I've been taking my cars to Norm's for years. I've always been treated with courtesy and respect. They are very honest with their work and will not do unnecessary work just to charge the customer. I brought my car in for a tune-up, and Norm called me to let me know that it wasn't time for a tune-up yet. So, they only did an interval service and saved me money in the process. Highly recommended!

Seeing how i cant give a rating of 0 stars, one will have to do. This place is horrible. They jacked my car up and when i tried to get them fix it they refused and said they didn't do. Well if you know about cars, you know the manifold goes into the head, well i had a bolt snap off into the head. Now i have a vette motor in the car which means i have aluminum heads. Well they completely screwed up the drilling and tapping of the aluminum head and instead of repairing the head correctly with helicoil, they just left the gigantic hole and shaved the manifold and use a different bolt hole in the head. When i had another shop look at the problem they showed me what they did. here are some pictures of their surgery.
Well after months of fighting the $2000 repair bill it took me to fix their mistake i sued them in small claims court. They knew they were wrong and didn't even show up and just sent me check after the judgment. I'd avoid this place like the plague and I've been preaching this ever since that day.

For those of us that do not work on our own cars, it is sometimes difficult to know what we really need when it comes to auto repair. We are often at the mercy of what the "professional" mechanic tells us we need, and often have no idea how to tell if we are being taken for a ride. That is why Norm's Hytech Auto is such a great place to get your car repaired. I have taken my car here for a number of years and have always had a great experience. Since I have older cars, I often shop around first to see what the consensus is on the repair need and then compare price. On multiple occasions, other shops have told me I needed expensive repairs and quoted high prices. When I follow those estimates with one from Norm's, I sometimes find that the problems were misdiagnosed and that the repair need is not that great. And on those occasions where the problem was accurately diagnosed, Norm's prices beat the competition for the repair. As a result, over the years, I have saved hundreds, and possibly thousands of dollars by having my car serviced at Norm's. I highly recommend this facility. You will be treated honestly and get quality work at a very fair price.

I have taken my cars to Norm's for years. Each time they offer friendly and reliable and honest service. I brought my car in for a tune-up and oil change.
