I've been here twice now and I'm very pleased with the service. I'm the stereotypical girl who doesn't know anything about cars. But, that doesn't mean I'm stupid.
I think the mechanics here are awesome. If you show genuine interest they will explain what they are doing so that you are informed. I relied on the 5 star reviews to find this place and I haven't been let down. Like many others stated, I am very pleased with how I was treated and updated on the needed repairs. My car's oil pressure was low and the maintenance light AND check engine light were on and of course, not knowing what those mean, I was a bit worried about my car. They explained the work to me and even gave me a discount since it was close to $1,000.
I'm not sure why other people have had bad experiences here but I can't speak for them. As a girl who knows very little about cars (I would need to google how to jump start my car) I appreciate that I can rely on them to take care of my car and explain things so that I do understand how engines/cars, etc. work. As long as I am in the neighborhood I will continue to bring my car here for service.

This place is the best!!!!! I had work done in March 2015 then found out last week August 2016 the part on my car needed to be replaced. I called and Orr Automotive and they stood behind their work and replaced my failed part. Would have cost me twice as much to have the work done at Firestone. Orr originally charged half of what Firestone charged. Orr Automotive charged me Nothing. What honesty and Integrity just as it is stated on their front door. I recommend this place as a first choice to always have my car worked on. These guys are absolutely amazing. You will not regret having them work on your car and stand behind their work. Simply the best!!!!!

I was here before New Years eve. I brought my Range Rover for a full thorough inspection since I seen how many good yelp review they had. My truck needed front and rear breaks and calipers, also they found my battery to have a bad cell. They quoted me for the work over $1k, I trusted them and ok the work. I also told them there was something wrong with my air bag system. They charged me an extra $79.00 to perform a diagnostic and look for the repairs needed.
My truck had to stay at there shop for over 2 days, these guys either where too busy to look at it or did not know what the issue was. When I pick it up I was expecting to get a full report on the needed repairs and suggestions on what I should do. I had questions and the old man there at the front desk had no idea on any of my questions. His reply was (We couldn't get a diagnostic on the parts needed for repairs, the estimator will contact you after the 1st to give you the estimates on the works that's needed and any other solutions)
I have never since heard back from this guys, they never called me or followed up with the work. I was expecting a call back with a quote and the full report on what they found and was needed.
A month has passed and the breaks are making a squeaky noise, not sure if thats normal or not but for spending over 1k in a simple break job I would like my breaks not to make any noise.
I have found a different mechanic who is now working on my truck and fixing the issues, he also advised me the $ I spend on breaks and battery was way over priced. I paid over $1200 when the job was no more then $600-$800. This guys ay over charged me, not sure because it was a RR or because my truck was there for 2 days.
Honestly after my experience I would not recommend this place to anyone. Range Rover might not be there specialty. If you have a Range Rover and are thinking of taking the truck here I suggest you look else where.

This place is the worst rip off automotive place I've ever been. Very dishonest and lie about everything. It used to be a good honest place when Jim Orr was there but after he sold it the place went downhill. The owner is disgusting. I'm dumb enough to go there even after I had proof they were ripping me off. They charged for things that were never replaced or needed. In addition the employee scraped my car up with his which I noticed immediately because his car was turquoise blue and that was all over the side end of my car. Nate said he'd look at the video camera and call me. He never called but when I called him back he said the video showed nothing. He didn't want me to see the video either.

Terrible attitude. Moved out to the Claremont area from Pasadena. Visited the shop first time just to inquire about setting up appointment for an oil change service. Guy immediately starts lecturing me about the "standard practice" in the "automotive service industry" to justify why his business is unable to clearly specify a time window for a standard oil and filter change + fluids check service. Does it take 1 hour? 2 hours? a half day? He couldn't or wouldn't say, just made it seem like I needed a special lesson about his industry and why his time was so much more valuable than mine. His waiting room was full of people just...waiting, which should have given me some indication of how much his business values customer time.
When I told him that I appreciated the insight into the way he does business and that I already have abundant experience -- some 20 years -- in working with good auto mechanic shops from east to west coasts, most recently in Pasadena, this guy immediately starts questioning those good people's business practices. Well, he says, if they can get you out in 30 minutes, their business must be slow or they must not be thorough. Oh, please. When I say that maybe the other mechanics I've worked with have more staff or a management system that helps them accurately estimate time, the guy was completely dismissive. No, no way, he says, they've got to be doing something wrong. Yeah, sure. Meanwhile he's the one unable to tell me how long it will take him to do a basic oil change service.
Bottom line, this place is full of superior attitude to cover a lack of professionalism and courteous customer care. Won't be back, better off avoiding. Cannot imagine why they have all of these positive reviews; their customers could do much better if they shopped around a little.

These guys are always a phone call away to answer/troubleshoot my automotive needs.
Called today (Saturday afternoon) with a question about leaking engine fluid. John recommend I bring it in for a check. I drove straight over & thankfully so. I have a cracked radiator. They will take care of this & few other repairs while she (Berlin) is here.

My hubs and I were going away for a mini Vegas vacay this weekend and we realized that we needed a oil change before we left! I was looking around at mechanics and stumbled upon Orr automotive and their great reviews so we decided to give them a try!
We came here on a Friday afternoon after work and Chris greeted us when we walked in. We asked them for an oil changed and Chris said they were booked solid all day and wouldn't be able to see us... The hubs and I sighed in disappointment and then Chris said he would check with the back to see if they could squeeze us in... Chris said in a Rare occasion they will be able to see us!
He said they would be able to get us out of here in 30-45 minutes. What a nice employee! He cranked the AC for us on this hot summer day, put ferris buller on and let us relax until our car was done!
The waiting room has a keurig machine so that you may brew a cup of joe while you wait and they even provide different phone charger cables on the couch!
I am fully impressed! I have never left a mechanic so happy :) they just got a new returning customer!

Awesome customer service!
I saw the reviews and decided to call for a quote to get my car's clutch totally repaired, since it was fully worn out. They gave a very fair price of about $650, but had to add an extra $250 to repair the flywheel as well, since it was damaged too. The car was dropped off when they closed and was able to leave it their garage no problem. They fixed it by the end of the next day!
Also, they were able to refill the transmission oil, since they found out it was low, AND they found some leak in the rear of the car and plugged it, all free of charge!!
They are very professional and excel at their job! Very pleased with how they treated me and how they updated me with details on my car's progress. Too bad I was low on money and was unable to tip them at the time.

Great customer service!!
I was desperately trying to get an oil change. And I have been looking on Yelp to find a good auto shop. I found this on Yelp and decided to check it out.
They told me that my car may need a synthetic oil, but since I have no knowledge about my car, I just decided to go ahead and let them do it.
They said that without an appointment, I may have to wait for three hours, so I decided to go somewhere first and left my car with them. Less than two hours, they called and told me that my car was ready.
Also, the price that they originally told me was for Toyota Prius, but my car was Toyota Yaris. They apologized and adjusted the price for me. I also did use the check-in coupon with Yelp and were able to lower the cost down.
Overall, I think they are great! Definitely returning next time :)

I was in a desperate situation so their ability to take care of my daughters car in short order was very much appreciated as it was Friday and she needed her car to be able to return to the Bay Area by Sunday afternoon. Given the fact that her car was not a mainstream model (Suzuki Grand Vitara) and their willingness to take on the job gives them a thumbs up rating from me! They had her back on the road just a little over 24 hours later and a new appreciation for Auto Mechanics from me!

This review is for all the auto shop skeptics. I've been burnt by shops all over the country - some overcharge, some are dishonest, some do a half-ass job, and some even tamper with parts so you have to pay for them (happened to me ). Then, Yelp led me to Orr Automotive.
I just bought a used Jeep and it broke down on the side of the highway... the tow truck brough it to Orr. Orr later called me and said the fuel gage was off, so it simply ran out of gas. I was relieved, and they only charged me a discounted diagnostic fee... They even filled the car up a bit for free. I was ready to spend the money to fix something big if I had to, and they were honest from the beginning and saved me some dough.
Next, I brought in my 2005 Honda Civic to get a full 100K mile tune up. A guy named John helped me, and took care of everything I needed in a timely manner. He got me an amazing deal on a new & freshly painted bumper, and he even detailed the car once I showed up to pick it up. He went above and beyond!
For these reasons, I will bring all my cars here for service from now on. They are genuine people you can trust and are experts at what they do.

I'm disappointed with this mechanic repair shop. For a company that stands for integrity that's the last value I felt as a customer. I went in with a broken air conditioner on my Mazda CX-9 2009 vehicle and I left with an over 2000 dollar bill. I should have searched for another quote somewhere else but I was desperate to have it fixed since I use 70 percent of the time my car for work. I also let them know of my desperation to have it fixed thinking that they would care but they didn't. I also felt lied too, I was informed initially via phone that I was approved for 2000 finance and that the total cost for my repairs was 1800, yet when I arrive to pick up my vehicle my bill was over 2000 dollars and I was only financed for 1200 so I had to pay out of pocket over 900 dollars. Also when I arrived they had none of my paperwork ready and they couldn't provide me with the website to pay my bill on a monthly basis or an explanation of why my bill was over 1800. When I went to go inspect my car I noticed that my air conditioning from my back seat continued not to work so I had to leave my vehicle another day. I honestly just felt ripped off from this place and I don't plan to go back ever again. They really need to work on customer service and their integrity.

I have used ORR for the past two-three years. We took our car(06 Pacifica) in for a tune-up and EGR sensor repair before a Christmas drive up north to San Francisco. The technician unfortunately forgot to put the cap on the expansion tank, causing us to leak antifreeze. I have been informed that this particular technician is no longer there. To their credit ORR moved swiftly to fix the problem at no cost to us and apologized for the inconvenience. In the past they have also stayed later to assist us with getting repairs done in a timely manner and even looked for better pricing options for us to save money. They run a stand up business.

Highly recommend going to Chris & John at Orr Automotive. We went there for a pre-purchase inspection and they provided exceptional service, were very friendly and answered all our questions. Been a good spot for me being that I am up and down the hill from the high desert everyday. Cajon pass is hard in a car these guys have always fixed me up right and my toyota is purring again. I don't leave too many reviews because I'm very critical of people and especially customer service because of what I do for a living. Once you work in customer service you expect the best out of people because you do the best for your customers. With that said. I'm not an easy customer. I went here after being given a very costly quote from VW. I will say that I was happy with the service given its very hard to trust any mechanic as a female. Give them a chance. They will explain things to you and break all their pricing down. Thank you. I am happy with my car. It pains me to write this because I like to get my oil changed here but I had a not so great experience. Last Tuesday, I called and made an appointment for an oil change for Friday at 8:00 AM. I was so excited that they were going to be open. Well, when I arrived, there was no appointment. Whomever I spoke to did not write the appointment down and they were booked solid. They offered to take me in but it would be a "few hours" because they were booked solid. They even offered me a ride. However, I felt like I wasted my time calling to set an appointment. Moral of the story (but not that it will do anything): Get the name of the person you made an appointment with.

I moved to California a couple of years ago and this place came highly recommended by a friend...I was impressed so I took my truck here the whole time I lived in California (2 1/2 years). The staff is friendly, trustworthy and they they do a great job of helping you understand your options in terms of service. I don't know a lot about cars, so this is very important to me. I hate feeling like I don't understand my options when I'm paying money. In addition to the customer service, the work they've done has been top notch. In my time in California, I had a tune up, suspension work, new radiator, new battery and multiple oil changes. Orr Automotive is the main reason why my truck is still running strong at 215,000 miles! This place deserves 5 stars.

Went here on vacation with my wife when when we found a nail in our tire. I knew when the guy greeted me with "hey come wait in here, it's much warmer" and opened the door for me it wasn't going to be an average experience. They not only did an inspection on the whole car and fixed the problem they didn't charge us a dime! Great customer service and all very prompt without rushing! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an auto repair service shop to rely on year round.

Absolutely amazing service!!! I called and spoke to John, been told that I need shocks on my Camry by two different places. I needed a shop that is open on the weekends so I decided to call Orr Automotive due to the 5 star review on Yelp. John gave me prices right away and his suggestions, then proceeded to call me within an hour and says he would like to check out my car because thinking my problem might now have to do with the shocks. Took car down there...within a few minutes was told my shocks were fine...wear and tear on not so old tires (shaking at 45 mph) was caused by a right front axle that was bent. WOW finally honesty! LOL I thought was going to be outrageous but cheaper to fix that then get the shocks! Plus rotated and balanced tires to get me a few more months in so I can save for new tires. I have definately found my mechanic (being I am a woman) and will go back for my tune-up in which I have already gotten a quote. The place is really clean and they have a Keurig! Great coffee while you wait. Highly recommended and will tell all family and friends.

The reason for a five star is beside I used to go to Orr when i bought my first car 12 years ago and I just stopped coming simply I didn't love close. Well I bought a 2005 Nissan Altima and they are notorious for timing chain issues but that car had so many problems but the Nate and John went above and beyond themselves to fix my car when it sounded terrible. They were very honest from the get to even when I flipped on how much stuff was wrong with the car and no they didn't take me to the bank. They showed me everything that is wrong with it and even explained what happens. Long story short, I got all genuine Nissan parts and the best was the shuttle service which took me from there home and from there to work and both times each driver was a pleasure to speak with. I will never go to another mechanic as long as I live in inland empire or California. If you hate waiting for service, that isn't a bad thing. They have netflicks on all day and free wifi. Great job you guys

I always dread getting an oil change because of the long wait. I called before hand to ask how busy they were, the man who answered told me to come because it wouldn't take long. It was my first time. I checked in and got $10 off my oil change. They have three options. I got the basic oil change and it came out to $24. Great deal, great service. It was really fast and i enjoyed part of a movie as I waited. I would definitely go again.

Great service, took my car to another shop and they couldnt figure out the problem, the dealership said they couldnt see me for about a week. Then i stumbled across Orr automotive and how grateful i am that i did. While waiting to see what was wrong with my vehicle they put a movie on which seemed to help with the time flying by. Then when i was told it would be sometime before the vehicle would be ready i was offered a chauffeur ride home! first time ever, that was a big plus. So i went to the subaru dealer to get my oil changed, only because I had a coupon, and they told me I needed new brake pads and new struts. They quoted me an astronomical number, so I decided to get a quote from another shop. My friend referred me to Orr and I could not be more thankful. Orr told me I still had about 50% life left on my brake pads. They quoted me a price that was half as much as the dealer would have charged me for my struts, and this price was for upgraded struts! Overall I'm very happy to have found a trustworthy shop, it's so hard to find today. Once the work on my car commenced I had no way of getting home, so they drove me home! They completed the work on time and they were very friendly. I can't say enough good things about this shop. Thank you guys soo much! Oh and stay away from puente hills subaru.

A friend of mine strongly recommended Orr Auto, so I brought my Honda here for a repair a couple months ago. The owner (Jim Orr?) was very honest.
He told me that I would probably need to replace my spark plugs, based on the mileage on the car, but after looking it up in the computer, he reassured me that they were fine. How about that? A mechanic that tells you when you don't need something done! The last place I took my car to tried to up-sell me every 5 minutes, and pressured me to buy things that I knew were unnecessary, which was really obnoxious.
The cost was really reasonable, too. Bottom line: I would definitely bring my car back here.

I recently moved to Upland from Northern CA and was looking for a good spot for mechanic work. I was glad to find Orr Automotive. I have brought both my Dodge Durango and my wife's Toyota Yaris for oil changes and some diagnostics. Ken had great customer service! He gave us an estimate for the time it would take for each oil change and the price, and both were right on.
The real reason I'm writing today is another experience we had recently. I had a family member visit from Northern CA, while they were here they managed to blow their engine in their Ford Expedition!!! Obviously we were in a panic. I called Orr right away for an estimate. I spoke with Nate, he was professional and very courteous. He was able to put us at ease regarding our engine blunder. He quoted us a price and estimated how long the process would take. We had five days total before my relative needed to head back home. I called several other mechanics locally and no one was able to beat the price Nate had quoted me. In four days my relative had their vehicle back and was able to make it home safely.

Unless you are a cat, the squealing from under the hood is usually not a pleasant sound when you start your car. Being a student on limited budget, you quickly learn to adapt and acclimate to certain situations until it was in dire need for replacement. That, or because my tummy has a certain need for sushi buffets that paramounts other necessities.
The main reason that drew me into Orr was because my car was due for an oil change and once again I turned to my trusty pennysaver mailer for quick reference. John was helpful and took my car in and made sure to check if I needed the car back by a certain time. When I received a call back and there were other "things" that needed fixing, I knew it was time my serpintine belt needed to be replaced. Price was fair and John told me to bring my car back if it still made noise and he can make adjustments. Good thing is, it seems like they fixed the mouse problem under my hood.

This place is still GREAT! Had to get my VW Golf TDI towed here because of a massive oil leak. They looked at it right away and did a lot to save me money (including giving me a free part) .
Best of all, they showed me the old part (turbo system), how it worked, and where the leak was. Not every shop will take the time to do this, especially for a girl.
They even cleaned trash I had left in my car (oil containers).
HIGHLY recommended--honest, good prices, and take the time to discuss options and answer any questions you have.

A friend had recommended this place to me since he had just come here a few weeks before. Just came to get an oil change the other day and was told I needed some extra work done on my car, which is what other places usually tell me and pressure me to get work done on the spot. Luckily, this place is not like the rest. I didn't feel pressured to get work done, but was informed that it was highly recommended to avoid future major problems. I think his name was Ken who assisted me and was really helpful, since I don't know much about cars. Overall, I was completely satisfied! Great price, excellent service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Brought my car in here to get my water pump replaced. I seriously shop around when it comes to fixing car problems because I know some places will charge you thousands of dollars when reality, you should be paying couple hundred. I've also made a mistake of finding somebody off craigslist to fix my car because now that car is no longer drivable and had to get rid of it. These guys will help you out without ripping you off. I went through John and he was professional even though I was irritated from the other companies I've called. At the end of the day, they got the job done and I didn't get ripped off. My car drives smoothly once again.

Today the owner of Orr, Nathan, gave me a call. He had read the review I posted, remembered my situation (and even where I told them I was headed camping after stopping by their place), and gave me a sincere apology for my experience. In my previous review I had had absolutely no complaints about the work that was done to my car -- they had fixed everything I asked them to and did it quite quickly-- but I had some complaints about the other parts of my experience. After telling him why I had felt a bit hoodwinked, he explained why there had been some confusion and broke down their pricing and discounting for me, but expressed that he understands why I felt that way. After hearing his explanation, I really do believe he was trying to find a way to give me the best price he could. In my specific case, there were a few discounts (including the yelp discount) that were initially applied although in the fine print of the yelp discount it says you can't use it with other discounts. He also expressed sympathy over the fact that I couldn't legally drive my car off the lot (i could have it towed if I wanted to) due to California laws concerning brake caliper damage.
What was clear from my talk with Nathan is that he wasn't just looking to get a review changed (he didn't even suggest that I do so -- I told him at the end of our talk that I was going to), he was really looking to get input about how to make his business better in order to serve the customer better. I told him about how I had called his shop about the 2nd set of repairs and gotten a much higher estimate than the other places I called, and he explained the reasoning behind this -- a commitment to better quality parts (which inevitably cost more) as well as a commitment to pay his employees fair and commensurate salaries as well as provide them benefits. He also offers a 24,000 mile/2 year NATIONWIDE warranty on his labor -- something I was not told when I got the estimate and something few (if any) other shops in the area offer. Part of the reason he does this is because he acknowledges that many students from the Claremont Colleges (of which I am one) are only here for 4 years and then they and their cars are in different parts of the country. This is just another mark among many during our call that he really thinks about his customer and what's best for them, rather than what may be easier for him. In my case, my car isn't going to last much longer, so I would rather have the cheaper parts and no warranty. He was understanding of this situation and explained that they always offer to match prices when possible, and when it's not, will always try to work something out that works for the customer and realizes that in some cases the customer might rather have the cheaper price than the better parts and the warranty.
At the end of the call he told me that he really tries to build a relationship with his customers and wants them to feel that they can count on him when it comes to car trouble. He even told me that I should feel free to call him anytime to ask anything about my car or get a second opinion on an estimate.
I really feel that for someone to take time out of their day to personally call a customer shows and extreme dedication to their company being the best it can be. It would have been easy for him to brush off my review as it's the only one below a 4 and Orr still has a 5 star rating. But he didn't. Not only did he apologize (which would have been impressive in itself) , but he took the additional time to really listen to me and then run by possible solutions. Now, I think I should be the one apologizing for jumping to conclusions about Nathan and Orr. He's clearly a stand-up guy trying to do what's best for both his customers and his employees. I highly recommend that you give Orr a call if you're having car trouble and if you get lower prices from somewhere else, I'm sure Nathan would do his best to match it and explain the reason for the difference.

I totally agree with the other comments regarding the quality and honesty exhibited by Orr Automotive. Jim is as honest as the day is long and always has your pocketbook in mind. But you may have to wait in line as any mechanic worth his salt will have a waiting list a mile long.

I've been taking my car here for more than a year now, and they've always been super kind to me and helped me find ways to save money. They explain stuff well--John is great about making sure I know what's going on with my car. They charge really fair fees and they're pretty flexible about drop off/pick up times and even running through things quickly if I want to stop by on my lunch break. Needed all 4 struts replaced on my Corolla, called all of the top rated automotive repair centers in my area and these guys gave the best price. They did a free diagnostic and found that indeed the struts needed to be replaced. They also said that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. Did some research on what they were talking about and it was legit so I went with it. The customer service here was excellent and they were very willing to help me fix my problem. They even drove me to and from my house when the car was being repaired. Overall, best customer service at the best price. Would definitely go again and recommend to a friend.

Jim Orr has built a business here on his reputation. The rarest thing there is -- an honest mechanic. You can take your car here and trust him to do what is needed and not waste money on what isn't. Their work is great and you don't feel the need to be apprehensive and cautions. I can trust him enough to leave a credit card on file and have him do "whatever is needed" on my family cars. It can't get much better.

If there was a sixth star I would give Jim Orr that too. He has saved me so much money over the years. One time I was having trouble with my Honda Accord engine and had a quote from someone else for $3000. I took it to him and he said he didn't do that kind of work, but talked to his engine guy and they told him that there was a recall on the engine and to take it to the dealer. Saved me $3000. Then another time I had a tail light not working. Dealer wanted $300 for the module. He spliced the wire for less than $60 and got it working for at least three more years until I sold the car. His labor is always less than others. Its not his fault my cars need maintenance, but the advice and recommendations he gives on what to do are the best. You can believe him. Honesty and great attitude. He is not after your money. He just seems to like working on cars and you pay him to do what he loves.

Honest, generous service. I stopped by at 5pm on a Friday because I was leaking coolant and needed to know what was wrong. I asked them if they could just take a look and let me know the problem, and that if the radiator was busted I would replace it myself. In ten minutes, they raised up the car, found the leak, explained to me that I would need to replace the radiator (knowing that this wouldn't earn them any money) and even filled my radiator and reserve tank with coolant so I could get home. All on a Friday afternoon! These guys are great.

After scouting around for a place to handle my various family vehicles a Ford a Subaru an Audi and yes a Volvo that I wish were a Honda at times. The kids need to be unique right! But I get the Audi cause that is my forte. I was looking for a place that was in business for a long time because the last spot left me in a pinch with no warranty in sight cause the doors were closed. Found out they had 2 year 24k warranty that was cross country (one of the main reasons I chose them) and got a quote for my Audi Brakes and service smashed the penske dealer prices by 5 bills as in benjamins people! They helped me to get the dealer to accept the failed part causing me to be out only a partial of what it could of been cause I went with Mr. Quality who closed the doors down the street. They checked out the whole vehicle thoroughly and talked to me about a fuel injection cleaning, I wasn't sure about that but then they showed me all the build up in my engine with a fiber optic camera ..........talk about high tech and knowledgeable friendly staff. Called dealer they wanted $275 more yes more than Orr I could pay it but why when I now have new a place I can call my one stop shop closer to home with a staff that seems well versed in their profession. Honest they are as then soon after all my joy of getting 6 extra mpg cause of the injection service or that is all that could of caused this increase according to work performed, yes that is right 6 extra mpg tested 2 tanks and I track it close being a math guy. Glad to know that cause after my Audi's tip top return to the road my sons Subaru was in a bad way driving like an erratic demon on steroids. Meaning throwing lights and all not going over 35 while jerking all over the road............ thought the transmission was toast even told them that it needs a new transmission. They called me up about an hour and a $235 sensor did the trick, an upstanding decision as to their integrity when I was thinking thousands for a transmission that I sold myself on getting thinking that was the problem and would take a few days time instead a couple hours with a coolant service oil change tire rotation and these Gentlemen stepped up and made it happen in a short period of time with no complaint possible easy o the wallet considering the situation. Top notch guys i see why you are on here with so many good reviews keep it up! You got me for life which says a lot being that I was skeptical when burned by that other shop. Friends family and random people I encounter headed your way.

The mechanics here are good people. I've been taking my Volvo S40 there for over 3 years. They do quality repairs with fair prices. They have been nothing but helpful and kind. Nate always explains the car problem in terms that I understand and shows me the parts that were replaced. When I'm tight on money he lets me know what needs to be done now and what can wait plus they offer carecredit to help with the payments. When I had an accident and other person's insurance provided me with a rental car Orr dealt with the rental company regarding how long I would need the rental for. He also advised me on how to deal with the guy that hit me because he just wanted to give me cash instead of go through his insurance. Nate advised against that and thank goodness because the cost of the damages were WAY more than the guy was offering. That's just a few of the many ways that he has helped me out over the years. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone that wants an honest mechanic with quality service at an affordable price.

A++ service. My 2002 Mercedes c240 started overheating on Christmas eve, on my way to a friend's house, I did a quick search for auto repairs facilities near the area and Orr automotive was the closest one. Any way to make story short the shop was just about ready to close around 2 pm, guess it was a short day for them after all it was Christmas eve!. Turns out a had a defective coolant thermostat and a damaged radiator hose clamp!!. the guys stayed a little longer just to get the parts and fix my car. and they where happy to do it too, they got me back on the road in no time, my car is still running. and I might add, I have spend more in a single oil change for this same car at different mechanic shop's, then what I spend that they on the repair. this guys knew what they where doing, and did it fast, and they are good people tooo!!!!.
