Byrd's alignment and towing fix my sister's car when she was in town. She then had to drive back to Virginia and found that she was still having major problems after she got two new tires and some mechanical work done. After speaking to mr. bird he asked if she had receipts for any additional work that she had to get done because he was going to reimburse her for it. He asked that the car be brought back so that he could take the time to figure out what was going on and complete the services that he had been paid for. Not many places do this type of thing anymore, Byrd's Alignment & Towing really sticks to their word and they don't confuse you with a bunch of extras that you may not need. He is always busy but still takes the time to listen to the customer and ensure the customer is completely satisfied. I will continue to go back to this location and encourage others to support small businesses such as this one that are family owned and support the area and live or die, by their word.

I just moved to town and I dread the hunt for a new mechanic. I know nothing about cars and it is too easy for mechanics to screw me over. Bryd's was fast and friendly.
My car was making an awful noise; A horrible metal on metal sound. They knew exactly what it was it ended up being something small and costing 38$ for about a half an hour of labor to fix the problem.
I also brought my truck in for a repair that needed a part. I found my part with tax and shipping on the NAPA website for 86.00, Byrd's charged me 106.00 for the part, which is about a 23% increase. I would expect that is what they do with most parts. I suppose it's not as bad as it could have been.
No need to make an appointment, you can just bring your car on in.
They do good work. I will most likely go back.

Once again, Byrd's Alignment has proven worthy of your business. I had them work on several electrical issues I had been putting off, and they made accurate and timely repairs at half the cost I had expected. Two thumbs up!

My mother had been coming here for inspections and tire changes for years. So when I began having trouble, I came here as well, after a while the head gasket needed to be replaced and I spent over 1,000 here to get it fixed. My husband went in on Tuesday to drop off his car to get fixed and they told him that it would be ready today at 11:00 AM. Not only did they not fix the car, they made him wait SIX hours for them to actually work on the car itself. Then the owner tells him " Oh by the way your air compressor fan is broken. Sorry we broke it but you can come in Monday so we can fix it." WORST SERVICE HE HAS EVER RECEIVED. DO NOT COME HERE!

I would never recommend Byrds alignment to my worst enemy. Took my car there for repairs. I ended up taking out a loan for $2000. And they didn't get anything fixed. Now I'm paying the loan back for nothing thanks alot guys

Awesome! I had my brakes changed here about a week ago. After they changed the brakes, I had to come back due to a weird noise coming from the brakes. They fixed it right up! Usually they drive your car after wards to test the brakes, but I was in a hurry and they didn't get a chance to do that. It ended up being a loose spring, but they fixed it quickly and were super nice the entire time! I will definitely be returning here for all future services!

Byrd's is a great shop and have a great staff! I was visiting from Atlanta and my car was acting up. I had no clue what was wrong with my vehicle but expressed to the Owner my urgency to get the car fixed because I had to return home the next day. He told me I had nothing to worry about and that he would give me a ride to my house until the car was done and then he would come and pick me up. The bill was very fair and the service was a 15/10! Anytime i'm in the area Ill be getting my car checked up her
