I don`t know where to start.
My Corvette got keyed. I was looking for THE BEST body shop to take care on repainting my whole car. Did my research for almost a month and after lots of references from my friends and acquaintances I ended up bringing my Vette here. GEORGE LUCAS is the man there.
He took keys and told me not to worry about anything, because car will be looking like brand new.
He kept me updated with photos, how progress was going on my car all the time.
I have to mention, they take their time, not gonna be done in 2-3 weeks, but hey, it`s very well worth every day I was waiting.
And guess what: My Corvette looks nowhere close to brand new, it looks million times BETTER THAN BRAND NEW! Every single person, who saw my car is just shocked, how can one do such an amazing job on repainting the car.
And after all was done, GEORGE just emailed me and told me he will even take care on my next FREE DETAIL. How AWESOME IS THIS?!

When was the last time you took your car in for service and 4-hours later they called you asking if you can pick your car up early?
It was only a A-service on a Merc but still, i'm very happy with the service received. The service was done on my wife's CLK550. Whenever we have taken her car into Autobahn, I am calling them at 4pm asking when will it be ready and when they tell me to come down it's still not done... c'mon! Oh and they always have more work that they recommend should be completed. When I picked up her car from Eurotech in the early afternoon, I got a "thank you for choosing us and the car looks great, no issues found". I highly recommend.

My 328xi just made it past the 100,000 mile mark!
I'm going the European route, fix as needed and drive that thing as long as she's goes....
Lucky me, I got a friend's referral to George at Eurotech - so she's got her own personal "car doctor" I can take her to anytime she's needs a pick-me-up, lube-up or minor repair. As long as it's minor, I'm going to keep on driving, and keep on going back here to handle anything that needs to be done.
George is honest, detail oriented, trustworthy and knows his cars, particularly European cars. I'm a huge fan and felt like at the end of the day, I drove away being well cared for. That's a great feeling to have from a car repair shop!
I highly recommend going here for all your car troubles and needs! :-)

The worst. The work was done but they had my car for six months. They lied over and over again about when it would be done. At one point they told me that it "absolutely, positively" would be done the very next day and because of all the delays, they'd deliver it to my house. I got it two weeks later! An enormous hassle. Dozens of phone calls. At some point, the insurance company would no longer pay for a rental car-more hassle. The worst.

"I brought my car to take care of cat convertor, long srory short, they did put new cat convertor to wrong side. Which means they do not know what they doing. some one said they are body shop . so, do not know how to handle mechanic problem. if you have mechanical problem at your car, do not bring your car this place. you'll waste your $$$$ and time. I had horrible experience with this shop(Eurotech)

Wow I love this place! I don't write reviews that often, but I decided to write a review and when I went to their page, I noticed I also wrote a review from the first time I used them. This place gives the absolute best service!
They care so much about the customer. They are the best car repair .
They even helped me return my rent a car. It saved me a lot of time.
They are so careful and they make sure the car looks the way it did before it got damaged. The staff is terrific .
Definitely use this place , get an Estimate...they are very homestead and can be trusted.

I love these guys! They have done several modifications to my "adorned" 2010 SLK and wouldn't consider taking my ride anywhere else! The last time I took the car in to paint/install custom Sport Fenders that were purchased from a tuner in Spain, they were able to totally match the paint without touching any adjacent parts or panels, absolutely amazing.
Plus, they are Mercedes Benz certified and have MB trained technicians to perform any maintenance and/or repairs that you might need. They are a ONE-STOP SHOP who take pride in making sure that your ride is taken care of to OEM standards!
While they may take a tad longer to get the job done, the results are always exceptional! Eurotech has not only earned my respect, but also my business!

As someone who is weary of auto places who want to charge you up the bum (more so than even the dealership) for every little thing I came here on the recommendation of a co-worker for my beloved little Mini Cooper who needed her regular check-ups. I've brought my car here twice and each time I've been more than satisfied with not only the work and prices but also the professional and friendly service. I've had interactions with George and Tania and they're great! George tells you like it is and gives you fair advice- I like that. Their honesty assures me that I'm not being wheeled and sealed just because I'm a female and that I'm receiving good old fashioned SERVICE. I brought in our 2012 Audi A6 for some rear bumper damage suffered from a distracted SF cabbie. Eurotech was able to repaint the bumper to as "good as new" condition and even fixed some outstanding issues on the bumper. Tanya at Eurotech was very responsive and professional (even making a real effort to accommodate my late and last min changes to pick up the car. Very impressed by Eurotech and will be back in the future as needed. Thanks guys!

I have two cars: 1997 Camry and 2010 Accord.
I brought my 1997 Camry to eurotech to replace timing belt. Work was done in one day, I got warranty for one year and paid little less then average price.
When I bough my Honda in 2012 it had some water spots on windows that I was unable to remove. I tried windex, car shampoo, asked some shops how to remove it. Nobody knew and recommended to go to detailing. I used one mobile detailing from groupon that appeared just unprofessional washing.
When I brought my car to eurotech George said that spots on windows are some stuff from trees that hard to remove but they knew how to do this. In one hour windows and mirrors of my car were polished and looked like a brand new! I was very happy.
Also I had some places on my car with damaged polishing (some scratches after rubbing with a cloth). And they polished my hood and door well.
This guys definitely know how to do detailing and make your car brilliant.

I have taken my 2001 CL 600 Mercedes Benz to Eurotech for a number of minor body repairs as they come up and detailing the car on an annual basis. In ALL cases, I have NEVER been disappointed in the quality, timeliness or their competitive pricing.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Eurotech for your MBZ body repairs and detailing - the car STILL looks like new after all of these years.

I was taking my Mercedes Benz to Autobahn for service and found their rates to be outrageous. I was recommended to Eurotech and have taken all of my cars (4) to them since. I have had both body work and repairs done to my cars and I find them to be extremely honest and not so anxious to charge for service that is not needed.

This place is honest. I had my C320 service A done at autobahn n they recommended engine mount for about $2,000, leaking valve cover gasket for $800, and battery for $340.
I took it to Eurotech for an estimate and they quoted me $500 for engine mount and $300 for valve cover gasket! What a big difference in price. But that is not all. After they checked my car, they told me engine mount does not need to be replaced yet, and the leak in my valve cover is so minor that no repair is needed at this time.
Even better is that I decided to change the battery myself. I bought the battery from Autobahn for $185 and changed it myself in 30 mins. A saving of $165. But after I changed the battery, the malfunction code on my SRS lit up and I'm sure there is nothing wrong other than it needing to be reset . Autobahn wanted over $180 to reset it. But George Lucas at Eurotech was so nice he scanned my car for me with the Mercedes computer and reset it for me for FREE.
How much nicer and more honest could they be. They reset my computer , gave me a much lower estimate, and told me no work is needed at this time . While Autobahn wanted $3,000 for their recommended work. I only spent $185 for the battery .
Eurotech is a very honest and great place to have your car repaired.
Btw, their machanic is certified Mercedes mechanic who used to work for Mercedes.
Since my warranty expired, I take my car here to have all my repair and service done.

I was introduced to this business via couple of my friends and they truly are a very unique combination of exemplary service, reasonable prices and thorough know-how about high-end cars.

A competent body shop but definitely not worthy of the glowing reviews from five question mark-head one review wonders.
I don't know if its just the situations I find myself in, but they always end up taking waaaaaaaaaaaaay longer complete work than they originally estimate. If it ain't one thing, its another. The part didn't come in or they ordered the wrong one. Or they realize that there is something else wrong.
The delays don't bother me as much as their poor communications. I ended up having to constantly hunt down the agent handling my claim to find out the latest excuse and the latest revised target due date. They are always reactive instead of being proactive.
Next time around, I will definitely go elsewhere. It can't very hard for any other body shop to better manage expectations.

I loved working with the team at Eurotech! I didn't bring my car there, but I created a video for them to showcase on their website. I must say, the wonderful support I received from the team and seeing the state of the art facially makes me think about bringing my car here next time I need a service. I have seen many car dealerships and their service departments in the past... and almost all of them make me cringe! We had a horrible experience with a collision center in San Jose after an accident. I'm sure this won't happen again because in case I need to, I will bring my car to Mike at Eurotech.

I have been dealing with Eurotech for quite a few years now, and I have always been impressed with the quality of the work they do.
They are one of the few shops that will not cut corners and they will go out of their way to make sure the work is done the way it is suppose to be done and it meets all the original factory specifications. This is very important specially when you want someone to work on your expensive luxury or exotic car.
The estimates are accurate and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous.
I was so glad when I found out about their new service department, now I take all my cars there for service too, luxury or everyday cars, at half the cost of the dealer's.
A true trustable and quality full service center.

I recently brought my '03 Toyota Tacoma in for a tune up based off a referral from a local friend. I live in Los Angeles and came up to visit my family. Before I traveled, I brought my truck into the Toyota dealership and their prices were just too much. I couldn't be happier with the recommendation from my friend to come into see Mike and George. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. They keep their workspace clean and neat (which is kind of a big deal for me.) They presented my options to me clearly and precisely. Great experience all around and their prices were very reasonable. I recommend Eurotech to anyone looking for high quality car service at reasonable prices.

This is a real review from a real customer that has had extensive work done with Eurotech, both mechanical repairs and body work on high-end vehicles. If I could give them 7 stars, I would. Andre is extremely proactive about doing the right thing for customers, and saving money where possible and where reasonable. I was facing a $2,000!! part cost alone just for a catalytic converter - Andre helped shed 80% of that cost, reducing it down to $400 by finding me a quality used part (and it took him 3 days of calling around to do it). The detailing and cosmetic work they did on my Porsche was impeccable. They also did mechanical work on my Mercedes SL55 AMG and didn't stop tweaking until it was PERFECT. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop for its quality, attention to detail, value and superb customer service. You know what they say about finding a good mechanic - when you finally manage to find one, stick with them. They can make your life much easier.

I would not recommend using them. I took my car in for bodywork - bumper to be replaced, and painted. The paint job was incorrectly adhered to the bumper twice.. and it has never been the same since.
I have a 2006 red SLK. The front bumper had a minor accident to the drivers side front bumper. Autobahn San Carlos suggested I take my vehicle to Eurotech to fix the bodywork for my SLK.
As I prefer recommendations, I took my car to Eurotech -as Autobahn suggested - for the repair. Bob who works at Eurotech helped me; he was courteous.
To keep this story short, I had my bumper fixed. They replaced the bumper and repainted it.. after I picked up my car, I noticed the color was slightly off.. I asked them to redo the job to match the body of the car. They suggested that they couldn't ever "exactly" match the paint color as the paint color during the manufacturing of the vehicle was different than the one they applied, and it will always be a different color.
Our conversation went back and forth for sometime and they said they could do nothing; if I was to have any changes.. they would need the approval of the color specialist to come to validate the variance in color.
They said I needed to reschedule an appointment to show the Color Specialist the vehicle.
I return at the scheduled day/time, the color specialist wasn't available, but they pointed out that my bumper has chips in the paint.. I hadn't noticed these before, but they were all over the front in various locations. I suggested this wasn't normal.. and bob said they were probably because I had been behind a truck and some rocks hit the front bumper.. They still refused to move forward fixing the bumper color without the color specialist.. and so I asked to speak to the owner. Bob brought out the manager/owner who suggests that he can do nothing as he would need a color specialist to check the car first in order to validate my claim. He also suggested that perhaps took my car through a rock storm to get the chips? I told him i didn't do any such.. but I rescheduled an appointment to meet on a day that the color specialist could join; I live/work in SF so the drive was a little bit and I needed to take time off from work.
This third time, I visited with the color specialist. He suggests that something was done improperly. However the color wasn't part of the equation. He has agreed that his company will pay for half, if Eurotech would pay the remainder. Ok. I schedule another day to have my bumper repainted. It would also take a week. No problem. I take my car in to be repainted, and within the next day or so I get a call from Eurotech. They call me to inform me that there is a rip in the bumper. The cost to fix this would be exactly half of the cost for the bumper to be repainted. okay.. I ask them to fix the tear, I pay them the amount.. (as I am thinking why it would have the tear in the first place..) In any case, they fix it..
A few months down the road, I take my car into Mercedes to have my sidemarker replaced (as this is included in the warranty) they start to remove the side-marker (which is on the front side of the bumper and it is stuck to my bumper as if it were glued. I asked them to replace the bulb and they suggest that the paint is holding the side-marker to the bumper and if it is removed it may remove paint; I ask them to please proceed in replacing the bulb. They remove the side-marker and the paint from my bumper comes off with the side-marker as they presumed. The technician who removed it suggests that the paint appears to have been applied improperly..
"Since the bumper is flexible, it needs to put an adhesive and applied it at a certain temperature.. and that whomever did the job did so incorrectly as my car exhibits bubbling/peeling in various regions."
To be honest, although it has been sometime, yes I still get upset.. The first time, they did the bumper - It was done incorrectly - they agreed to redo it and it was redone. Second time, they find the tear, the bubbling issue comes back up.. and today I look at other SLK's same car, not a single issue with the front bumper..
I would not allow them the keys to my car again to fix the bumper.. they have proven to be unsuccessful for the past 2 times.. I would rather go with another. They do not take responsibility (handed the bill to the color specialist and at then myself); but rather, very good at placing the blame.
I would NOT recommend them.

My recent experience with Eurotech, and especially with Tanya was wonderful. She is extremely knowledable and truly cares about her customers.
I have a 11 year old Mercedes that the insurance company wanted to total.
Tanya worked what I feel was a miracle to find all the salvaged parts to repair my car in order to save it. Being that this vehicle only has under 90K miles it would have been a shame to not be able to fix it.
In the end we did not have to pay a dime and my car looks like new.
I have read all the reviews for this business and I do not understand why the good reviews are filtered and the bad ones are not.
I do not write many reviews on buisnesses because it is time consuming but by the same token, I feel that if a buisness gives really great sevice they should be recognized in the same way consumers need to be warned about service that is not up to par.
I hope that my review is not filetered by Yelp.

this is a very top notch collision center. i had my car completely repainted here a few months ago. excellent service and quality. even tho this is a high end collision center that deals mostly with mercedes benz and other high end vehicles, they do any car. each car gets treated the same no matter what make and model. i had my nissan repainted here and it looked flawless. Also had my lancer evolution hood and front bumper painted here. both parts look perfect. if your looking for a honest, high quality, service friendly collision center then you might want to swing by eurotech for a free estimate. if you have a mercedes benz then you should really go to eurotech!!

I brought my Mazda (2007 CX7) into Eurotech for a tune up this week based on a referral from a local friend. I'm in town from LA and haven't been able to find anyone reliable to fix my car where I live (including the dealer...) I worked with Mike and Andriy and they were professional, courteous, helpful and timely. Best of all, they did an amazing job on my car!
First, the mechanics diagnosed my car and then Andriy called me to tell what they found. Andriy explained, in detail, what I needed fixed, how much it would cost and what my alternatives were. He needed to order one part for my rear brakes and got the part the next day. All in all, my complete tune up took 2 days and it feels like I'm driving a brand new car New brakes, new engine filter, new air filter, new oil, complete detail, and recommendations for what should be serviced next at 90,000 miles. All for an extremely reasonable price! I highly recommend Eurotech for anyone looking for quality car care and honest, talented mechanics.

I would recommend Eurotech for quality of work, price, and level of service, I have a BMW z4, and normally would take my car to the BMW dealership for repair and service until my warranty expired or certain repair was not covered under warranty and I needed to obtain a 2nd quote. Eurotech trained technicians and professional staff provides quality of work at half the price or more as compared to the dealership; and they have the expertise and latest equipment and tools.

My car was towed to Eurotech in August. YES AUGUST we are now in January. I had wanted to communicate with the owner at the begining who was on vacation. I asked that they start the work on my car right away. However they did not began the work for over a month? Then they said that they were waiting on parts then there was something else and something else. My inusurance did not cover a rent a car. Eurotech new this. The owner when speaking to him in November explaining that took to long and that I had placed several calls to him and no return call. I was paying almost a $1000.00 a month to rent a car and we are a family of five three kids. I knew the brother from Eurotech who was the professional one he got out of the business When speaking with Mike the owner he was short and rude and did not feel that they owed any discount on the length my car being fixed. I have been reading their reviews and now think that my car will have more damage or that the job may not be done correctly. They still have my car. Given that the car took months and my having to pay thousands of dollars for a rental car I needed to work something out. paying 1500 and then 1200 for two months. They kept finding new problems on the car? I kept having to pay for this. which is fine but keeping the car for months is crazy! I have tried to reason with them can you believe that they even added storage fees of $80.00 a day This company is a snake and I do not trust them. I am even fearful what they may do more to my car to damage given my message that I am writing now. My car is still with them. I would never recommend coming to Eurotech body shop. If they can do this to a family with kids they can do it wiith anyone.
