Got into an accident and was upset because I felt the damage I had would never be fixable and color would be off because it's a white pearl color , I got recommended to Vince's shop and he took car of my car really good match the color and fix the damage he made it look brand new like nothing ever happend!! Amazing work in this body shop.

I have been a customer for years! Have several drivers in our house and seems that we are always in need of some service from Conejo Valley Auto Body! Last year our son's had someone hit and run on them in our suburban. This was their only means of transportation to work. The staff at Conejo Valley Auto body not only worked fast to fix the damage, but also helped with the rental and making sure we were satisfied with the finished results! That car came back looking like new, and its an old car!!! Thank You Conejo Valley Auto Body! Your the Best!!!!!

Excellent service, high quality, fast turnaround.
I took my car to a place off of La Baya for an estimate, and CVAB beat that price (unknowingly) and we're just good people.

I brought in some scratched motorcycle body pieces to be sanded and repainted. This was the only place that would even take the job. They suggested I also paint my helmet to match the bike, which was a great idea.
When I picked up the parts the paint job was beautiful, considering they had to match a previous candy color. Nobody else I spoke with would even take the job. My only complaint is a few large pieces of dust.
The helmet however was not so lucky. The slider that lowers and raises the sun shade had been painted in the middle position. When moved, you saw the black plastic on each side. I left it with them again for several weeks. The slider was sanded down and sprayed with black, like the original plastic. After I got it home I lifted the front-hinged face, and they had forgotten to paint the entire surface under it on both sides. The clear coat also has problems where it wasn't layed on evenly around the bottom and has some heavy orange peel.

I was talking to someone today about my first love. My '99 Camaro Z28. I told him that part of the reason I sold the car was the shoddy repair job after I got hit. This really re-opened some wounds, and inspired me to finally post a review. I have seen the work this place has done before, and it IS impressive. However, I did not get so lucky. My repairs were through insurance, yes. I did make it VERY clear that I would pay out of pocket to get things done correctly. The hood was completely folded, and I said I'd pay out of pocket for an SS hood. "Nono! we can fix it!!" really? Then why did I get it back with a crease in the front? I asked for the car to be wetsanded. "NONO! we'll detail it! It will look just as good!" Nope. Burn marks in the paint from an orbital buffer did NOT look as good. Cheap non-OEM parts were used, there fisheyes in the paint. My heart sank every time I washed the car. It looked better with the front bumper dragging on the ground, then it did when I got it back. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

They have fixed my mom's car (gulp) at least three times. Our cars (three boys...many bumps and dents) more times than I'd like to admit. Also, I send all my friends there. Everyone is always happy with Vince's work, and his price. They are honest and hard working over there.

Great Shop to have your vehicle fixed. I was in an accident and opened a claim through my insurance company. I went to the shop they wanted me to go to for an estimate and then 2 others to make sure they weren't trying to pull one over on me. One of the shops was this one and the Vince's really went through the process with me and really made me feel safe leaving my car there. I called the insurance company and told them where I was getting it fixed and they said they cannot guarantee the work since it wasn't their "approved" shop. After showing Vince the other estimate he noted that the parts they were using were the cheapest available and usually don't fit to the factory specs and he was using factory parts and would have to fight to get my car fixed the right way and his work is guaranteed as long as I own my car.
So I guess "approved" shop means "approved" to be the cheapest and "approved" to cut corners.
Long story short, my car was fixed and turned out great. Anything I need done I will come here the first and only time, I highly recommend you have your car fixed here if you want it done right.

These guys are total pros! They have custom painted both of our cars (ghost flames and a 1950s look) and have fixed our bumps and bruises along the way. It is a family-run business and the father/son team of Vince Sr. and Vince Jr. are just wonderful. They do what they say they will, when they say they will, and for the price they quote. I won't take our cars anywhere else! I have referred many friends to Conejo Valley Auto Body and everyone is as happy with the service as we are.

Great Auto Repair Shop. Lets face it, Auto Repair businesses get a bad reputation for being sneaky, honest, and just out to make money and screw the consumer. HOWEVER, I found a "diamond in the rough." The staff was great, they were upfront and honest, they gave me 2 options to fix my car, one being the preffered way with brand new factory parts and the other with whats called "aftermarket" parts which apparently are cheaper and fit, BUT they may not fit exactly and your car may not look the same again. So instead of just giving me the cheap way out to keep me at their shop, without any disclosure they advised me and left the decision to me. Also the shop has a very open layout, from the customer waiting area you can see the entire facility and employees at work. Much different than other shops that take your car "around back" to work on it, and you do get a small feeling of discomfort because that is YOUR car and you dont physically see whats going on with it. The last thing I have to say is when I came to pick up my car it was clean! They actually took the time to wash my vehicle so I didnt have to be incovenienced with doing it myself after picking it up. I absolutely HATE when I get my car back from anyone, wether it is a friend, family member or a business and it is filthy!!! If you ever need an insurance repair or a quick fix on a bumper, etc. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this shop. With all of this great service you expect a high price, but they were actually less than the other 3 estimates I got on my car before coming here.... No wonder they have been in business so long!

Bad customer services. We drove up walked up to the office inside and no one was in there. We waitted for 10 min. All th people who where wrking outside looked as us but didn't say anything. We waited another 5 to 10 min and I finally asked one of the guys outside if anyone wrk in the office. They said they where closed. WTF bad service..
