Got my car side swiped and took what I thought was my driver side mirror. Called Henry's and they asked me bring it in so they could made an assessment of the Damaged. This place is phenomenal 5 stars for sure. They took me in without an appointment. And to top it off it they assessed the damaged and where able to fix it on the spot AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME!!!!!!!!!!
Places like this don't exist anymore!

Took my wife's CLK 350 to Henry's for the first time and talk about thorough and knowledgeable! Kim knows her stuff! She went over the service in detail explaining what's what and how this part does this and etc. She let me know some of the concerns she had for the car on things I should consider in future repairs, but never felt pressured to do the service now.
What I was most impressed with was how fast they were. Under the care and direction of Master Mechanic, Tony Finch, his techs performed mechanical magic. I pulled in at 8:10am got Service A done, had 4 cam/crank sensors replaced, expansions valve covers replaced, air filter and cabin filter replaced and they ran a diagnostic on the whole car. I was back on the road no later than 12:30! Car runs great, no more oil leak, no more check engine line and yes, I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

I was so leery at first to try a new service place for my Mercedes, but I can't go to Newport Beach anymore, where I was very happy with their service place there. Henry's took really good care of my car, replacing lights, even gave me a new gas cap as the one I had was leaking and did the whole A service within 2 hours. Kim and the service men are all very nice and efficient. I will be coming back for B service next year.
By the way, if you do get serviced here or anywhere, do not try to smog your car for at least 200 miles. Apparently, the computer stays in diagnostic mode for that long and that will fail any smog test. Just a friendly warning.

We have been taking our cars to Henrys since 1988 and they are truly wonderful. Kim and Tony are two of the most trustworthy people you will ever encounter and they have saved me literally thousands of dollars over years. The minute our cars are out of warranty or need a service, we go to Henrys. If you have a MBZ and live close to Whittier, you have a friend. I can't recommend them any higher.

Kim is an amazing lady that will take care of you from beginning to end. My car issues were taken care of at a fraction of the cost that i expected and there were no surprises. Two hours of work for $180. Saved me a bundle with their expertise and love for Mercedes machines.
If you drive a Mercedes this is the shop that will keep your car happy.

I've been a loyal costumer for the past three years and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this shop. After being ripped off at the dealership multiple times I tried Henry's out and my car and my pocketbook couldn't be happier! I trust the mechanics here and highly recommend this place!

This place is a scam and complete rip off just being honest. Word of advice dont do it! there good reviews are just updates of the old reviews and the type of experience that was around when henry was alive. And if they have freinds just updating the same good review over and over so it looks like they provide good service when trust me i just had a visit and they dont. Then that should tell you and show you that these people dont have any integrity so why leave you exspensive car with them. Unless your a dealership refural they will take advantage current and not a repost

We were in Whittier for business meetings and needed a minor repair to our Mercedes. Our first stop was at Napa Auto Parts and they were very helpful by directing us to Henry's Auto Repair and when we ask for their assistance it was so refreshing and positive to have such excellent service within a matter of 10 minutes. We recommend Henry's and of course we could see the secret is already out for the owners of Mercedes in Whittier.
