I called every muffler shop in town for a new catalytic converter, and JGS was the cheapest! They were even able to do it the same day!

Never even called back

I called this place and was told they would call me right back. The next day I receieved a call and again was told they would call back in 10 minutes. Once again the next day I received the call. I happen to miss this one and I called and left 4 messages. Never heard from them again. if this is how they handle people before they work on their car, I'm not sure how they do once they have it! I'm not going to beg them to work on my car. I know other places that would actually appreciate my business.

I had an exhaust installed by these guys back in March. They had horrible inconsistencies about when my vehicle would be ready, would not answer the phone when I called while they still had my vehicle. They wouldn't give me an exact price. I ended up giving them 200$ and never received a receipt. They told me my vehicle would be ready the next morning but when I showed up it was not. They informed me that I hit a really sweet deal for the price. The welds on the exhaust were awful and now five months down the line my exhaust is cracked right at the welds. These guys had great reviews and I was really hoping the lack of customer service would be made up by quality work but now I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed
