After getting my car window busted in and having interior damage done to my vehicle because of it, my insurance referred RJ's to fix the damage. I was hoping to be able to have my window fixed right on the spot, however my car required more work than I anticipated to where I could not drive it home. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and even offered me a ride home from a very friendly employee of theirs. I feel very comfortable leaving my car with them and am overjoyed with the hospitality of their associates. Being new to the Fresno area, I will continue to keep my business with RJ's as well as recommend them to anyone in need of a great auto body shop!

Started with Chris answering the phone, just great customer service and really felt he was going out of his way to help me. Once I arrived he greeted me and was just a hands down great guy, again going out of his way to help me. Understood my situation and listen to my wants and needs. Got rear-ended coming home from Disneyland (awesome right?) so brought my car here since it was recommended by the other car's insurance. This place was very professional and friendly. They fixed my bumper (I had 1 large scratch on the right from a previous incident and the new damage from the accident). They did such a good job my car looks brand new again! I'm so happy with the work they did and feel even more rest assured knowing that they have a lifetime warranty on the paint job and work they did on my car. Only down side was they kept spelling my name wrong on the paperwork, but as long as my car is fixed I'm perfectly happy :)

Got into a car accident on the highway after work. I actually took my car in to another shop but they were full so I called ZJ Autoshop. The front desk ladies were welcoming. My estimator explained the process to me and my car was estimated for completion in 3 weeks. Total damage was $6,000 for a Toyota Corolla. Got my car 2 1/2 week later- my car was completed earlier than anticipated. It has been a month and a half now since the repairs and my car is running just as good as it used to. I would definitely recommend them. They even called me a month later to check in on how the car was running.

I heard a couple of good things about this place, so when we had a little fender bender I took it to Zj's Auto Body to get fixed. Front desk ladies were very helpful and nice. Estimator was spot on with his estimate. Explained everything and was very reassuring. But the best thing was the job was done to perfection. We got our car back in three days. Except for the fact that we had a small accident it was a very nice experience, I would recommend this place to anyone.

First off... In case no one else knows this... When they want to give you an estimate, they tear apart your vehicle, even though it says in the contract that they will contact you before going ahead with additional repairs, which they won't. After my Subaru Forester was rear-ended, ZJ's did an excellent job repairing my 15-year-old car. It may be old but I've taken care of it all 15-years of ownership, and ZJ's treated my car with as much TLC as all of the cars they repair. They have a professional, courteous team! Great service, everyone at the front desk was friendly and prompt. My estimator, David Dudek, was also a Toyota truck owner and was helpful while providing an estimate for my 4runner. They communicated well with AAA and Hertz to get me into a rental. 4runner came back looking better than before the accident.

I love them! They did a fabulous repair and even arrange All American Glass to repair my windshield during the visit. Monita stayed late so I could picked up my car after hour after work! Josh was very helpful with my heavy car seat. Everyone was friendly and nice. I highly recommend their service to everyone.

Don't take your vehicle here if you ever get into a car accident and your insurance company refers you to this shop which would be part of their network. I'm not saying they wont do a good job fixing any damage but they definitely don't try to get you the most $$$ for your damage. If it's through your insurance network they are working for them not you the insured client. Words of advice go find your own autobody shop and one that'll speak for you on your behalf. I took my vehicle here recently and initially got a quote of around $850 then behind my back they changed the quote to only around $450!!... only updating my insurance company about the new estimate and not me the client who is the one burning my hard earned money each month to pay for full coverage insurance. The way this was handled is not ok.

I got rear ended, and had damage to my rear bumper. I chose this body shop to do the repairs on my vehicle. They did the repairs, but unfortunately, the color of the bumper did not match the color of the body. However, for no extra charge, they took the vehicle back the next morning, and had it back to me by the end of day, and the color was perfect! They are fast and friendly, and even provide a shuttle service in a small Fiat 500, just in case you need a ride to, or from, the body shop. Regardless of the first paint job, its the final quality that matters, and they did a great job. They informed me that the car should not have been released with the initial paint job, and apologized. They drove me home and picked every time I needed to go to the shop. Hopefully I don't need to return to a body shop again, but if I do, I will choose this one. If you're in the Clovis area, and need some body work done on your vehicle, I recommend this shop. They go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of.
