Hi my names Anthony and i just wanted to say that i had the greatest experience at PREMIUM AUTO EXCHANGE !! i really thought i could of never got the car that i wanted and they made sure that happened with there really great CREDIT REPAIR program and the fact that they really now what there doing when it comes to cars and customer service !!. they really helped me get the Car that i wanted in a professional manner with now hassle .i really felt like i was treated like family when ever i was there ..it wasn't like any other dealership i've went to were they the guys want to just make a quick buck .These guys honestly care about making your life better .they are always there if you need anything ..even repairs outside the warranty ..its like my one stop shop now .i get my oil changed there and any extras i need done .they have a great mechanic and a nice team of salesman that care .i would recommend this place to any one who needs a car or there credit repaired because now my life is great because of Premium Auto Exchange . just make sure you ask for Erik , and he'll take care of you !! :D

Bought two cars from here and I loved them both, The customer service is great and they will do anything they can to get you the lowest rate possible. I would recommend anyone coming here to purchase a vehicle of your choice. If they don't have the vehicle you like they wouldn't mind finding you one online. I wanted to take the time and thank Eric and the entire team for all that they have done for us! We have just purchased our 4th vehicle from them and it won't be the last! My wife wrecked her 2008 BMW last week and they had her in a 2012 BMW hard top convertible the next day we stopped by! They truly treat us like family every time we go there. Sends out scam letters stating you won a prize that you match numbers under the scratch off when that is the gimmic. That brings you in so they can match a second number to what is most likely a 5$ walmart gift card. Secondly as we went to leave and i was adjusting our daughters car seat nearly got back into by one of there mechanics. After i told him i was takeing care of my daughter he proceeded to inch back and rev his motor and spin the tires on the car (which they are trying to sell.) My family gets yelled at by one of the sellers because the whooping 5 minutes it took to fix my child was to long for their mechanic to wait.

Best service I have ever had in my 50 plus years of buying cars. These people are fantastic and go way beyond customer service. They found me the lowest apr and then found me an even lower one with Wells Fargo and rewrote the contract. I went from 6.25 to 4.28 %. What other company would have done that. Love these people. Buy your car from them. FABULOUSLY FANTASTIC

Melissa was awesome. I had recently went to tom Bush and got a vechile, they were rude and didn't want my business. I happened to stop by premium auto exchange in saintaugustine. I explained my situation to melissa she was more than willing to help and got me in a very nice vechile. The Jacksonville dealership was awful. They advertise a vehicle for $14,888 online and when I get to the dealership the price goes up to $20,000. Not only was the price jacked up, when I called the salesperson on the price he tried to tell me the additional charges were for bank fees...I then asked what were the specific charges he couldn't tell me. Used car salesmen....good thing there are other avenues to buy cars then to deal with shysters like these people.

Very poor experience. No one called back.l felt as through something shady was going on with the car that was 2006 volvo that was on the market 260 days carguru and 45 days in their dealership. I ask about the service record and no one could tell me. I also was lied to and told the manager will call back. STILL WAITING!. I decide to drive 45 minutes away with my sick elderly father to see the car. I called before I came spoke with a sale man named Ben no problem be there. Guess what no car ! Ben said wait 25 minutes because the car is at an event. Now ,I called ,waited and was lied to again. This car was probably a come on to get you in the dealership. Don't waste your time shop some where else. , I call again and spoke to Ben. He told me the car would be there after traveling 45 minutes away. Guess what no car and the other was sold.

My husband and I were looking to trade in our vehicle for something newer and a little nicer. After going to a name brand dealership and being given the run around for almost a week, we decided to check out Premium and I am so glad we did!! Justin was our sales rep and he was amazing! He made sure I got what I wanted and worked the deal so that the down payment and payments were what I asked for. Everyone in that dealership is awesome! They are all friendly and treat you like family. I am so glad we ended up here and I love my new Nissan Xterra!!! We will definitely be back to buy from here and only here!!
