The front bumper of my 2008 Acura was coming off due to a nasty argument with a concrete bump stop in a parking garage in San Jose - it won the argument. Some front end parts fell off and I could hear other parts fall off the car as I drove it home to Hollister. A plastic under carriage scuff plate was damaged beyond repair.
The next day, I took my car to one body shop guy who told me to come back Saturday. Well I needed to use the car for the next two days so I called Hollister Collision Center and the nice lady told me to come on down. Brian took a look and had a technician fix it while I waited for about 45 minutes. I was charged just for the mounting clips they used...$20 bucks. I was shocked and delightfully surprised. I actually tried to tip them because I thought I would have to pay at least $200 for their excellent work.
Hollister Collision Center is a great business and the many certificates of professional competence as well as certificates of appreciation from local nonprofit organizations whom they financially support means they give back to the community.
I totally recommend Hollister Collision Center to anyone who needs auto body work in San Benito County.

Took my jeep here for paint repair after someone sideswiped my parked car. I contacted them for a quote the Friday before a holiday weekend. Mike conducted the quote and handled all the insurance paperwork. Insurance was approved the Wednesday after the holiday, car dropped off on Thursday and was back in my garage good as new by Friday! I was thrilled with the level of customer service at every point in the process. Mike was very friendly and explained everything that would happen. The onsite Enterprise desk made the rental a breeze too... I got to sign the rental car paperwork while they were checking-in my car and was on the road in 10 minutes. In the 36 hours my car was in the shop, I got two courtesy calls from the front desk letting me know the progress, update to the anticipated pick-up time, and when it was ready. This was the part that completely surpassed my expectations. After a horrible experience with the driver that hit me, and having to constantly call her insurance company to push the claim forward, I was so relieved to finally feel like I was taken care of. Hopefully I won't need to take my car back for anymore repairs, but I did take notice of "car spa" services that I'll definitely be returning for!

Best Body Shop in town ! Excellent service done to your vehicle. If you need anything from a simple oil change to collision repair , this is the place to go. I felt like all the employees were very courteous and respectful . They make all their customers feel important as they walk you through the whole process. They live to their motto , "quality never takes a day off ! "

My 2012 Ford Focus got rear ended and I have Black Metalic paint , which sacred me as to matching the paint. WOW was I pleased when it was done.
Highly recommend them. Very Friendly!! Very professional and work waqs done right on time and I will use them anytime I need work done..

Ive should of taken my car somewhere else. They promised me my car would be ready in two weeks , well they kept calling changing the date . Four times they did this to me . Every time i called to ask about my car they were rude. Giving me every stupid excuse . Finally my car was ready after almost a month it just needed to get waxed. "Pick it up anytime tomorrow" yay! :) I get there my car still not ready! I was really upset.. I got more upset when the workers were using very bad language. "F*** this" "F*** that" not a good way to talk in front of a costumer. Really immature people working here .. I was happy with the outcome looked pretty good . Then i noticed white non removable specs on the trunk .. Great! There i go again .. The manager said "great now people are gonna be coming in to remove water stains" stupid joke.. They werent water stains . Im never coming here again . Very bad experience.

I wanted to give it some time before giving my review. Just to let my feelings settle. I am very pleased with the professionalism and kindness given to me though out the repairs on my truck. I was told it would take 4+ days to complete the work needed. It did take them one day longer to finish. But I would rather it take that one day longer, than the work being rushed and not being completed with the quality I expect. Thank you Hollister Collision Center.

The best repair shop! Someone driving an F150 pulling a trailer backed into my car while it was parked in front of my house. My car was babied and didn't have a ding on it prior to this and I was so sad and angry. Hollister Collision Center fixed my car so beautifully that you can't even tell it was hit. It is just as gorgeous as it was brand new. I'm so happy with how nice it looks, I want everyone to know. I'm super crabby and jaded but they went above and beyond and I have nothing but nice things to say. Now everyone stay the hell away from my car .

Didn't have time for me. Gave me every excuse in the book why they couldn't help me. Why I was being treated like after I said I was rear ended, is beyond me. It seems like they helped the person in front of me just fine. Sorry lost my business and respect with the very rude treatment.
