They definitely got it right by adding "pro" in their name because they are very professional. Their service was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful and they got the patch in my tire done in a timely manner. I was in and out before I even had a chance to sit down! The price was unbeatable! Thank you guys for the great service, I will be a returning customer.

Service was fine, 'tho the incorrect tires were ordered even after lengthy discussion. Incorrect order turned out to be adequate for our needs per our mechanic. My frustration is that all the hubcaps came back with grease smeared all over them. Geez, people. Clean up after your work, for heaven's sake!

Fast and friendly service. Patched up a tire with a nail in it. Repair cost was cheaper than I expected. Very happy over all!

Both of my daughters and I have gotten a full set of tire from San Dimas Tire Pros in the last 2 1/2 years. We have also had tires fixed and misc. work done from time to time. We have never had a problem and we have always been treated great. They have been honest and professional.
Thank you, Jeremy for going above and beyond what we expected. We will continue to be loyal customers and refer others.

This is my spot for tires & alignment. Prices are right on or even better than other competitors. These guys know their industry and safety standards. They're not a pop up shop for a quick turn over. I have yet to be disappointed in their work. True there's been management turn over but the guy that's in the office now, Ruben, seems to put his best foot forward with each customer. I'm giving 4 stars because they replaced the customer chairs in the garage with an old white Mercedes. Which is discouraging for those of us that like to watch their car being worked on. Standing for an hour and a half isn't good for any one's back.

Used to take my company car here for years, always good service from old crew.
My family and I take our personal cars here now with new crew, Jeremy & Ruben.
Good attentive service and feel like I'am not being ripped off for things I don't need.
Give them s try, I think you'll be pleased.

I've been a customer at tire pros for about 10 years and have always had a great experience until tonight. I showed up 45 minutes before closing and needed an oil change. I was told they wouldn't take my car even though they were still open. So I asked if I could make an appointment and come back tomorrow evening. I was told no, I need to bring my car earlier in the day. I told them I work from 8am - 5pm and was told "Well, sorry.."
I've always been treated great by Wayne and George, but this new guy needs to learn some customer service skills. He's ruined my experience and I don't plan to come back.

I am sad to say that we will not be coming back to this Tire Pros.
There has been a change in staff and the customer service has gone down hill. When Wayne and George were here this place was the tops, but this new guy is a joke. I don't know where he learned customer service. I went in to have my oil changed, tires rotated and a slow leak repaired. They were busy as they usually are on Saturdays however George/Wayne never made me feel as rushed and unimportant as a customer as Leo did. My bf and I always drop the car off right when they open and leave it for as long as they need. We'll go have breakfast and catch a movie so they had no reason to rush through my service. So, I was surprised that my tire was still leaking air after the nail was pulled out of it and the tire repaired. (STRIKE ONE) Also, George and Wayne would always go over the stuff that you needed done on your car; like windshield wipers or whatever. This dude said nothing about the fact that my windshield wipers were missing a huge chunk. I already knew about it, but he didn't know that. (STRIKE TWO) In addition, they lost one of the covers for the lug nuts on my tires and instead of telling me they put it on my invoice stating "missing right wheel lug nut cap". It wasn't missing when I dropped it off!! (STRIKE THREE).
So, I had to bring my car back on Monday to have the tire re-patched. While we were there we decided to have the spark plugs serviced which would require more time. We left to run errands. The car was not ready until almost 5pm and they close at 6pm. We had already started heading that way from El Monte at around 4pm, but there was a huge accident on the freeway and so by 5:50pm we were still stuck in a sig alert. Before I could call to let them know, Leo called me and said, "Are you picking up your car today because you know that we close at 6pm". I told him about the sig alert and that we would pick up the car the next day (Tuesday). Leo says, "And just remember that we close at 6pm" which we had already discussed. Fine, I told him that I got out of work at 5pm and would be there after that. From that conversation you would think that he got it. Nope. I got a rude call from Leo at 1pm on Tuesday..."Are you picking up your car today?" I explained for the 2nd time that I don't get out of work until 5pm, but that I would be there. Again, "And just remember that we close at 6pm". Whatever!! So, on Tuesday we headed out to San Dimas from City of Industry. There is traffic so at 5:30pm I called to reassure him that we were on our way and again I got, "And just remember that we close at 6pm". SERIOUSLY?!?!?
I'm done with Tire Pros San Dimas. Too bad you didn't keep Wayne and George. Bad mistake!!

Wayne, George and Jose do a great job in keeping you updated on the work on your car at their facility.
Honesty and integrity all the way!

Had a tire pop on one of our cars...and then the lug nut broke while we were trying to change the tire.
The car ended up stranded in the San Dimas High School Football Rules parking lot, and we had to get their car towed and left it here overnight until they opened at 8am.
All we had them do was pop off the broken lug, and stick on the spare tire. A simple task, but it was a positive experience and merits a likewise review.
The guys working on the car were nice, speedy, and courteous. The staff was professional and did a good job on calling me back with quotes and when the car was ready. This place is located in the middle of a mini industrial park, but business was still bumping for a Tuesday morning!

Called Tire Pros a little after 5 pm to see when I might be able to get a rotation while I waited. To my surprise, they said they could do it now, if I could get in right away. Took it over, got a friendly greeting, and waited about fifteen minutes till it was finished. Nice clean waiting area with flat screen tv and recent magazines.
Here's the clencher: No charge, and I didn't even buy the tires from these guys.
I'll definitely go there for my next set of tires.

Once again car maintenance is not my favorite thing to deal with, but everytime I get new tires, we ( my family) always uses tire pros. I recently purchased 2 new tires here and it took no time to get my car finished. The two gentlemen who work in the office were very friendly and knowledgeable about cars, tires and all the other stuff relating to mechanics. Tires are always pricey but at least the work was done quickly and done very well.

Our family has been a loyal Tire Pros customer (4 cars) for at least 20 years. That ended in July 2014. My husband bought tires in December 2011. They are still under warranty. He had trouble with one tire losing air and we repeatedly brought it back to be looked at. In February 2014, we went in for a rotation and noted the one problem tire. In March, I brought the car back again to have the suspect tire looked at, and the attendant told me that the tires were all over-inflated...guess who did that? On July 8, my husband took the car back in and was told that there was a nail in the tire (void warranty) and we needed to replace it. He reminded them of the numerous times that we brought the car in to fix this and they had NO record of our visits!
This breaks my heart as I valued Wayne and George as honest businessmen who would never try to compromise service for a quick sale. Shame on you!!!

I have been going here for years. Wayne and George are very professional and quick with getting back to you with quotes on tires if they don't have the tire in stock. They offer free flat repairs and have reasonably prices on new tires. They have completed new rotor and brake pad installations, wheel alignments and oil changes for me and my friends. We have always been happy with the service and friendly attitude.

They told me not to change brake pads co they're good for 3 months. Then in 2 months, the sensors and rotors were damaged costing me $300 extra. Cannot be trusted.

HI MY NAME IS DUSTIN THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE : First off I would like to start this by saying I have been a client of tire Pros-San Dimas for over 10 years. Today you have lost my business and the business of my family. Today I came in the tire pros with a brand-new set of wheels that had tires on them I needed to get dismounted off. The tires were originally mounted to the wheels by Jeremy at tire pros. He did an excellent job mounting the Tires did not scratch or dent or hur... See More

This is a review of the tire buying experience since I have not had any other services done here. Great service ... everyone there is friendly and helpful! I was shopping around for 4 new tires and they were able to beat all other prices and install the same day! About 3 months later I got a flat tire and hobbled my car off the freeway to them. They put on my spare at no charge and ordered my new tire to come the next day. The tire was covered, so I got the new one for free and all I had to pay was for the rotation/install! It was a great surprise because I honestly did not know about the coverage. Overall, I am very happy with my service and will go see them again for all my tire needs!
