service/repair every time. Last month, (Jim gone)... my mom's busted water heater hose turned into a $1200+ bill.... my red flag went up. A couple of days ago she took it in for a tune up. The estimate was over $700. I stopped it. What they wanted to do was unnecessary and TWICE the cost of three other bids I collected. We went elsewhere and it was found Purffect was wrong in what was ACTUALLY needed. In addition their parts price were really marked up (double). My Mom had trusted them. New management took advantage of my 88 year old mother. THIS IS SENIOR ABUSE !!!
I never trusted the owner.... only Jim who sadly retired!

Jim made this place what is WAS. He was honest and exceptionally trust worthy. He has been tending to not only all my cars for the past 10 years but all the people I have brought to this business. So horrible that he left!!!!! I've been back twice and the place is so not perfect anymore.... nice guy but completely lacks the experience and knowledge that Jim had. Prices:(!!!! Honesty:(............ I doubt they will be able to retain a lot of their long term clients who know better.

I was a big fan of Purrfect and the great service they provide, however one bad experience may now force me to take my business elsewhere. I've had my oil changed by them multiple times. I was due again and called on a Saturday morning to schedule a stop later that afternoon. I was told it would be no problem and put my name down for 2pm. Not sure who I spoke with, but I came in I was informed that not only do they not have any availability for the rest of the day, but that they don't even take appointments on Saturday. I'm pretty disappointed by this error and the apathy of the attendant who was there has me looking for a new car service spot.

If you stop by here ask for Hammer! He knows his stuff and he's very honest with his feedback. We felt very comfortable asking him anything. Hammer was very professional as well. We did not feel rushed and it was great to have someone who genuinely cared about making things a win-win for all of us. I've had to take my van in twice over the last month. The first time it was for a dead car battery. The manager called me up to tell me that my battery had a AAA sticker on it and suggested I find out if it was still under warranty. Turns out it was. Purrfect Auto could have just sold me a battery but instead let me know that I could save money another way.
Then I was hearing a funny sound while driving, so I brought it in again. This time it was the alternator. They'd replaced my alternator about 5 years ago, so it was out of warranty, but they gave me a discount anyway.
The manager at the counter is always friendly and willing to explain technical issues in layman's terms so that the customer can understand what is going on with the vehicle and what needs to be done to fix it.

Wouldn't know what their service is like because I called to make an appointment, was put on hold immediately, and proceeded to sit and wait for six full minutes. Gave it another shot, called back, was put on hold for another five minutes. Not terribly inspiring ... I called because they were on the AAA approved list. I've been looking for a place to bring my car that isn't as far away as the dealership in Mission Viejo. I'll be going elsewhere.

I agree that Jim and Dave, the front men for this business, are good guys. But I am really unhappy that I took my car in and it was "misdiagnosed" - the techs declared I had a dirty throttle, and maybe I did, but they missed the fact that **all 5** motor mounts had gone bad! The shop that did fix them actually did not want me on the road with so many bad mounts.
I appreciate that they guarantee their repairs. I have no doubt the repairs they did were well done. BUT I think their techs need more training for judging the issues to a car. In this case, they failed badly.

I gave up going to the Toyota Dealership because they literally charged a small fortune. Fortunately, a client told me about Purrfect Auto Service in Tustin. (There is also a rental car place next door to them that gives you a discount which Purrfect Auto Service has worked out for their customers.)
My car is running great. There prices are 50% below the dealership and the staff, including the mechanics, are friendly, courteous and thorough.
If they don't fix it, they have a 24 month warranty which is the longest one I have every seen for a local auto service shop.
Jim, #1 Service Adviser, has been there for a number of years and is absolutely knowledgeable about all cars and models.
Dave, the owner, is a great guy and is fair beyond belief.
Andrew, their new Service adviser is knowledgeable and has worked on Lexus autos for years.
They have monthly coupons on their website and they "honor" them.
(And, they give a AAAutomobile Club discount as well.)

Will not be recommending this place to anyone.
If you like customer service and mechanics who take pride in their work, go elsewhere. That's basically what the manager told me anyway, verbatim: "if you want a more thorough check, take it to the dealership". Thanks for the recommendation, after 5 visits in 2 months and over $1k, I think I'll take him up on that offer.
Coming here ends up costing you more than you're saving, trust me. I only wish I had read some of the reviews on this page before coming here, would have saved me a lot of time and money.

My car AC was slowly dying. The air was not blowing forcefully and it wasn't getting very cold. Not good in August with a 5 month old. We took my car in to this place fearing it was going to be a $1000 service. Thankfully, it was just a leaky valve and low Freon. Jim and Dave were honest and effecient. My car was done in a few hours. I got the 10% AAA discount and they charged me a very fair price ($150 out the door). In fact, they forgot to write up one of the minor services on my final bill and Jim told me that if they didn't quote it, he wasn't going to charge me for it. My AC works great now and I appreciated the customer service. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them.

I came here because the check engine light came on in my car and it started shaking. I checked online and it seemed my spark plugs were shot. This place was recommended on
and was a short bus ride away f4om work so I decided to bring my car in. Upon opening at 8, there was already a long line of customers! It took much longer than expected to get my car fixed (finished around 3 or 4) but I'm well pleased with the service, not to mention my gas mileage has substantially increased, even wel beyond the EPA estimates.
So in short..
Pros:
Reasonable prices
Great quality
Easy access to public transit if you need to return back to work (it's next to the Metrolink station after all)
Cons:
They seem to take longer than usual but maybe it's their quality control. I overheard some other customers being offered free rental cars since their repairs may take multiple days.
The diagnostic fee of $100 something wasn't waived.
If you are impatient, then I would not recommend this place. But if you need a quality mechanic in a convenient location for a reasonable price, then they're highly recommended.

Brought my car in to have them take a look at my broken moon roof. I was told it would be about $100 for an hour of service to look at what was needed to be done. I was also told that if they discovered that they could not fix it, it would be free of charge. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me out as it's a dealer fix =( But I was very happy with Purrfect Auto. Jim was friendly, respectful, and honest. I will definitely come back to these guys if, God forbid, something else should happen to my car. Thanks Jim and Purrfect Auto!

Vary disappointed AAA recommend this place, was told if you have your vehicle towed by AAA to this ship you will get an estimate with in 60 min of arrival. Not only did AAA say this over the phone but the auto shop has pamphlets in there entrance with that info as well, the man at the counter responded to me like I was a joke when I asked about the 60min estimate. I understand that company's get busy sometimes however it's the delivery of the information. Not only was he not sympathetic but tried to make me feel stupid for even asking about it. I then told him, "what your telling me is there is no benefit to being a AAA member and havering them bring me to your shop" he responded with a clear,"NOPE". I showed him the company's own pamphlet they had and said "then why does it say this here" he straight up ignored the question and did not answer. I would never return here nor reference any one i care about to this place simply bc of the poor customer service. This man single handedly lost not only my business but several other people I now that come here will no longer come back as well. Good luck with that attitude, you may notice a decline in your RETURNING customer base because of this

I went in to have my car battery recharged and tested, the customer service was great, they were patient, helpful, knowledgeable and more than willing to answer questions. The recharge and test was to take an approximate of 2 hours and it took exactly that long, it was free to recharge and conduct the testing. If you belong to AAA, having the battery recharged and tested is free! Great Service!

So here is the deal: must call ahead to see about when is a good time that day to bring your car in for an oil change, you must speak to Jim because he is awesome, and you should really check out (and print off) their coupons from their website.
I was in and out in 45 minutes and only paid $39.99 plus tax for my 60-point inspection that included oil change, oil filter replacement, tire rotation, break inspection, and all fluids topped off. So coming back here for my routine care maintenance needs!

Went to the nearby smog check place and failed because a check engine light was on, so brought my car over to Purrfect for inspection. They couldn't work on it the same day so I called later and "made an appointment" and was told that if I brought my car by 8am, they would have it done by the afternoon. The code that was causing the smog test to fail was fairly straight-forward (I got the code from the smog place and looked it up online). Okay, great. So I was there at 7:45am and there were other customers waiting - it turns out that there are no "appointments" and it all seems to be first come, first served. I left my car and was told that I'd be getting a call in a couple of hours to tell me what was happening. 3pm rolls around and I still haven't heard anything so I called and they explain that people called in sick, etc. and so they haven't had a chance to work on it but they will definitely get it done by 5pm. At 5pm, I go to pick up the car and not only is it "not ready" but they HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED. The guy at the counter tells me that I should leave it overnight and they'll work on it the next day, but now I'm leary and a bit aggravated that nothing has been done. After me pressing him for details, he finally takes the machine out to my car (where it has been parked all day in the lot) and tells me again what the fail code is - an "evaporation" code (which I already knew) and says that the first thing that they will try is changing the gas cap and that he is going to order one for $25. So I told him I would do that myself and see if the check engine light would go off. I went to the auto parts store and got a new gas cap, but the light did not go off, so I came back to Purrfect the next morning and was told that more people were out sick so they may need a few days (!!) to fix my car. That is, for them to replace a gas cap and read the code, it would take DAYS?!
That was unacceptable, so I pushed a bit and they cleared the check engine light and told me that the car would need to be driven to see if the light/code would come back. Okay, fine but it turns out they don't have a treadmill onsite and "the guy" who usually drives the cars isn't there so my only option is to drive it myself. They have no suggestion for how far/how long to drive, only that it's somewhere between 20 and 2000 miles (and then told us the horror story of someone's car that had to be driven 2000 miles before the sensor came back online). So I drive 100 miles, maintaining 60 MPH as advised and come back and the sensor still isn't on... so I drive another 50 miles and now the sensor works and the code has cleared!
So far, I have spent $9 on a new gas cap, 1/2 a day of work, and 150 miles worth of gas + wear & tear, but I'm happy that now I can go back to the smog place and get this taken care of. Only: hang on! Now Purrfect Auto wants to charge me for their "labor"!! I get presented a bill for $129 and the guy was very happy to show me that he gave me a discount because they couldn't smog it (because their guy was sick). Gee, thanks! Their labor totaled about 5 minutes -- all with me STANDING THERE WATCHING. The one guy tested the code (approx. 2 mins), then cleared the code (1 min.) and then tested the code again (2 mins) and charged me $129 for it. I was pretty upset but they didn't seem to care, so I just paid it and left. I still had to pay for smog certification at the other place, so all in all it was an expensive two days for auto 'repairs' that I DID MYSELF!
My recommendation: if you have a similiar smog-fail situation, look up the code online. If it is an EVAP code, try resetting the check engine light (look in your owner's manual for instructions; anyone can do it) and change the gas cap. If that doesn't solve the problem, then you're only out of pocket $10 for the new cap. Whereas having Purrfect Auto do it for you will cost at least $189 plus $25 for the gas cap.
I think I'll be sticking with Irvine Auto Care for all of my car maintenance needs from now on. I don't like the way these guys handle their business and I won't be back.

Thanks but no thanks! Came in for a complimentary inspection from AAA and I just found out they tightened the screws for my air filter too tight and two screws won't come out. How frustrating. Glad I didn't get my car work done here because all the things they quoted me for totaled over a grand. No thanks, if they don't know how to tighten an air filter they probably don't know how to repair a car correctly.

This will not allow me to post negative stars. My Mercedes needed a new fuel pump. AAA towed it here. They replaced the pump and that works good. They also broke the convertible top while putting it back together. Jim refused to fix it. So I took it to the dealership and sure enough, they confirmed the mechanics broke it. They warped the back panel which prevented the top to go up and down. This made the rear panel break off. So bottom line is they do not stand behind their work nor take responsibilityfor their actions. They cost me almost triple due to the damage they caused. Do yourself a favor, take your car anywhere but here.

I am simply going to leave a detailed description of my experience hope it helps:
My brakes were squeaking, so I figured it was time for brake pad change or service. As I am sure everyone can understand, price dictated a majority of my choice. I saw the yelp coupon and purchased it for a savings of $10. I brought my car in for the brake service original quote was about $250 for new pads and resurfacing of the front rotors.
Picked up my car two days later, the next day on my way to work my brakes locked up. Smoke began to pour out of my wheel well. Limped my car back to the shop, was told that I should have been notified, that the calipers were sticking. Unfortunately I was not notified because they thought it was a onetime issue; it was not the case. After a day they explained the calipers were bad, they apologized for not informing me of the caliper issue, and gave me a discount. I agreed to pay an additional $200 to change the calipers, two days later they called to explain that I had a bad ABS Modulator, and the new price would be $1400.
I decided to get a 2nd opinion. After paying the $400 for the brake work, I had the car towed to my local pep boys who changed the Module, brake lines, axles, and CV boots in two days for $1200. I was not told to change my axles or CV boots by purrfect auto.
Staff at both locations were very courteous and helpful.

Jim is great! As a girl going into an auto shop I feel like they explained everything to where I could understand. They don't push anything on you. The estimate was exactly what my invoice was. I recommend this place highly. It's the go to place for many of the people I work with in the same complex. Regarding the review that Christina wrote below, have a little more class and tact for people. You are just embarrassing yourself with the way you talk. Your review was defiantly not true. I had an intermittent starting problem and intermittent engine problem with my vehicle.
Diagnosing intermittent problems with a car is difficult. If a repair shop can not replicate an intermittent problem, it can not be fixed. Purrfect Auto spent a lot of time trying to find the problem, but unfortunately could not. Based on my conversations with the owner, I could tell that he was a competent and honest mechanic.
I previously had taken my car to another mechanic for the same issues. The mechanic speculated what the problem was, did a repair, but the problem was not fixed. I was out $400. Purrfect Auto could have done the same thing, but chose not to.

At times, being a female in this male dominated environment can be intimidating but I've never felt that way here. They are very open and honest. The pricing is fair. I've done everything from oil change to 30,000 mile maintenance and never had a problem. My sister had a bad experience with service, yelped about it and the owner immediately contacted her. She was very pleased about that.

This review is based on my last experience with Purrfect Auto a few months ago (power steering pump replacement) and just yesterday (oil change).
Both times, the pricing was fair and consistent with average prices, for what you're getting. The parts and labor charges are fair. I always appreciate the explanation and walk through of the in depth oil change that covers tires, brakes, fluids, hoses, battery, filter, etc. Jim is not a hard salesman and for the most part the environment is low pressure.
The one reason why I would not recommend this business to a friend is because of their service times. Both times that I have brought in my car in the last 6 months, I was promised a certain window of time that the car would be done. In both cases, the time came and went and I was unable to pick up my car in a timely manner. For my power steering pump replacement, it went from a 3 hour job to a full day job where Jim told me that he kept getting bad pumps from the vendor he sources from. One bad pump is believable, but 2 in a row? I don't know, doesn't sound like the parts vendor is reliable or that I was being told the truth. To Jim's credit he offered to get me a rental car on their dime from Enterprise, which I took him up on as I was w/o a car for an entire day and night vs. the planned 3 hours (note I brought it in the wee hours of the morning on Black Friday, of all days - believing nobody else would be fixing their car that day). Jim assured me that the rental car would be ready and waiting for me when I arrived after they closed and that he had already talked with Enterprise.
When I got dropped off at the Enterprise and they had no idea what I was talking about. I spent another 30 minutes explaining the situation to them and finally rented a car. I should also note that the previous time that I went for an oil change and waited, another customer had a similar issue, where he was told a time, came back to pick up his car while I was there and found out that it was not done. He was also guaranteed a new time that it would be done and offered a ride home or a rental car.
Similar situation with my last oil change which I called (at 9:15a.m.) before deciding to drop off and was told that they could finish within 45 minutes. I told them to take their time and that I would come back around 11a.m. and I was told that would be more than enough time. I drove over and dropped off my car and called back at 10:56a.m. to check on my car as I had not heard back from them (note - I have never received a call regarding a service running late with an updated estimated completion time unless I have specifically requested it). I was told that my car was next in line and that they would be done with it around 1230-1p.m. This was disappointing to say the least, especially given the optimistic 45 minute timeframe I was quoted over the phone earlier, but I decided to go eat lunch and not think about it. 1p.m. rolled by and I figured they were still not done and it was not till 2:08p.m. that I received a call letting me know the car was ready. To sum it up, I dropped it off at 9:30a.m. and it took almost 4 1/2 hours to complete an oil change that should have taken no more than 45 min. Not one call to apologize for the delay or to even give an update.
Having worked in the service industry before for many years I can tell that Jim and the rest of staffs' hearts are in the right place and that they truly do want to make things right when it's brought to their attention. However, if you're over capacity and not able to deliver the service a customer is paying for in the time agreed (or even a reasonable time), I believe you should be upfront about it.
It feels like lately they have been swamped with more business, but are taking on more than they can handle. I would not recommend this auto shop to others given the lack of a proactive service approach. A lot of it seems to be reacting to the day's chaos. I am actually only posting this b/c they sent me an email asking for feedback. When I got to their feedback site "surecritic.com" I decided to write about my last 2 visits. I noticed that their rating was extremely high at a 4.78/5 and was surprised. Thinking I was the only one getting horrible service, I actually thought it might just be me. I read through some reviews and saw a couple 3 star ones with owner responses. Very nice. Anyhow, after I wrote my piece and submitted my 1-2 star rating I was greeted with a pop up thanking me for my review and letting me know that my feedback would be reviewed before being posted to ensure I was an actual customer....right. So b/c my review may never make it to the glowing "unbiased" surecritic site review of Purrfect auto, I am posting it here to give people a heads up. Sadly the main reason I still use them is b/c they are the closest auto shop to me.
Fair pricing. Slow service. Reactive customer service.

So I was only about 10k miles overdue for an oil change when my check oil light went off in my truck yesterday. As you can tell, I suck when it comes to routine car maintenance. I had originally planed to take my car on over to Jiffy Lube since I live across the street but I had a few friends that warned me against it. That's when I did a search for oil change places here on yelp and found Purrfect Auto. Decent reviews and it was conveniently located in the same parking lot as Jiffy Lube and they had a good deal on oil changes listed on here.
Called in before lunch and spoke with Jim and he told me to give him bout 30 minutes because they were tied up at the moment. Dropped my car off 30 minutes later and talked with Jim for a bit. He said that the oil change and everything was gonna run me around $30. I mentioned the special deal that I saw here on Yelp and he was unaware of it so I showed him on my Ipad and he honored it no questions asked.
While I was waiting there I saw Jim dealing with a couple other customers and noticed that he was being really honest with them. One customer was in there complaining about some leaks so they ran a check on it. Her oil cap was loose, and she was a few quarts low so they topped it off for her. He only charged her a few bucks for the oil and she was pleasantly surprised. When I got my car back, they went over with me about everything they found in their inspection, and I felt they were being really honest and upfront with me because everything they found, I had already suspected before I went in. They've definitely won my business.

Don't really know what "Purrfect" means, but it sure as hell does not mean perfect. Only customer there, and it takes 2 hours to get an oil change. Presented a coupon for oil change, from two different periodicals with their address on it, and neither would be honored, and rude about it as well.
Too expensive and really bad customer service.

Came in for smog check after calling. Their price was $58, alot cheaper than $78 for Smog pros right next door!!! Plus the reviews on other sites were totally in favor of purrfect auto. They were very professional and friendly. I've always gotten excellent service from this location. They're very friendly and accommodating and they've never tried to sell me any service or parts. I remember a time when they informed me that the treads in my tires were running ragged but that I had six more months before it would be an issue. Any other place they would have tried to sell me repair but the guys here at Purrfect just let me know without pushing any other agenda. I really appreciate that and as a result, my family gets our cars serviced here.
I live about 15 miles away but I would not take my car anywhere else for an oil change. Just get here early if you intend to stay with your car because it's first come, first serve with oil changes.

Took our 2002 Camry in for an oil change and our a/c had recently stopped working. They id'd the a/c problem, fixed it, also recommended we change the cabin air filter [which we did] and the entire bill was very reasonable. They were unable to pinpoint the source of a sound of liquid sloshing when first driving the car in the morning--what they thought might be the problem did not turn out to be the issue--but they did not charge us for the investigation. I would advise only going here for an oil change, as their prices are competitive in this category. Of course, they will try to upsell you on any other "problems" that they find with your car. They sold me a read brake job that I found out later from my car's dealer was completely unnecessary (i.e. the rear brake pads still had several thousand miles yet to go).
Just get a oil change here..nothing else!

If I can give this shit hole a half star I would. I went in there yesterday to get new brake pads. I was greeted by two old geezers and was talking up a storm about this and that and then started to talk about pricing. Couple minutes into the conversation, I had realized it was not MIDAS. I asked the two old hags, "this is not MIDAS?" Their response," oh, no! Some MIDAS are good, but the guys next door are no good." (What kind of business bad mouths another business?) Now how did I get the two places mixed up? They are freakin' next to each other and I walked in to the door that was open.
I intended on going to MIDAS because of their special and warranty plan. I figured, what the heck.. Have them look at my car. I left it there and got a phone call a hour later. They told me the estimate, which has absolutely freakin' RIDICULOUS!!! They were charging similar prices to the dealership. I obviously did not go to the dealership to save some money. Why the hell would I go to a "mom & pops" shop to pay for shittier quality?
I spoke with the guy at MIDAS and I told him the guys at Purrfect Auto was bad mouthing them, etc. The guy at MIDAS said he will beat their prices and discount the $22 they charged me to inspect the car.
Long story short, I got my brakes down at MIDAS and they told me the old farts next door were trying to rip me off by trying to sell me new roaters. DO NOT GO IN THERE THINKING ITS MIDAS!!! Its easily mistakeable!!!
BTW, I hear they were taken to the better business bureau several times; for this exact situation!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! They want to steal your money!!!!

Honest and efficient...took my car in here a couple of weeks to get a whole bunch of things checked out. I appreciated that Jim worked at a Toyota dealer before so right when I started to describe my car problems he was about to guess what it was right away. I ended up having to change my throttle body and my car has not failed to start since. I initially went in to another shop (who actually got really good ratings on yelp) and they said it was going to cost $550 and when I took it into Purrfect Auto and they gave me the estimate of $400.
Overall, I'm happy with my service here. Will be going back. Would highly recommend this place.

I don't know how this place got any favorable reviews at all. I took my car in for a routine service, and after a day and a half, they called to say that the car was going to need about $2000.00 worth of work, and that it would be a few days. I went down there to get my baby seat out of the car, and as soon as I got home they called again, but this time the total had shot up to almost $4500.00. They made it sound like the car was a freaking death trap. Needed new brakes, anti-lock-brake system, timing belt, transmission flush... the list went on and on. I suspect after seeing that I had a baby in the car, they figured I would be extra paranoid and willing to fork over some dough. I got my car back the next day, and they didn't even look at me when they handed over the keys. I took it to another shop right away and the guys there said that THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG AT ALL!

Service here horrible. Maybe because the guy behind the counter was new and you had the older guy that was trying to show him how. Grouchy old man that never smiled. The young guy was clueless how to punch in the order. They quoted me for 30 minutes.............but it took an hour to do a simple oil change. If I had known it would have taken this long, I wouldv'e gone somewhere else. I guess my car was also done 15 minutes earlier as they found the clipboard sitting on the counter and they were auctioning who owned the car. I got my keys and didn't even know where they parked my car after the service. No-one guided me to where it was. I had to literally scan the parking lot to find my car. Would I go back? No way!

Will give it only a 4 because I can't comment on the car repair. I only took my car in for a smog check. They did a pretty good job, I passed! I called earlier to check how busy it was, and they told me to come in at 3. I came in at 3 and they went right to work. It took about 30 minutes to complete. The people were pretty nice, no complaints. The price is only $38.20 much cheaper than other places that I called around ranging from like $50-70.

Just moved into to California and Irvine from another state. Needed to get get car smog checked before going to the DMV.

guy who wrote me up was very nice and friendly. oil change got done within an hour for the price printed on the coupon ($13.95 plus tax). manager was also nice and explained to me that my acura TL 3.2 type-s has over 200k miles and so they put in a slightly thicker oil (10W40 instead of 5W20). all in all, a great experience.
they also checked various other things on my car, and everything looked good, but they recommended i change/clean my air filter the next oil change i get since it wasn't dirty enough yet.

Everyone, save yourself the hassle and DO NOT take your car here. This happened to me at the beginning of the year and I still am furious with them. My engine light was on so I took it in for service. They told me the sensor on my exhaust needed to be repaired so I paid for it and they fixed it. Not a week later my light came on again so I took it back. They said more work would need to be done on the exhaust. So I paid a total of 600.00 and then....my light came on again. I wound up taking it to someone else who fixed it. As I see it, these people don't know what the hell they are doing.

I only took my car in for a smog check. I called in at 11:20am told them I would be there no later than 11:40am. Said he could have me out of there within 30mins. I came in at 11:40am during my lunch break. It took about 30 minutes to complete. The people were pretty nice, fast service, kept their word, no complaints. The price was only $38.20 like they promised over the phone, much cheaper than other places that I called around ranging from like $50-70. I'm a happy camper! =)

I called a couple of shops about my battery not charging and ended up going here because they gave me the best "vibes". I knew it was a problem with the alternator or something and I just brought it in to have it fixed. It turned out to be a battery and the alternator is fine. I would have never known if they said it needed both! Not the case, they just put in a battery and charged me for that. Less than $100 and I was done. Thanks for being honest. Purrfect is Perfect!

Great reliable shop right down the street from my house. I never have far to go if there is a problem with my car. I⿿m lucky they are so close because my car is not that great to begin with. Purrfect has kept it running for quite some time.
