I brought my 2004 Chevy Tahoe here for some minor body work last year and was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently it was fixed!
This year I was rear ended and brought my other car to be fixed. The other parties insurance was covering the cost and Rich and his staff made it easy breezy. Dropped my car off ad could walk to the rental car location just 2 short blocks away. My car was finished on time and the work was excellent.
In todays world good, honest and hard working professionals are very rare, but Rich and the staff at Simply Superior are GREAT! I have an auto body shop for life now and I highly recommend them!

Was able to bring my car in to get a quote and meet with the insurance adjuster on not even a couple hours notice. Quote was written up in such a way that ensured I would not need to pay anything out of pocket after it was adjusted (not including my deductible of course).
After all the work was done my car looked good as new (had sanding/painting done for minor back bumper damage, so its not like it looked new because they put new parts/panels on; they revived the damaged pieces).
When the keys were handed back to me I found my car freshly cleaned inside and out (extremely cleaned; as in felt like it had been detailed). Great cap off to what was great service beginning to end.
On top of the great service/product, this place has a good location being right off the freeway and walking distance to both rental car agencies and Concord Bart. I will definitely come back here when I (inevitably) need body work done in the future.

I was mortified to scratch the paint job on my new Mazda Soul Red CX-5.
Concord Mazda recommended that I go see Rich at Simply Superior. He was very kind and actually had the red paint at the shop, and on-the-spot had one of his service men touch up the mark. I was referred to Rich by my mechanic, after I had gotten into an accident in my Mercedes C230. Having never dealt with a body shop, the insurance process, and a auto claims adjustor- I was overwhelmed. Rich was patient, up front, and explained in depth how the situation should progress. He dealt directectly with my insurance company (taking the pressure off of me) after quickly producing a fair and honest estimate. The accident occured during the holidays, and although my car did not end up being repaired, he allowed me to store my vehicle an extra few days until I could straighten everything out with my insurance.
It is never fun dealing with a car accident and all of the repercussions, but Rich made the ordeal as painless and smooth as I could have asked for. He even took the time to help call around to get me the best deal for my car...Outstanding! Although I cant comment on his repair work, the shop was remarkably clean and seemed consistenly busy- and the cars that were fixed looked great!

A great experience. I was told by another shop that my repair would cost $905. Rich used an after-market part that I had purchased online and did the job for less than half! He and his people are wonderful; they are honest, fair and very capable. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them.

I was referred to SImply Superior by my company car administrator after my bumper had an unfortunate run in with a concrete pole. Uh yeah. I have no idea how it happened, the pole just popped up out of nowhere.
The guys here were awesome. They did a really good job of following up on my service and fixed my bumper in only 2.5 days! They did such an amazing job that I literally did not recognize my car after it was all fixed up. It was probably because they washed it too, but it was so so clean and shiny and dent free that I couldn't believe it was the same car!
I can't really comment on the price since my company picked up the tab. Also, since i haven't a clue about cars I don't even know what a good price would be, but whatever they charged, it was definitely worth it.

I stopped by to help me find a water leak in my Tundra. Rich, the owner, stopped what he was doing, and spent 20 minutes looking at my truck with me. He then offered me a very reasonable cost to find the leak, scheduled, did the work as promised, on time, and was super helpful and professional. The total opposite of what you experience at most body shops, especially when you are not referred by insurance.
The ONLY place to go from now on.

Simply Superior is okay if you have a lot of patience. Granted my car was side swiped and severely damaged it took almost 9 weeks to fix my car, however I was initially told 3 maybe 4 weeks at most. They charged my insurance company almost $20,000, when I strongly feel the car should have been totaled (it wasn't though as SS said it was fixable). I still have problems with my car they had for 9 weeks, but will not go back to SS.

This was my first experience having to take my car to the auto body shop and I was pleasantly surprised. Rich Lezcano is wonderful and honest proprietor and he was quick to help me with prices that were fair and reasonable. With all of the smarmy, crooked auto repair shops out there preying on the general public, this place was a breathe of fresh air. Thank you, Rich, Ted, Mona and all the repair guys for making my car look like I just bought it again (it's a 1994 Honda, Accord). Awesome job!

I had these guys replace the sunroof in Navigator when another auto shop wanted 2k, yes 2k to replace it. Superior charge me less than half.
