I have taken my Porsche 911 here several times after some minor collisions. Mike, Louise, and Sean always provide great service and provide spectacular detail in their work.
During this last visit they were able to color match my specific decals and got them, from England, very quickly. They were able to color match and blend my paint perfectly. The best part of dealing with B&B though is how accommodating they were to my schedule.
I will always take my car here and you should too.

I took my car to B&B as their reviews were good and I am meticulous about my car being 100% right in every way. I had was partners in auto body shop years ago and know the difference between right work and just slapped together work. Sean addressed all my issues and was a pleasure to work with, he truly understands the customer and listens to what they expect. Sean delivered the car in perfect condition as if no damage occurred, and exceeded my expectations. Sean was very accommodating in fixing some minor issues post delivery and went out of his way to make things right. If you have collision damage and want your car to be fixed truly professionally then this is the place to go.

I LOVE this place! I worked with Sean and he was very friendly, professional and kept me current during the entire process. The work on my car looks seamless and they even did a small detail job to clean it up before pick up. AND, they even picked me up to avoid my long wait for a ride, as they were only down the street from the Hertz rental. I had an amazing experience here. Sean took care of everything and made it all seem so easy. I love the location, it's literally right next to Enterprise. I just walked down next door to get my rental car. My car looks brand new and I am incredibly happy. Found B & B on Yelp when I was searching for a place to work on my new model BMW after the dealer was less than helpful. I knew about the shop from driving past it pretty often but had not used their service. I called first to ask about their availability and Shawn asked what parts I needed and mentioned that he could order factory BMW parts without the sky high price tag at the dealer.
The day the parts arrived Shawn called me to confirm a day to come by and within the hour my car was ready. I didn't have to take my car and leave it at the dealer for a full day, and the total cost parts + labor at B & B was less than half of what the dealer had quoted for the identical work.

I took my car in to fix a door handle around noon and these guys had it done a little after 4 pm that day. Very reasonable pricing, over $100 less than I was quoted elsewhere, and like I said before- done in only a few hours rather than all day.
They also rubbed out some scratches on my car free of charge on my way out, a real class act!

After having really bad service in Los Angeles, my insurance company recommended this shop to help me get my air conditioning fixed. They are so friendly and caring! They helped me right away and got my whole unit fixed and replaced in less than 2 days! Great, friendly and timely service! I called the shop that same day (Sat) & I explained what I had discovered. I was
getting so annoyed because it was getting inconvenient for me to drive an hour
back & forth to the shop. With all the flaws I discovered I started to question
every single thing they did with the vehicle. I did a closer inspection on the
wheels they powder coated, & if you look at it very closely, they did a very
poor job. The crevices on certain wheels did not even get powder coated
completely & I have photos to prove it (paying $700 out of pocket, you would
expect quality work). At that point, I gave up & didn't even want to address it
to them because they don't seem to get it right the first time. It is as if the
work was done very carelessly. I even found a bolt in the trunk (makes me
question if the other screws were put back the correct way).
So Saturday AM I called & Mike (owner) said he would take a look at it. I drove
back & he & his wife (I believe her name is Louise but she also works at the
shop) was outside waiting for me. I knew that it wasn't going to be a pleasant
visit. I get out of the car & explain the paint issue. Mike seemed to agree with
me but as soon as Louise started examining the doors & certain parts of the car,
she looked at Mike with a laughing face as if I was being ridiculous & very
picky (keep in mind, this was a new $60K BMW). At that point, I felt violated
because this was my 3rd time going back to the shop, & a little more cust.
service would have been appreciated (esp taking my own time to drive to the shop
on a Saturday). I felt like Louise was very unprofessional & disrespectful to
me. I told her that coming back the 3rd time was becoming inconvenient for me
but she had the audacity to tell me that the reason why I went back the second
time was because I wanted to get my wheels done
. Clearly she did not know what was going on because the reason why I went back
the second time was because B&B DID NOT provide quality works the FIRST TIME. It
just happened that I decided to get the wheels done simultaneously with the
second attempt to repair the car.
At this point, the work they did to my vehicle is questionable. I wasn't even
planning on addressing the wheels but Louise pushed my buttons & so I addressed
it to her. I told her that the wheels were not even done right, especially for
the amount I paid for them. She completely disregarded my comment & I was very
surprise how Mike just stood there & had her handle the situation. Luckily, one
of the guys who does auto detailing for them was present. It took the gentlemen
20 minutes to complete & eventually he was able to fix the paint. Until now,
there are still certain parts of my car that is rough but I am NEVER going back
to this body shop ever after what I have to go through. I even addressed the
bolt I found in the trunk & it happened to be the lock for my wheels.It could
have been lost for all I know. Overall, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this auto
shop. If you want quality work & expect what you pay for, then go somewhere that
is more reputable. I am completely UNSATISFIED with the work they did on my BMW, & my experience at B&B was very poor.

I was rear-ended and sustained significant damage to my rear bumper. The other parties insurance sent me to B&B Auto Body to repair my car. I have to say, they were courteous and helpful, especially as I was having to deal with this person's horrible insurance company (that's another Yelp review!) ... B&B made the process easy and quick. I took my car in on Tuesday morning and had it back on Thursday afternoon. The repairs were perfect, the car was washed and ready for me when I arrived. Sean and Mike were great to deal with. Let me begin by saying the team at B&B Auto Body is outstanding! If you want first-rate body work done on your car, B&B is the place to go!
I was rear ended 3 days after getting my new car (BMW 328i) and my dealership referred me to B&B. The staff at B&B was incredibly professional and they fixed damaged bumper within 4 days. When the work was completed, my car looked as beautiful as it did the day I drive it off the lot.
As luck would have it, last week a car ran into my car while it was parked on the street (this hit was also in the back but on the opposite side of where I was hit in the first accident!) so I had the pleasure of working with Mike & the team to get my bumper fixed once again. The damage was pretty bad and the accident couldn't have come at a worse time--1 week before I leave the country for international travel! I was hoping to have the work completed before I left for my trip. Once again, Mike and the team did magic--I dropped my car off on April 4th and got a call today that it was ready to be picked up. I was pleased yet again with B&B's work and my car looks brand new again!

Minor hail damage did a number on my car, and I had HUNDREDS of little dimples all over the body. An initial interview with B&B had me worried with their approach to the repairs (I think they ultimately went a different route)... coupled with my overall concerns about any SoCal body shop having experience with hail damage repairs. I was nervous.
I got my car back exactly four weeks later as originally quoted --there was a TON of work that had to be done -- and it looked like a million bucks. Every dent was removed, the paint matched perfectly, and they even did me the courtesy of tapping out some dents that insurance opted not to cover! The car was even detailed inside and out. Overall, the work was exceptional and I know I'll be recommending to anyone that needs work done.
All in all though, I'm impressed with the workmanship on my car several months later and I'd be happy to bring my car back to them for more work in the future.
PROS: Parts can be ordered and delivered in ~1 business day... the shop seems to pride themselves in the quality of their service... they do body work for the local BMW dealer so they know how to provide high-end quality. When I dropped off the car and picked it up, they were willing to keep the shop open a few minutes longer than norm to accommodate my work schedule.
CONS: The waiting room was really nice, but I found it a little awkward on my first visit to the shop... It doesn't have a window to see into the office area so it felt as if staff didn't know I was there.

The customer service at B & B Auto Body is amazing! They were very knowledgeable, funny, and polite. I emailed several local body shops prior wanting to get an estimate on a paint job for my car. Of all the body shops I contacted B & B Auto Body was the only place that actually followed up with me! They were extremely honest with me and explained their paint jobs usually run for $5-6K. Instead of trying to convince me to get a paint job through them they actually encouraged me to look into getting a paint job elsewhere for $500-1K. I really appreciated the fact B & B Auto Body followed up on my email just to inform me that I could get what I wanted else where for much cheaper. Although I didn't actually have anything done at B & B Auto Body I was very pleased with their honesty. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and i'm ever so grateful for it!

I went to these guys because they were one of two contracted Wawanesa Insurance auto body shops within convenient distance from where I live. The other place had so-so reviews. This place? They were 4.5 stars on Google. So I gave them a shot....
Matt, the manager (I think) was easy to work with. They took my damage appraisal and just ran w/ it. Note that this place doesn't make appointments for service. When I asked to schedule one, Matt just told me to bring it in, as it only takes them 1 day to get any necessary parts and supplies. So, OK great. He had told me 5-7 days for me to get my car done, and surely enough, it was done at the end of 6 days. The team there struck me as honest. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back that they had done an interior and exterior detail. I guess that's what $1200 can get you, hm? lol.
My only quibble would be that Matt, along w/ the rest of the staff, struck me as aloof and -- while I wouldn't call them unfriendly, I'd call them not warm and welcoming. Then again, they do the important stuff (fixing the car, and getting it squeaky clean) done right. I can overlook imperfect customer service.
Overall, I'd recommend these guys. Next time, which hopefully there isn't one, I'll be coming back to these guys.
(Note that this is my first experience getting an insurance affiliated repair, so I don't really have a basis for comparison).

I was hit an runned by a teenage girl who I then tracked down to get her license plate and info. I came to B&B two weeks later to get an estimate for it. Caliber Collision was my first estimate and charged me $1000 for a decent sized mark. Expecting an $800-900 estimate from this place, I come inside to two nice older men in their offices working and one invites me inside. Asks to go check out my car and during the estimate process he was very friendly and cool. When he went inside to get the estimate some other friendly younger guys all greeted me and showed me around their facility. A young man comes out with the estimate paper and talks to me about everything and we talk about my car and maybe tinting it and he was happy to just TALK. You can tell the people here enjoy what they do and it reflects in their work. He hands me the papers and I was astonished that it would only be $600! Great price, great service, and by the looks of how they did the matte black Porsche and the other sick vehicles parked, they do their job pretty well. I'll give another review on the work they did when it's done.

What can I say? Except the same feed back as every yelper on here. B&B did a fantastic job on removing the paint off my car ( I was caught in the middle of an accident between a big rig and a small pickup truck full of paint in which the paint splattered all over my car) Picked up my car today and lord it looked completely new like right off the dealer's lot. I left there with a cheesy smile on my face after not driving it for 15 days. Matt, Mike and Louise were very very helpful and especially when Louise answers the phone her voice was so subtle and serene (Its actually nice hearing her voice after being so frustrated dealing with this whole insurance crap like I did) I would definitely be coming back for any work needed on my car in the future. These guys did a phenomenal job on my brand new BMW. Two weeks after I got the car home it was stripped in front of my house overnight. The car had a few hundred miles on it. They took the headlight assemblies, side view mirrors, airbag, electronics, etc.
I called the dealer where I bought the car and they suggested B&B. Repair totaled $15K (insurance paid of course) so it was a lot of work, and the car looks and feels brand new. They did it in the time frame they promised and communicated well.
It was as good an experience as I could have hoped for, given the unfortunate circumstances. They run a very professional operation.

So after reviewing their 5 star yelp rating I decided to take my vehicle here for an estimate. I work weekdays so I visited them on a saturday and even called in advance. The dent on my car was only 4 inches by 3 inches. Very small but as the guy rung off how they're going to have to take out the light, take off the bumper, sand it in a 1 foot radius around the dent all i can hear is dollar signs, but it is a brand new 50k luxury car and i was not going to have this unsightly dent left untreated. He eventually gathered all my info then told me he will have my estimate emailed to me by monday. I wrote my email down perfectly because he even made a point for me to do so. Sadly its tuesday, they not only never sent me my estimate but their competitor has already repaired my car and returned it with a price tag under 500 dollars. Only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because the initial person that helped us was nice. What's sad is we have another car with extreme body damage that would of been brought to them but is now at their competitors.

Going to B&B Auto Body was by far the smartest decision I made after my car was involved in a parking lot hit & run. They were courteous, knowledgeable and had a great turnaround time.
My car came back to me looking as good as the day I drove it off the showroom floor. The paint is flawless, which makes sense because they have a top-of-the-line, sealed painting bay.
Living in LA, I'm sure my car will get hit again, and I'm also sure I'll be heading straight to B&B to get it fixed.

What a great body shop. My BMW was hit on the drivers side and my entire back door was smashed in and the rest of the side was entirely scratched up. I called BMW and asked what body shops they use and they referred me to B&B. I took my car in and within a day the quote from my insurance company came in and they began working on the car. They informed me that they had to order me a new back door so it would probably take 2 weeks but they had to completely finished looking like brand new, with a nice shiney car was ready to go in about 5 business days. The people were very nice and the work was awesome :)

I would highly recommend B & B Auto Body! I am extremely particular about my car's appearance and I was so pleased with their work, that I've been back since as well as brought my mom's car to them after she was rear ended. I was initially referred to B & B by Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks. My understanding was that they are certified by BMW and use manufacture parts and paint, which was important to me. They have made all of my visits painless, and all the work they have done have met my high standards. I have been to many body shops over the years and have had some extremely bad experiences. I am happy that I won't be looking around anymore, because I will continue to use B & B for any further needs. It's also worth mentioning that I can attest to them standing by their work. Two years after having work done, I noticed my window was making a noise when rolled down. I immediately took it to my dealership (since my car is still under warranty) and they replaced the regulator. Unfortunately they were unable to get my window aligned properly so I was constantly hearing wind come through when the window was closed. They put the blame on the body work that had been done. I later found out that the body work was not at fault; however, B & B aligned my window - fixing the problem for free! They even re-buffed the paint on my car! I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
