Norm and his crew are hands down the best auto repair shop in all of Orange, possibly all of California bar none. He will go leaps and bounds further than any other mechanic for you, and will do it all with a smile on his face.
This group is genuine, down to earth, and above all honest. If you go just once you'll want to be a lifelong customer. I'd give six stars if I could, cannot be recommended more.

BEST, most honest auto care in all of OC! If you are a woman and unsure of who to trust, this place is for you!
Norm, his wife, and their entire team are an absolute delight. I practically feel like their niece now because they treat me like family. I always hoped to have a non-stressful auto care experience where I felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of, and now thanks to Norm I have one!
My entire family has been taking our cars to Norm for years. He is the BEST. He is honest, professional, and timely. He is a great communicator and always gives me clear expectations of how long the work will take. He consistently follows through with his word and his prices are fair. Thanks to him I know i will be able to enjoy my car for many years without worry.
Do yourself a favor and take your cars here for any TLC they need. You will never be in better hands in all of OC! (And I actually drive my car down from LA still because a trusty mechanic is worth the drive!)

Not much cheaper than the dealer. Quoted me an arm and a leg for parts then bundled a labor fee on top of it. Used to be much better value in the past but the prices seem to have skyrocketed. Do your homework before agreeing. Get prices directly from a parts store before agreeing to work and offer to bring your own parts if needed.

Love working with Norm and the team! The new larger location also looks great!
My family and I have taken all five of our cars to Orange Hill Auto Care Plus and we've always been impressed with the customer service and professionalism. I like to shop around for the best prices, and Norm's has consistently been the best value for the service. I love that each time I go into the shop I am able to interact with the owner himself! Very few car shops offer that kind of personal service.
The team is honest and reliable and they will go the extra effort to make sure that we are completely satisfied with our service. I will definitely keep coming back.

THIS IS A REPOST OF MY ORIGINAL REVIEW...I WROTE THIS ORIGINAL REVIEW BEFORE NORMAN CHANGED LOCATIONS................................
This is my only 5 star review iv'e ever written, and guess what? I have never bought gas from this station in my life!
The 5stars come from the guy in the back...Norman is an honest, friendly, fair, and hard working guy who knows you by name right after meeting you. When I call he greets me with a, "Hey its the Insurance Guy!". I am an insurance agent by trade. Norman is square and friendly, plus his work is very competent. I don't think you could ask for more. When I have had to repair my car he always tells me that he will look up the costs in his labor guide and bill what the book says. This is exactly what he does. But, it goes farther than that. I recently had my clutch go out and I have a rear main engine seal leak. I called a transmission shop and they quoted $800.00 labor for the job (from the labor guide). I then called Norman and he quoted me $494.00 from the labor guide. Well when I asked him about it he said the price can change by the way you book the order of the job...i.e. the trans shop booked it as step#1 Replace clutch Step#2 Resurface flywheel Step#3 replace rear main seal = $800.00 / Norman booked job as #1 Replace rear main seal #2 replace clutch #3 resurface flywheel = $494.00
You see this, in my opinion, is honesty. Just by booking the work in the most efficient work flow, Norman saved me $300.00, all by using the same labor guide. Finding an honest mechanic in today's world is hard, and Norman is an honest guy. Thanks to Norman I feel comfortable with taking his quotes at face value.

I was hesitant on writing this review because I don't want Norman to get too busy, but the man deserves it and deserves your business!!!!

An honest car repair professional is often difficult to find, so when we found OHAC+(Norm's) it was an answered prayer. Norm's is the most reliable auto repair shop in Orange bar none. We have been taking our car to Norm's for oil change, alignment, brake job, and all mechanical issues. We save hundreds of dollars in major repair so why go elsewhere. He will never make any major repairs without asking your permission first.

When looking for mechanic,the first we look for is competetive price.if its reasonable enough,we ask for the quality of work.both of which norman doesn't run short of.i am telling everyone who reads this...Norman is the most honest mechanic you will ever find out there.his integrity is beyond doubt.with the quality of work he gives out,he should be charging a whole bunch since you wont regret having your car done by him.but his fear of God and love for the trade is what endears him to customers like
times i even think its just a hobby for him because he is so honest,the business side is the last of his considerations when getting things done.and the warm welcome he extends to everyone will make you feel you have known the guy all your life.honesty,integrity,quality and warmth!who knew we were talking about a mechanic!oh, and did i mention that im from LA and drive all the way to Orange for whatever my car needs.he makes a 70 mile drive back & forth seem like a stroll in the park for the satisfaction that you're guaranteed to have!

5+ stars! Norman is the best! Met him years ago at his old location to plug a hole in my tire. Then, again when some other loser mechanic didn't tighten stuff down when my head gasket was replaced. Took the car in for an oil change and told him about the lack of torque when driving and he found the problem immediately, fixed it, and didn't charge us a dime (above the price of the oil change). He and his crew are awesome!!!

Norm is great! I've been going to him for years. I've always been skeptical of mechanics and don't want to get taken advantage of. I found Norm awhile ago when living in Orange. Now that I moved to Neport Beach I still go out of the way to bring him my business because Norm is honest, trustworthy, and all around good guy. He's got a great personality and always service with a smile. His rates are fair and the work is perfect. Go here and you won't regret it. 5 stars!
