I came in needing new braking pads for my rear brakes and for the maintenance oil change. On a Saturday. I asked if they could fit in my car before they close and they said sure. Really nice guy and I'm happy that they didn't ask me to come back another time since I work Monday-Friday.
I Yelped other automotive shops and most of them were closed on weekends. The other one I stopped by wouldn't take a look until Tuesday of next week. Super nice guy, took my car in before closing, and just being open Saturday.... Works for me. If the weekend works for you, stop by this place or give these guys a call.

I just wanted to say thanks to the Owner and the staff at All tune and lube,
I have been having my vehicles serviced their since 2013. Its a family friendly and family owned business. They have always been honest and upfront with the services that were needed. I appreciated That (Randy) the owner would always give me options as i'm on a tight budget on what needed to be done on my car and what could be done at a later time.
I have had work done from buying tires to rotation,brakes and struts to having my whole AC being done. having oil changes and tune ups to diognostic and engine work.
Being a single parent of three its nice to know i have found a trusted shop to bring in my vehicles.

My husband took my car here for an oil change. I am coming off of a service contract and my car has had maintenance on schedule since it's purchase and is in great condition. They told me my car needed $900 of service! They said my throttle body needed service even though the part was only 4 months old so they were clearly fishing for issues that don't exist.
I am very disappointed in service shops that try to take advantage of people. Be very careful going here if you insist, but overall I am never going back. Shame on you for taking advantage of potential customers! Thank you Ken Grody ford in Carlsbad for taking care of me!

I was a little bit miffed by my experience here...I came in for a tire rotation, which was quoted to me over the phone as costing very little like $40 or less. I came in and was seen to promptly. The car took a bit long for the tire rotation so I cabbed home. About an hour and a half later I was phoned up saying the car was ready. The rotation was done, however, they said I needed to probably change out my brake pads and front rotors. Cost would be $350. I declined and picked up the car. They charged me $0 for the tire rotation, which was very nice of them.
However, because they mentioned the brake issue, I decided to do that work at home myself after hearing their suggestion of replacing them. I bought all the parts, took off the wheels and took off the calipers to look at the rotors and brake pads. The brake pads looked brand new and I saw no damage if any on the front rotors.
So I'm not sure what to say here. They did the job I asked them to do for free, which was awesome. But I feel like this "favor" was provided in an effort for me to agree for unneeded, expensive work. So a 5-star experience paired with a 1-star experience.

I came in yesterday in tears from a HORRIBLE experience at a shop I had been going to down the street and they were amazing!
Took the time out of their busy schedule to replace my head lamp and ask if I was ok. They were very understanding about my 5 young kids running around the shop and did not seem bothered at all, they even had a little ride on toy they all fought over to play on :)
I will be taking both my vehicles here from now on. Fast and friendly experience and very affordable!

I'll start out by saying I very rarely leave reviews but I thought this place really deserved it!! After years of being scammed and spending loads of unnecessary money on my car at other places I finally found a family owned shop that's honest with the work you need and cares about your safety! Jake and Terry along with the rest of their crew are so welcoming and very knowledgable on what's being done! They are also willing to take you home or pick you up while your cars being worked on!! Great experience!

Well I recommended them to my father and feel bad now. 2003 Yukon 1500 brought in to replace the fuel pump. While thus job is labor intensive, should only be about 5 hours (I have done it to other vehicles in the street). I was shocked when they quoted $980 dollars. A quick look at O'Reillys and Autozone said the part was average $130. I looked at the bill and they charged $390 dollars for it. Then another $500 for labor. They must pay their people about $90 an hour. They took advantage of a 73 year old handicap senior. They will never get anymire of my business nor will I ever recommend them again.

I've used these guys for the standard oil change and they were great. Took my car there to have them look at the rear end. Quoted me at 2100 and it would be done in 4 days. 3k and two weeks later I pick up my car and the rear end still whines. Not impressed. Good luck getting a phone call for status updates as well

Pros:
Good customer service. Everyone is very friendly here.
Prices seem fair. Not rock bottom. Not sky high.
If you live nearby they'll give you a ride.
Mention yelp and get a 10% discount.
They gave me a free oil change coupon (after I gave them a lot of money for having some big work done on my car).
Cons:
Place can be hard to find. Look for the Autozone. They're behind it.
Pick up car is a beat up used car they bought. Smells funny inside.

Was hoping to post a strong positive review for a family owned shop who seemed up front and honest, but it's unfortunately not happening. Took our family car in which had a history of what seemed to be a transmission shifting problem that would show up then disappear a couple times a year, or less. This time, it was not disappearing, so because of proximity to where the car was having issues, we brought it here. I explained the curious nature of the prob and pointed out we'd never seen it act up and not go away almost immediately, usually showing no signs by the time we would try to get it diagnosed. The engine light was on, which I pointed out to them, and the car was still struggling to engagse in any gear. On picking up, I paid the $99 diagnostic fee and was told in short, you need a new transmission, and then given the ridiculous cost for the repairs. I had to ask about the engine light was told, 'Oh yeah, it's related to the transmission obviously.' Lol, really. Ya think? So, after taking my car here then eventually taking it to my normal shop, they immediately pulled the computer code and said 'this code seems more related to the compuer than the transmission itself.' They referred me to a transmission shop who, upon inspection, simply cleared the code and returned the car working perfect, no issues. Though it was kind of OBVIOUS just from the history of the symptoms the car was showing, totally random and no progressing signs of wear, that it was probably more an electronic problem than some kind of major parts malfunction, this place was satisfied to simply jus tell me I needed a nealy $5000 transmission replacement. Oh, how nice!! After resetting the computer error codes the car has been running great for months with ZERO signs of an issue, as it had in the past. I left the shop that day so discouraged with the news they peddled me, and yet our car is running great now and showing no other signs of any issues. This is exactly the kind of lack of integrity in auto repair that gives mechanic shops a bad name!!

There really aren't enough nice words to say about Randy and his team. These guys are like family. Randy has taken care of me through 3 cars. One of those cars was a wreck and he did everything in his power to keep it running.
I now live back in south San Diego but I still drive up in Randy in Oceanside every 3 months or 3,000 miles just for a oil change. There is no one I trust more.
Today I went for an oil change on my new Ford Focus. Simple. They were done in less than an hour (i left to run errands). They called me to let me know it was done. There was no one at the counter when I got there so I walked straight back into the shop to say hi and get my car.

All Tune had a coupon on the back of a grocery receipt for an oil change and tire rotation for 24.50 plus 4.00 for the oil disposal fee. That's a great deal and I asked if synthetic oil was included in the price. I was told it was included and I made an appointment for the following day.
When I arrived at the shop the owner's son greeted me. I have a 2014 Mazda CX5 that has a Tire Pressure Monitoring System. I asked him to make sure he pushed the button to reset it. He had no idea what I was talking about and I told him it was a button on the left side near the instrument cluster and it is in my manual which was in my car. He told me sometimes special tools are needed to reset it and I told him that you only have to push a button below the steering wheel. This lack of knowledge was concerning to me but the lure of the low price was very attractive. I asked him to use synthetic oil and he told me that would be approximately 59.00. When I said that I was told it was included when I called, he said that it wasn't and only he and one other person answers the phone so nobody could have said that to me. I believe he thought I was lying to him so I could get a better deal and this made me angry. I let him know that I was going to write a review on yelp! and he responded "whatever." Seriously!
I decided that he wasn't trustworthy or knowledgeable about my specific model and I'm taking my business back to my car dealer. It's too bad because we both lose.

Long story short, Drove my well running car into the shop, price got higher and higher. At $1k decided against any more repairs from this shop, and had to call AAA to get it towed back home (Have pictures and video for proof). the point is, A car that ran well, no longer runs. I feel like if you drop a running car off, but decide its repairs are getting too expensive, it should run about the same when you pick it back up. I can understand if performance is diminished a bit but returning to a NON running car is the worst. This place killed my car. Will not come here again.

My girlfriend took our car into this All Tune and Lube a couple of months ago just to have fluids replaced. After a few weeks, the car started making odd noises. The coolant light also started coming on, which was odd, since it was supposed to have been replaced. We called All Tune and Lube and they said they'd be glad to fix the problem for a fee.
We took the car to another mechanic who told us that the coolant light was coming on because the coolant had never been replaced and after testing the oil, he found that the wrong oil had been put in our car, which was causing the engine distress, in effect causing the sounds we were hearing.
Bottom line, they didn't do anything for what we paid them, and possibly ruined our engine. Very poor quality work. I'd give them minus 20 stars if I could.

I was so pleased and relieved to find this place. I was driving and heard an awful sound coming from my car. I was afraid to get on the highway. I pulled in and spoke with Randy. He came right out and checked out my car. He had it lifted and drove it. It turned out to not be a serious issue, just some rocks lodged. Randy was great. I was so afraid it would be an expensive issue. He didn't charge me at all. Very honest place. I will go back here when I have any other issues. It is hard to find honest mechanics. All tune and Lube has come to my rescue many times. The first time I took my car in, it was for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They did it at a competitive price with other shops and they were very accommodating and friendly. The next time I brought my car in was because it had stopped accelerating while I was driving, but after coasting to the side, shitting my car off and restarting it, it drove just fine. I took it in to all tune and lube to be safe. They quoted me about $80 for diagnostics. However they literally couldn't find anything wrong with my car, spent a couple hours trying to find ANYTHING wrong with it, and they couldn't. They didn't charge me anything for diagnostics and told me if it happened again to bring it back in and they'll check it again for me. It never happened again. Months down the road my car developed a major oil leak and a few other small issues. I took it in again to have it looked at. They were fast and wonderful and gave me an accurate and competitive quote (I called around to compare prices, all tune and lube's was the cheapest). I took it in finally to gave it fixed. I had prepared to wait there at the shop or go walk around (with my three small children in tow) they told me they would be able to have it done before the end of the day at the shop, and I had no way to get home while I waited for my car to be fixed. They were SO kind, they had an employee take me and my kiddos home in our car (because I love aboard camp Pendleton and you can't get on without decals) and he drive my car back to the shop, and they had it fixed hours before the end of the day! Called me promptly and then when I went to pick it up to pay for the services I was happily surprised to find it was below what they quoted. My car runs perfectly again. I'll never go anywhere else for service.

Rude rude rude! I stumbled across this place on my way to Auto Zone because I needed my brake light bulb replaced. I waited quite a whole before I was noticed, but no biggie. I believe it must've been the owner that came to my rescue. He'd been seating in an office to the right just before you enter the car repair area. He apologized for the wait and greeted me with a smile. That was the best part about my experience here. I asked him how much they would charge me to put in a new bulb; $30 he stated. Now, I may be a woman and blonde at that, but my mama & daddy didn't raise a fool, so don't try and play me like a chump! $30 for a bulb! You've got to be out of out if your mind! That should've been $5 max.
Be careful All Tube & Lube, that thing they call Kharma... It truly is a YOU KNOW WHAT! What goes around comes around. So, watch yourself next time you call yourself trying to scam a woman who you may think is clueless!

Went in for breaks, they didn't know I had 4 wheel drive ABS breaks. They told many drive shaft bearing was destroyed and put together wrong. They were kind enough to fix the issue. After driving for 2 weeks my U joints were destroyed due to the fact when they "fixed" the bearing they replaced it with a peace that was to short. Now instead of paying 275 for a new bearing I'm paying 875 for a new drive shaft. Never going to refer them to a soul.

Highly recommend this place. This is my second time getting an oil change here. All the employees are super friendly. Typically whenever I go to an auto service place the workers make me feel pressured to purchasing an additional service, but not here! When I brought my vehicle in for an oil change I had warned them that my breaks were really really bad. About 45 min later I got a call and the employee told me that I was right and that I needed to break pads and rotors. However, I didn't feel pressured at all to add the additional service. I ended up paying for the breaks because I knew I really needed this done. Also, they give military discount of 10%!!! Will definitely keep coming here for my auto needs :)

Was looking to get an oil change and tires checked so i walked in hoping i could. Nobody was at the counter so i figured i would wait a little while. As i was standing there for about 15 minutes finally the service writer walks in. I believe his name was terry. Instead of getting greeted with normal how are you or how can i help you. He walks in goes straight to an office as if i wasnt there. I had to go to the office and said hello. He walks out with a huge attitude saying that they have no room for an oil change to try down the street. Honestly i didnt know what to say. Turning away a customer like that but i thought to myself ok maybe they are busy. So i said ok and thank you, as I got into my car. I was curious to see how filled they were so i went around back, one car in the shop with 3 mechanics there. Wow so i left, as i was leaving i saw terry outside with a cigar again. As i drove off i saw him giving me the dirtiest look. I couldn't believe how bad the customer service is there. Ive gone and talked to randy and jake both very pleasant but this guy was horrible.

Made the mistake of using their service three separate times.
First time I made an appointment ahead of time for Saturday morning first time. Everyone was late. I sat there for 30 minutes wondering if they were actually going to open at 8 or not. They were just late.
Second time, I went in for an oil change. I mentioned the coupon that I was just emailed from them the day before for an oil change. The guy (I think he's the son of the owner) told me that they weren't accepting those anymore. Really because I just got it yesterday and I wouldn't have come here if it weren't for your stupid coupon....
Third time, we took the car in to be looked over because we were going to be driving across the country in it, and it also needed AC repaired. They "fixed" the AC for $180 (said it will be blowing "ice cold") and told us we needed new tires immediately. My husband decided to wait on the tires because he thought they looked fine (now it's 8 months later with two cross-country trips and the tires are still fine). The very next day, the AC stopped working. I was pissed. Husband took car back and they said there was a hole in the hose. Great. Would've been nice to know that before we paid $180 for "fixed" AC. Then they made us pay $80 for their mistake to fix it!!!!
All that to say, do not go here. They seem to operate under the guise that they are a wholesome family-operated business, but they are crooks. Waste of time.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with All Tune and Lube. Randy (owner) and his son Jake run the place and have been very easy to deal with. They've repaired and maintained my wife's and my car for quite some time now. They have a ASE qualified mechanic named Shawn that seems like a honest and genuine person.
It's very rare to find a mechanic shop that you feel you can trust. I feel like these guys have no desire to build a huge and enterprising business, they just enjoy what they do. Good, qualified and down to earth people.

I got there first thing in the morning, the owner offered me coffee. It was very nice.
Nice, clean waiting area!
They have a great vibe there! I love how they did not try to sell me things I didn't need done to my car. The prices are reasonable! I signed up for their email list and always get coupons! I used to go to the dealer for everything and would pay an arm and leg for car maintenance. After the experience I had from all tune and lube I will definitely be returning as soon as I need my oil changed!

There is so much good to bring up when it comes to All Tune and Lube. ( long review alert)
I've been bringing my Mazda over to them since last summer and every trip is worth it. Recently, my car broke down. Did what i could within my car knowledge to try to spring her back to life I.e. jump start her. No go.
I remembered I had a service contract for my Mazda so I brought her into the dealership(I realize now that purchasing a service contract was a severe mistake) but silly me, an engine tune up doesn't fall under service contract. I wouldn't be covered. I paid 110 for a diagnostic, and they were suggesting I replace my cabin air filter, (I think) engine air filter, engine coils, spark plugs for a full engine tune up and that my engine mount was cracked. I was about to drop $850 for this.
Due to financial restrain, I asked the service man if he could just replace my spark plugs but first I wanted to be sure WHAT spark plugs he was putting in my Mazda3 and he said platinum plugs. I told him my car needs iridium. So huge red flag that the service shop doesn't know nor care about what's being put in my car.
Took my Mazda to All Tune and Lube and they are a godsend. They looked at my car and said apart from needing an engine tune up which they charge 245$ for, my car should run just fine. Obviously, the dealership was bloodthirsty and was about to charge me $850.

I had a great experience here. Last Friday, my oil light came on, I saw this place when I was filling my water jugs at water zone and walked in, the two guys that helped me saw that I had my baby and toddler with me and said it would be about two hours and see I have my little ones so if I come back at noon they will get me in right away so I did and about 20 mins later, my car was done. I took my wife's car in to get an oil change a few weeks ago and took it in today to get a 60k tune up and both times the staff was not only fast and knowledgeable, but friendly too. Not the fake kind of friendly you often encounter in customer service, but actually friendly, which was awesome. 24.90 for a standard oil change. After the 4 dollar disposal fee I think the total was 29 something.
Now I know it's a better deal than the oil change place on Camp Pendleton. The only place I get a better deal for my car is from the Mossy Nissan dealerships.
Unfortunately, not everyone in the household drives a Nissan and the cost for a Honda to roll up and get an oil change at MN is 35 bones.
The guys here were cool. Only tried to get us to upsell an air filter, but they didn't have the product in stock. It was only going to be 20 bucks with installation anyway. I'm gonna be honest, probably needed the air filter anyway. The whole process took 30-40 minutes. (We made an appointment.)
I think it's going to be our go to place for her Civic's oil changes. (Even though I changed my own motorcycle's oil out front quicker than they could change hers :-P ) Without promos I'm not sure if any other local places can beat the price.
The only reason I'm being stingy and not giving a 5th star is because I get 3 oil changes for 50 bucks at Mossy (which include a car wash with the oil change).
If you don't do your own changes and can't get hooked up by your dealership, I'll happily recommend this joint to you. Drive safe, please.

I took my car in because i had trouble turning the steering wheel and I just had my belts replaced. Wasn't sure how much it was going to cost and what was wrong. i took my car to D and J auto doctors and they told me the pump had to be replaced. The part alone was going to be around $400. I decided to get a second opinion. Turns out the sterring wheel fluid just needed to be flushed, washed out, whatever it's called. And the belts needed to be tightened/adjusted. They only charged me $50 and they drove me to and from work because I had to get this done while on my lunch break and couldn't pick it up until I was done at work. The guys who work there are friendly and informative.

Wow..What a joke! First of all, let me share this I spent 13 years in the auto industry when I had a car accident and broke my neck. So I now a bit about cars. In fact I just saved my neighbor $1000.00 dollars ...when she informed me her PT Cruiser needed new wiring I suggested she call around. She said everyone wants so much for another diagnostic. I told her, "you know what it needs and how much it is. So call around for an estimate". Well her first call was to the dealer,turns out it is all covered ..:) Felt great Thanks you Lord for allowing me to be there for Barbara......
Now on to Mr. Randy and ALL Tune..i had an issue with my wipers I thought it was the motor so I went to Auto Zone ordered the motor and inquired to a reputable mechanic to R & R the motor, I was referred by ****, to All tune a family run honest business...hah!!
I called, spoke with Randy was overred a discount for the referral and quoted $80.00 to R&R the wiper motor.
I am a disabled man and transportation was arranged and appreciated.
When I did drop off my car I reminded ed my disability and fixed income and asked if it WAS not the wiper motor to PLEASE save me some money.
When I retrieved my car and the motor had not been used I thought great saved $$$. HAH!! Before Randy could tell me what the problem was I saw the bill on the counter for $100.00!
Turns out it was just the simple little "tin" gear that sits on the wiper "Post" had stripped. Randy swore he spent over an hour replacing the "tin gear"
We split the difference from the $80.00 to R&R the wiper motor and the $100.00 to fix the "tin gear' so it cost me $90.00...lol!
When I returned the motor to Auto Zone and told them what had happened, what the real issue was and why I needed to return the motor ..THEY ALL ,(three of them manager and a couple of employees), made smirks when I told them off the $100.00 cost!
Now friends I remind you I spent 13 years in the auto industry! I tell you the only way you can spend more the an hour replacing that "tin gear" is if you did it one handed!
Randy thought he was saving me $75.00 on the motor so he could get some on the other end! He claimed, "I thought he would be happy"! That was his response when **** at Auto Zone called him to say HEY...$100.00!!

Yelp originally pointed me towards this place, and I actually live very close. It is sort of tucked away, so it might be hard for some people to know that it is there. But how glad I am to find out that it is.
It is hard to find an auto shop these days that you can actually trust. Auto work is not cheap by anymeans, because it is hard labor. But when someone goes the extra mile to keep themselves honest with you, and take the stress out of the situation this is a place you want to keep coming back to.
The owner Randy is awesome, he will work with you on big ticket items and prices. Plus there are always coupons on his website for regular maintenance. Oil changes for under 20 bucks, you can't beat that at all.
His business is fairly new, and I love that I have it in my neighborhood as a new Oceanside resident. Please support their shop and keep it thriving.

I don't normally post anything on yelp about restaurants or any other services, but today I needed to take sometime to tell you how great these guys are. I had gone in for an oil change and noticed that I had forgotten my method of payment at home. I asked the guys if I could get my car to run home and get my card, but Jake (the manager and the owners son) said don't worry about it, just come back and pay when you find your card. I only go to them for my oil change, because I feel the prices are fair, they aren't trying to sell you on things you don't need, and are just trying to make sure you are informed about your car when the time comes for the pricier repairs. I highly recommend them, no place I've gone has been better.

I found this place through Groupon. I was skeptical and assumed the worst- I was going to be the object of a high pressure upsell. NOT the case. Randy and Jake are amazing business men. This place offers great service. The owner is always very helpful in answering questions. I am always able to get straight answers as well. Today I had the oil changed in both of our cars. During the course of the change they discovered that one car was in need of new brakes. Damn, that's expensive. No problem, they let you know from the start what is needed and what it will cost. I brought my car here twice based on Yelp reviews alone. I actually live very close by and would have never even known this place was here without Yelp. So for that, thank you.
Randy (the owner) is an awesome, easy going but deliberate, stand-up guy. He's very knowledgeable and honest with you. He's VERY good/fair on pricing for work and won't upsell you on extras like placebo fluid additives you don't really need.
I just brought my car in to have the passenger side axle half-shaft replaced today. My car is lowered which prevented them from using the floor lifts. While having to work in a small space on their backs, they did an excellent job. Especially considering how complicated the factory axle was making the removal process. They got the work done in an appropriate amount of time and she drives perfectly again.
The only downside was a small bit of carelessness which resulted in one of my very expensive StopTech calipers being gouged with what looked to be a slip of an impact gun. Mistakes happen, and I brought it back to show Randy (the owner) what I found. To my surprise he immediately took full responsibility, consulted with his techs, and offered to have it taken care of.
I'm very impressed with All Tune. A lot of times, auto techs get a bad rep... and sometime rightfully so. But the techs here seem genuinely prideful in their work which is a refreshing thing to experience as a customer. Definitely coming back in the future.

Not only did they rush to get it done for me but they refused the tip I tried giving them as a thank you. They said to just come back when I need them instead and I definitely will! Great people! These guys are cool, polite & professional. They did an inspection on my 1999 Dodge Ram van & told me what they recommended. I gave 4 stars because of that. Why not 5 stars? Because they told me that my van was front wheel drive?!? I questioned saying, "I thought all American vans are rear wheel drive?" In any event, I looked under & the gear differential was in & on the rear axle. There was no axle in the front suspension. It was the typical upper & lower ball joint connected to the upper & lower control arm. How I know? I took a class on preventative maintenance at miracosta a while back. Then why take it in? I don't have the tools & equipments or a strong lift to lift up the van to work on it. These guys are cool, polite, & professional tho.

I hate getting oil changes. The up-sell. Having the technician show you your dirty air filters. The uncertain wait time. The dripping or (worse) stripped drain plug. You will not experience any of this at All Tune and Lube. These guys are polite and friendly, without exception. There's a sign on the door that says they will not sell you what you do not need, and they actually follow through on that. New oil, new filter, tires and brakes checked, in an out in under an hour, for a great price. I brought a coupon but did not use it because the regular price was more than fair! I recommend this shop to all my friends. It's a real find.

After 4 years of living in Oceanside, I can say I finally found my mechanic. These guys are awesome.
My Nissan was stalling and of course the engine light came on. They fixed it with first shot ($120 total). I will not only go back there but also recommend this place to everyone that needs car repair.
They have experienced personal unlike some other shops that teenagers are messing with cars.

Ok so they may be a bit more expensive than most places, but they were the only place (other than the dealership) that had my oil filter and had me out in under 30 min. If I would have gone to the dealership I would have waited 2 hours. The customer service was awesome, as well as the waiting area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a synthetic oil change, they didn't carry my particular brand but Randy offered me Amsoil and I'm glad I went with it. My next oil change isn't for another 10,000 miles and I knew I was up for a brake check which was included in my oil change. He was able to keep my rear brakes and save my rotors which saved me from paying a lot more than I needed to. On top of that, I was able to get a military discount. The service was quite fast and affordable and I'm not blowing smoke when I say I can immediately feel the difference in my drive. Thank you Randy and crew for a pleasant experience.

After years of taking my car to the dealer (and losing an entire day in the process), I decided it was time to try a small local to do the service on my car. After reading a few reviews on Yelp, I decided to give All Tune and Lube a try.
My first impression was when I called to make an appointment and Randy (the owner) asked my name and then actually remembered it throughout the conversation. That is a customer service shocker! I brought my car in 2 days later and he still remembered me! He was very welcoming, personable, and we made small talk about our families, and the area, which I really enjoyed.
Most importantly, I was in and out within 45 minutes and totally impressed with the service and cleanliness of the shop. Also, Randy put together a 60,000 service package without any pressure. He sent me with the information and I was on my way. And he gave me a discount on my service! It was refreshing!
I think this is a great local small business that definitely deserves a chance to succeed. Randy was great and I will definitely be back!

I went in there today to get new back rotors and pads. This shop has great customer service and they get the job done hassle free and fast. Since the job was over an hour and half wait they even offered to give me a ride home so I didn't have to wait at their shop. I over heard there conversations with other customers and they only suggested work that was needed never tried to up sell. Which is exactly how they treated me too. If you want a friendly, clean and honest mechanic in Oceanside this is the place. I will confidently return to this shop if I need any further work done to my vehicle. Brought my 94 Toyota Camry in for brakes and an oil change; so glad I tried this place based on Yelp reviews. Service = 6 stars! They called me within half an hour with an estimate, got the work done ahead of schedule and my car is riding better than it has in a long time! Owner Randy and his son Jake were helpful, honest, didn't try to sell me anything my car didn't need and charged a reasonable price for the brake job--and threw in the oil change. Really appreciated the free shuttle service, too, so I didn't have to hassle with finding a ride. The owner Randy is great. Very knowledgeable and will not try to sell you things you don't need. Being a female, I'm very finicky when it comes to car service and inherently don't trust anything a mechanic tells me. However, the owner and his son have been extremely nice to me and my husband and taken care of our cars extremely well. Any time I think I hear something funny, I take it in and have them look at it just to do some minor service and tell me it's fine (rather than trying to tell me that I need a whole new transmission and all that). We were sad to leave when we moved back east, but we definitely would recommend their services.

Our car has currently been there three days. They seem in no hurry to have our car fixed. For how much cars take to be repaired I am concerned how much they are overly going to charge us. Very displeased and very unprofessional not keeping their customers aware of what is going on. I have come here twice in the past 6 months. First was for a tire rotation and balance, by far the cheapest in town. Second was for a check engine flashing light, they got to the problem right away! Super friendly staff and very attentive. They were very honest about the prices as well, I didn't feel any pressure to get other work done either as with most chain auto centers will put on you to get more money. I would highly recommend All Tune and Lube to anyone of my family or friends. Took my car into the dealership for some repairs that are under warranty. I get a phone call with an update and they said I need two new shocks in the rear. When I asked how much they would charge ($500) I went and started calling around some auto parts stores. I called AutoZone and priced some shocks. I asked them if they knew of any places around the area that would install them for me and he recommended All Tune and Lube. I called and spoke with Jake to get a quote for installing the new shocks. He seemed very friendly over the phone. The next morning I called and spoke to Randy. I informed him of what work I was needing done. He said to take it on over and they would install the shocks. He asked what shocks I was going to have put on and I told him Gabriels that was en route to Auto Zone. He said that he does not like to put parts on that the customer brings in. I asked how much he would charge and what brand. A few minutes later he called back and said he could get me KYB shocks for $10 more per shock than what I was paying at AutoZone. I took the car in and they did all the work in a timely manner. I did have to wait a little bit but that was because he was having the parts delivered. They also installed my in cabin air filter and new wiper blades that I had purchased so I could do the work at home. If I was staying here in California I would go back but I leave in a few days to Illinois. Just like all other reviews they are really friendly and do not try to up sell you on repairs you dont need.

I've used these guys for the standard oil change and they were okay. Took my car there to have them look at the rear end. Quoted me at 2100 and it would be done in 4 days. 3k and two weeks later I pick up my car and the rear end still whines. Not impressed. Good luck getting a phone call for status updates as well

I went in to have my outdoor handle put on and at first it was fine, the man at the front desk was very polite. Then this old man came over takling a bunch of nonsense about charging me for things I never asked for as if I didn't know anything about cars. I asked how long it would take, he said over an hour and a half which I know to be a lie. I asked how much it would cost over $150, so I left. I ended up going to an auto shop on base and putting it in myself. It took me a half an hour all for $10.

I can't tell you excited and happy I am I could scream my head off. My jeep is finally fixed!!!
