This place was recommended to me. I was in desperate need of a new mechanic shop as the previous ones couldn't seem to find the problems the car had. I tried this place without much hope of getting help. The car had multiple problems that other shops weren't capable to diagnose or wouldn't fix, the main problem being the a/c wouldn't keep the car cool or even tolerable in hot weather.
When CSC's Mike called to let me know they did indeed have the a/c fixed he also told me of some leaking engine gaskets which they could and were willing to replace (I had to add oil between oil changes) and a few other items. I had them fix everything they could find that needed to be replaced/repaired before I needed to have my car back. I couldn't believe it, it was a dream come true.
I'd somehow transitioned from shops who routinely projected the attitude, "We are the mechanics, we don't need or want your input, if there's a problem we'll find it," to a shop that does, "Yes, we want your input, want to know what you see, hear, smell and experience." It was like finding a safe haven amongst the sharks. Professionalism is definitely their motto, they are kind, pleasant, ensure they have your permission to do work and provide a cost estimate, explain the work that's been done, show you the old damaged/burned out parts, etc., and they have the knowledge, skills and abilities to find and fix problems. They're wonderful, beyond words. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have a car with a working A/C again after several years of hearing from incompetent mechanics in other shops, "It's working just fine." The A/C operation hadn't changed a bit from previous mechanics to the time I took it to CSC, the competence and professionalism of the mechanics surely changed when I got to CSC though, and dear folks, you have my loyalty, not just that first time, but all the times since that I've brought my car in for your wonderful service.
I wish I could remember the mechanic's name who has taken such wonderful care of my car, but my poor memory is bad with names, but he is a gem of gems. I have a card that may have his name on it, Josh.
I took my car in recently for an oil change and waited for them to complete it. What a wonderful cool place to wait for service to be completed, very comfortable on a hot day outside.

If you want a trustworthy, reliable and affordable diesel mechanic then Josh is your guy. More than once CSC has bailed me out of a jam. I'm a bit of a mechanic myself. I have never taken any of my cars/trucks to a shop so I was reluctant. I was amazed by the communication and service that happens when you bring in your vehicle. Josh is constantly keeping you updated with the progress and prognosis. He put all of my concerns at ease. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with any type of vehicle repair. From diesel to carbs he can do it all.

Great customer service! Very clean lobby. They had donuts in the waiting room that was still fresh to eat. The service itself was fast with minimal waiting time. I highly recommend this place for a smog check.

I brought my truck that I purchased not running to a diesel mechanic shop that I looked up on the internet. They seemed alright. They quoted me $5,200 to change the injectors.I looked up the cost of the injectors and realized that they were charging every dime they could. I found Certified Service Center while I was riding my bike. I saw their truck with it's graphics (advertising works). I spoke with Josh and Mike. Both were nice, professional and confidence inspiring. I don't know much about diesel truck. These guys were willing to work with me to keep the cost down. There was lots of back and forth on the diagnosis. They nailed the problem. fixed it and did it for less about 2/3rd the price. These guys are very honest and will go the extra mile. They did not charge me for every hour they worked on this truck. It was a difficult job and they handled it with class. I will recommend this shop to anyone.

Yesterday I walked into Certified for the first time, expecting the same dirty unattended repairshop office I'd grown accustomed to. I was suprized to find a well kept waiting room, Mike was wonderful and helped me with my oil change. Over all I was most impressed with his service, he took the time to explain the things my car needed and was glad to answer my questions. I will recommend certified to anyone willing to listen:)

I have a 1976 f150 with a brand new 390 that ran terrible. Josh made some adjustments and found a bad Egr valve and the truck came to life. I would highly recommend them and A1 carb that share the same building.

Do you want reliable auto service at a fair price these are your guys. The work is excellent and they will save you money over what a dealership will charge. They are easy to deal with and listen to any concerns you may have. I find them to be honest and reputable.

I love these guys. I came here because of a coupon i found and it was very close to my office. I started off just getting oil changes and tire rotations -thank goodness I drive such a reliable (old) car. Once something came up i knew i had to get her over to them. They always take such good care of me. I feel like when i walk in they treat me life a daughter or sister- not an ignorant woman to be taken advantage of. I've come back from getting an oil change with a clean car, they drive me back to my office- iIm just across the street- and they do a great job with my car. Never any problems and never pushy unnecessary fixes.

So I have a 1981 F150 that I bought back the, after fifteen years of not being able to drive it due to Ca. Smog regulation the truck has been maintained and in storage. I had four different so called mechanics said they knew how to fix it to pass , and after looking they either gave up or just said they didn't want to or could do the work. I have one option left and that was to turn it in to have the Ca. State dismantle it and give me $1500. For my truck. I have 264k original miles on it, depressed. I called CSC, intro. Myself to Mike, told him my situation and he said bring it in that what we do is fix carbs and can fix mine. In doubt, I gave it one last shot. After a couple of weeks I was getting concerned, just about then I spoke to Josh (owner) he re assured me that they would not give up. It was a numbers of issues that neede to be replace,fixed and change. I now have my 34 year old F150 back in my family and runs as good as it did the day I purchased or in '81. This was a team effort between CSC and the smog team and made it all come together. There are very few works that express my thanks and gratitude for the work the did. If your ever in doubt, don't be with this team THEY ARE THE BEST! Bob D.

We love certified service center! We use them regularly for both our 2002 Nissan and 2009 Toyota. The workers are all respectful and honest. They have good communication between office staff and mechanics... and notifying you, the customer. The prices are very fair (lower than other shops, when I was shopping around.) No one likes "taking their car in" but this shop makes a necessity not so bad after all. Ask for Mike or ask for Josh.

I LOVE THIS PLACE, and the great mechanics! I used to take my car 2006 dodge caravan to the dealer for my work done, but my husband was taking his car here so I decided I would take mine there. I am so glad I made the change! Much cheaper than the dealer, and I can just drive in there at the last minute, and within the same day, get fixed what needed to be done, and most of the time, have my car back by the same afternoon! Thanks so much for the fantastic job!

This auto shop is by far the best one I have been to. The customer service is amazing and the quality of work is outstanding. They go above and beyond what a typical auto shop would do. Every time I have been in there I know they are going to fix what needs to be fixed and not try to sell you things that you do not need.
I have been to other auto shops where you go into to fix something and you end up leaving with more problems than you started with. I am more than confident in saying that Certified Service Center has exceeded my expectations and I has never left me unhappy! A+++

Old co-worker recommend the shop & has been the best car shop ever. Honest, friendly, reasonably price, great trouble shooters. We took our Sentra that has been to dealership several times for the same issue & could never figure out the problem but Josh & crew did. I now take my picky wife's car there too. My dad unintentionally found this place while looking for another auto repair shop (seeing as there are several in such a small area), but he was happy to have ended up here than at his original destination. After having seen how pleased he was with the service done on his car, I had to see for myself.
Unfortunately, I have frequented the auto repair shops lately, and although it's easier to keep my car at the same place for any and all maintenance, I just had to see what the big deal was about this place.
My first trip in, I had my oil changed, and they took care of it within a half-hour. My second trip in, they did a complete diagnostic check at no charge. However, this was likely because they were aware of my experience at my previous auto repair shop, so they sympathized with me, which I GREATLY appreciated.
Today, I went in to get my radiator hose taken care of, and upon arrival, I saw that not only my car was no longer leaking, they had also washed it.
Five stars because I have FINALLY found an auto repair shop that I can 100% trust with my beloved Squishy (2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT).

Josh treats you like family. Easy to work with and honest! Saved me $300 on a part replacement; fixed a lose wire on the starter and I was off to the races. Found a permanent customer! He will tell you upfront what he can and what he cannot do. No jerking around.

Best oil job I've ever gotten. They looked busy when I came in. I mentioned that I was going across the street for lunch and they said no problem. When I came back I expected to wait another 20 min or so, but they had already finished! Didn't try to upsell any crazy service. Plus my car is running smoother than it was. I can't recommend these guys enough.
