First of all thank you Angel and Leslie! I had my vehicle repaired this past week after a car accident and Service King at Bellflower did such an awesome job, I will recommend them to friends and family any chance I get. The day I dropped off my car they gave me an estimated time when my car would be ready and sure enough it was ready the day they said it would be. Leslie even updates you via text messages which was great. I never had to call them once to get status of my vehicle, they did it on a daily basis through text message.
I had some additional repairs done at my expense and the pricing was great. Angel took the time to go over the repairs needed and once the job was done went over the repairs that were done.
The paint job that these guys did is impeccable. My 2014 Honda Accord looks brand new. I was a little afraid since it is black that the paint wouldn't match but it honestly looks like my whole car was re-done. Love love love! Not to mention that they complimentary detailed my car. Thank you again Service King Collision your guys did a great job :)

My first experience with Service Kings was on the repair of my wife's 2011 Elantra. They did an amazing job on fixing the side paneling that was damaged from a fender bender. So when I was hit by a flying object while driving my 2010 Malibu I didn't hesitate to return. Angel and Lesley did an amazing job of explaining what was fixed and even went as far as to show me the damaged parts they replaced. When I first saw my car after repairs it looked like it did the day I purchased it!! They even gave it a quality detail to make it shine and make this experience overall a really good one.

When in need of the best body and chassis repair, you can't go wrong with Service King Bellflower (formerly Greg's Collision Center) I have had the displeasure of requiring their services on more than one occasion, and they have always been professional, courteous, and friendly, from the ladies in the front office to everyone behind the scene. Alex has always been world class when it comes to customer service, going the extra mile to ensure you are a satisfied customer, even sending email photo updates on the progress of my vehicle.
As for their work, it is always top notch. Body work is impeccable, paint matching is perfect, and they always return your vehicle clean and detailed, ready to cruise.

My brand new 2016 Camary was vandalized (my plates hadn't even arrived). I was concerned whether my car would look the same being that it had a special metallic paint. Angel and Leslie went out of their way to ensure the paint was the exact match and even fixed things I didn't notice. There was a scratch to my window tint on the rear window and they fixed that with no extra charge. They paid attention to every detail and made sure it looked showroom new once again. Plus they delivered 4 days earlier then promised. Excellent service and I enjoyed the text message updates.

I was recommended by a few people to take my car to Service King to get the repairs done by them and that's what I did. Front desk was very helpful and respectful. Staff are friendly but most importantly are very knowledgeable at what they do. They walk you through the process of how your vehicle will be repair. keep you posted until your vehicle is done. I was a bit nervous on my way to pick up my car but was very much pleased to see the results. The finished was flawless. What set Service King apart from other body shops is that they're there to appeased their customers and customers satisfaction is their priority. He went above and beyond my satisfaction by fixing my unrelated issues with my car for free where NORM REEVES refused to take care of the problems. What could have been an issue with miss-communication was handled swiftly and with the utmost integrity. Wonderful Experience!!

I wanted to share my many years of dedication with Greg's Collision Center. I have unfortunately experienced a few collisions in my life and there is no other place that I would go. They've made it easy for me to get my car repaired - including the inspection and estimate, arranging a rental car, and working directly with my insurance company. Additionally, they kept me informed by phone about the status and timing of the repairs. Gregs Collision Center has had high quality standards and honest service in the auto repair industry. Each of my experiences with their staff were very courteous, professional and worked extremely hard to keep everything in order. I heard of Gregs Collision Center through my insurance company after my very first accident. Now I highly recommend their service to all of my friends and family from one lifelong customer to the next!

Happy Customer!

I have been a customer of Greg's Collision since 1983 and they are the most professional Auto Collision Center around. They are all very professional and their number one priority is making sure the whole experience is a great one. I know it is not a great situation when you have wrecked your car but why not make the best out of a not so good situation. This is what the staff is like at Greg's. Creating a pleasant experience out an an upleasant situation. I was informed of the process the entire time my car was there as welI as the repair was complete and better than before! When I arrived they seemed concerned about me, not just my car! They greeted me with refreshements, a phone line for my use, a pleasant area for me and my 2 kids and we were in a rental car before we knew it. My kids even stated they liked being at Greg's. They both received a toy car to play with when we arrived. I highly reccommend Greg's Collision as the place to take your car after an accident.

The team at Greg's worked on my rear bumper only, however, when I picked up my car, a part was missing inside the car. I talked to Mike the Production Manager to let him know what had happened. He was very rude and unhelpul. He told me they hand't even touched that section of the car. Days after he texted me to tell me they were gonna replace the missing part. They never opologize nor explained to me how the part when missing. Do not take your car here! This is not a reliable place and honesty is just not their best quality.
