This is the service station located within Shell. These people are very dishonest. They over charged me for my bbq gas refill. They charged me the full price for the container, even though I brought a container in. When I asked the cashier why it was so expensive he stated that is was the tax. I told him how he over charged me and he said too late I already paid.
It was a very frustrating situation. This Shell also fixes cars, I would not trust them to fix a car and be honest about the costs.

If I could I would give less than one star to this place. They are thieves, I am not joking.
I went here a while back and had a couple of repairs. They told me they replaced the parts and charged me almost $700. The dealer had given me a quote of $1200 so I thought this was a great deal. A week later, my car broke down. Took it to the dealer and they said that the same part needed to be replaced. I told the dealer I had just replaced it and they said that it looked old and it didn't seem like it was ever replaced.
Long story short, this place uses old used parts and will charge you for a brand new one. Do Not Go Here!

They wanted to charge me 170 for an axle (part only). I called oreileys pep boys and autozone just before they slid my card and all those places were 60 bucks max!! And this place said it was 'brad new'. So we opened it and it had rust on it!!! They charged 341 for a brake master cylinder job here btw, (00civic lx auto) I haven't called around on that yet to see if that was fair. Part was 170 the labor was 150 to install and bleed. You be the judge if that was fair

Prices are a bit higher compared to others, but that's to be expected for the area - you're paying for convenience. The staff do try to be helpful!

I am reviewing the Encino Auto Care Center and not the Shell gasoline. These two are at the same address under Shell. If I could I would give less than one star to this place.
