I went to Elite for the first time and really liked the service. Spoke to Cyrus on the phone to get a quote. Went to the shop and he fixed my car at the price he promised. No surprise charges or attempts to make more money out of me.

I purchase my Lexus at 25,000 miles always changed my own oil and never had a tuneup. At 90,000 miles I thought it was a good time to start.
From the outside my car looks fine but underneath Cyrus found many issues. He fixed them all, even took pictures of certain items that were rusting, dirty or clogged and took the time to show me and explain things. Even though a lot was over my head, I appreciated it. Oh, and he also changed my brakes even though he was super busy that day.
It's hard to find a good mechanic but he's the real deal. Wish I didnt shared this info so I could be selfish and not have long wait times In the future but he's a good dude and deserves it.

Cyrus is awesome! I purchased a Toyota Corolla with over 100k miles earlier this year from a private seller, and the car had numerous issues that the seller never disclosed to me. Brought the car to Cyrus and he was able to fix all the major issues for a very reasonable price... much more reasonable than several other shops I had called for quotes in the area. Not to mention the turnaround time was great considering just how many issues there were. I've also had the battery run dead a couple times over the past several months due to some lights being left on. Luckily, the car is actually parked very close to Elite Auto. Cyrus actually walked all the way out to the car and jump started the battery for no charge! Seriously, where do you find service like that anymore?
Cyrus is knowledgeable, friendly, and his rates are very fair. If you need auto repair in Pleasanton, this is the place to go!

Cyrus is the sole owner and auto professional. He is awesome. I found his auto shop by reading the awesome Yelp reviews, and I am so glad that I did. I used to be a Yelp disbeliever, but I am becoming a believer.
Unlike a lot of other unscrupulous auto mechanics who want to gouge customers as much as possible. Cyrus is very honest and straight forward.
And he treats customers like his family and neighbors. And, he treated me so well even though it was the first time I went there. And he is very detail oriented when he fixed my car.
I had to wait a while to get my car service because I did not make a prior appointment, but well worth the wait.
I was so impressed with Cyrus. That even though I live 50 minute drive away from his auto shop, I will continue to go to him.
It's not everyday that I get lucky enough to find a detailed oriented, fair and trust worthy auto shop person.
Folks. There is a reason Cyrus has such awesome reviews on Yelp.

I went in for servicing worn out rear brake/rotors for an R 320 merc. I researched Elite's reputation and decided to take the plunge. Very happy that Cyrus prefers using original merc parts. I was surprised how parts (merc made) are reasonably priced value wise over after market parts. FYI his estimates are free and that is a huge plus over dealership. He even fixed my lamp and topped a qt. of oil for free.
I am extremely happy at Cyrus's attention for details and his recommendations for what's required now v/s what might be required after 5K. Job was performed 2 hours prior to committed time. I would recommend Elite to anyone looking to get a quality job (n..decent treatment) from a reasonable person.

Being a clueless car guy, Cyrus put me at ease with his knowledge, patience and genuine attitude. He's a hard working guy and stayed at the shop till 10pm to help me get my car back for the next day. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. My car is a 2008 BMW 528i.

The owner, Cyrus, is professional, straightforward, and makes your car feel safe.
My car was making this groaning noise which turned out to be because of a missing caliper bolt. The part was a custom order from the dealership, so we had to wait a day for the part. They called me when my car was ready and even opened the shop until later so I could pick up my car.
Highly recommended. There's a reason they have 5 stars.

So my Check Brake light finally triggered on my x5 late on a Friday. Based on my last inspection, I knew this would happen at some point soon - but of course Murphy's law dictates that these things have to happen at the most inopportune times.
Knowing that I had to have the car ready for the work week on Monday, I scrambled to find a mechanic that could fix the rear brakes on Saturday. My usual mechanic gave me the song and dance that the soonest they could get me in was Tuesday - which just wasn't going to work.
I began scouring Yelp and came across Elite and figured I'd give them a try. Although Elite generally specializes in Japanese models, they had no problem doing the brake replacement on my x5.
Cyrus and Charles handled my brake repair in a timely and professional fashion and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I'll be taking my other cars to them from now on.

These fellows really know their stuff, honest and thorough!
I had two of my cars repaired here. They changed my oil and diagnosed a serious issue with my alternator. Took care of it quickly and at a fair price!
They have the integrity to say when a repair is probably not worth performing and will help you get the best deal on aftermarket parts.

Had the worst luck last week. The window regulators in my BMW and Acura both had issues and cables snapped. Cyrus was awesome. He fit me in on a tight Saturday and got parts and fixed both cars for a reasonable price, all on a day's notice. He's honest, with good opinions (like when to use factory vs. OEM parts) which I appreciate.

Cyrus is definitely the most helpful guy! I have had a problem with my old Civic and it keeps making clunking noises which has been getting worse. I brought it to Cyrus and he told me the strut mount was broken. He transparently showed me the broken part and he said that he can fix it for a couple of hours. For someone who doesnt know much about car parts, I'm very thankful for his honesty and transparently advising me on which specific part needs to be fixed instead of fixing the whole entire thing. Cyrus is definitely very helpful, honest, and he is willing to work with my limited budget. I definitely recommend his best quality auto repair service to anyone!

Elite auto service is brand new. Pulled in hoping to get my oil changed and tires checked cause I was too lazy to do it myself. Cyrus pulled my car in and got it done in no time... Must have to say it was a lot more efficient then the Lexus dealer up the street.
Uses actual original equipment filters and fluids. Can't go wrong with that!

Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I went for an oil change on the day after x-mas. They weren't busy and got it done fast. They did some basic checks, filled my air and was in and out reasonably fast. $35 I think is what I paid. It's par for the course but I felt like their customer service was great and I would come back again. Thanks guys! I know my son and I entertained you as well...

Owner explains everything that is being serviced. Will recommend stuff but not pushy to make you have repairs not necessary. Price is also very reasonable compares to others. More specialized in engines maintenance. Very good customer service. Will definitely come back to this place.

Two of our vehicles - 1998 Mercedes C230 and 2001 BMW 740iL - had suspension noise issues. You could only hear the noises in hot hot summer days. We wanted to address such issues, but no garages could help. I took them to Elite Auto Service & Repair. Cyrus, the owner, took his time to look at our cars. He explained the problems and the options to me. All the issues have been fixed. Now, both cars drive like new ones.

We went to Elite Auto Service to get an inspection on a used car we considered purchasing. The inspection price he quoted was 40% less than the other place I called. The owner, Cyrus, was also accommodating about the timing of it all as we were coming from out of town and hit significant traffic. We arrived just before the shop's closing time and Cyrus still took a careful look of the car for us. He is experienced and honest, and patiently answered our numerous questions. We had full confidence in his recommendation.

I took my car in for a timing belt job and an oil change. Cyrus (new owner) was very professional in explaining to me what necessary parts were needed for the job, and ordered the parts that I was missing. He also took the time to inspect my 20 year old car and point out a lot of the other issues that I should keep an eye on.
The job was expertly done and efficient. I definitely received a lot more in service and professional opinions than just the timing belt job. He also topped off my car's fluids and checked the tire pressure.
5 stars and highly recommended! I will definitely come back.
