I don't think I could be happier with the quality of service, the professionalism, and the commitment to excellence that was represented at European Auto.
They don't serve free coffee and snacks like BMW dealerships do, but the I felt that the friendly, humane, and welcoming atmosphere compensated for that.
Jackie Is the man to talk to. The boy's a prodigy. Ask him your car questions and he'll tell you everything you didn't know you didn't know-- at least that was what happened to me.
Also, this place is tucked directly behind Graphic Auto Body, behind the a fence.

Thank you European Auto for an excellent experience. My BMW was misfiring and looked at Yelp for a place to take my car.
Jackie had excellent customer service from the moment he picked up the phone. He was honest with his assessment of what is happening to my car.
I have already made a decision to take my wife's car here because of how much they put me at ease.

European Auto is a high quality, high integrity European car repair specialist! I have been a customer there for two years and taken my 2010 BMW X5 there on multiple occasions. Each instance has been a pleasant experience. Jimmy Dong (owner) is an excellent technician and he has diagnosed my cars needs accurately on every occasion and their recommendation was exactly the right fix for the problem. Jackie Dong working the office is a terrific communicator and very good at explaining in simple terms what is needed. Additionally they suggest the appropriate service intervals for routine maintenance periods and I am very confident in their work.
I highly recommend European Auto.

My car battery died on Saturday. I bought a new one at Napa Auto Parts. They didn't install them but referred me to German Car Repair. I called and spoke with James who told me bring it down and he'd put it in for me. He was fast, friendly, and got the job done in less than 10 minutes. Good people still exist! Thanks James for taking care of a wanna be do it yourself Lady that actually couldn't get it done myself.

I was referred to European Auto by a friend a while back. I kept the card handy in my glove box for a while. One of my cars ended up with some weird radiator fan problem, so we took it into the dealer, as it was under the power train warranty. Unfortunately the warranty did not cover the fan motor =(. The dealer wanted some CRAZY price to fix it, nearly 1K, plus it needed brake pads replaced. So we were looking at $1200-$1300 or so.
I can happily say that I was in and out in less than a day and for just over half of the price the dealer quoted me. I cannot say enough about Jimmy and European Auto, I will be a long-time customer.

Got warranty work done on my 08 335i with ease. Never felt confident taking my car to a mechanic till now. If I can give 10 stars I would. Was even recommended from a different auto shop to come here. Greeted as soon as I arrived. Courteous and friendly very knowledgeable with cars period not just European. They will continue to receive my business for all of my automotive needs and questions.

I have a bmw 540i that need some attention. I called and got in right away. Was greeted by my name when I arrived. Jimmy and Jackie are very professional and experienced. I felt good about them the moment I met them. If you are looking for experience mechanics for your car, who are trustworthy and honest. This is the place. I was very happy. European Auto is the place to go, don't be taken to the cleaners by your local Mercedes Benz, bmw or Audi dealer. Keep business local, support small business and bring your car for service here, Jimmy knows his stuff and won't charge you an arm and a leg to get it done. I do a lot of services on my own but when I need a shop I trust Jimmy and Jackie with my 2011 Jetta TDI more than the dealers shop. Their prices are competitive, they are honest and its hard to find a good shop to work on any car let alone a German make.
