I highly recommend using this repair shop. They do excellent work, and are very courteous. They did some repairs which included painting my back bumper. It came out so good, I can't wait to go back to have them paint the rest of they side moldings so they all look like new .... THUMBS UP!!!

Great, fast service! My minivan ran over a box on the freeway that fell off a truck,
I pulled off the freeway and went directly to Malone's Repair. The shield over the tire area was scraping the ground as I drove, Marcos cut it off and Vanessa ordered the part to replace it. Quick service, I drive all day for my job and needed this done pronto, Malone's made it happen. Thank you

I got my truck back from Malone's I took it there since I was involved in a car accident they did a GREAT job my front bumper looks like new like if I never had any damage there they did an excellent Job, also they have great customer service Fatima and Juan helped me with everything also with the rental car which was alot easier then going somewhere else for the rental. STAY. AWAY. (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED)
I brought my car here because my insurance company is affiliated with them and I was supposed to save $100 on the co-pay. I also rented a vehicle here because it was convenient, also through my insurance company.
When I picked the vehicle, I noted that there were footprints (use your imagination) on the ceiling and that there was a distinct and unpleasant odor in the car. Since it was about a 5 day deal for me, I noted it to lady who did the paperwork and was on my way.
About 10 days later, I picked up my car and the BS began. First: My car would not start and they needed to jump start it. Apparently, no one checked my battery. Second:The mileage on my car had increased by about 300 miles, so someone was using my car, because it doesn't take a 300 mile journey to determine if a car is working. Third: Once I got home, I noticed that the mirror adjustment was not working. I had to drive all the way back to Malone's to get it repaired. This doesn't say much for their quality control or caring about customers time. Fourth: When I was paying, they would not accept my personal check for more than $250, so I had to pay the rest in cash. Not very convenient and pointing to the sign on the desk and telling me it is policy, does not ameliorate the fact that they put the burden on the customer to find out. It was really very silly, since they did take the check from my insurance company for over $2,000.
Finally, the worst experience I had occured later. When I returned the rental car, I asked to have someone inspect the car. Juan told me that it was all good and that If I had filled the tank, I was good. I stated that I had in fact filled the tank with gas and asked that he inspect again, but to no avail. A month later, I got a $100 charged from Hertz on my credit card for cleaning the vehicle. Huh? The vehicle was cleaner when I brought it in than when I picked it up! Garage kept and wiped down every day. I am 62 years old and retired, I have nothing better to do.
Malone's acts as the intermediary for Hertz. They do all the inspections and paperwork, plus the contract is between my Insurance Company and Hertz. But for some reason, I was being charged for "CLEANING" a vehicle that I did not dirty? I don't know what happened to the vehicle between the time I dropped it off and it got back to Hertz. No one called to discuss any issues with the vehicle. But, they just decide to charge my credit card fro $100? Unacceptable. The only reason they had my card number was their claim that if I failed t return the car full with gas, they would have to charge me for it.
So, to say the least, I have lost my trust in this company. When I called, I got this fellow named Manny who tried to call Hertz, but with no success. I have nothing left that I can do and no way to express my displeasure, except for this yelp review. So for those of you considering this company, please make sure that you take my warning seriously. So far, no one has called me to apologize or refund my $100. This is a despicable way to treat customers, and I hope that they discontinue doing so and concentrate on building trust in the community.

I just got my car back from Malone's. Someone had backed into my car and scratched up the passenger side door. The staff at Malone's took great care in fixing my door, it looks brand new! I would recommend Malone's Collision Repair to anyone looking to get there car fixed. They work quickly, are efficient and were able to get my car done a little earlier than initially estimated.

I had dropped off my sister to get her car and while i was there i thought " hey i might as well get a quote for my car" because someone did a hit and run and scratched my paint on my rear bumper to the point where it is peeling/flaking off as soon as i walk in theres a female receptionist (around maybe her early 40s) and tells me what i want and i explained i would like a quote my how much a repair would cost me. She immediately says "its better to do it through your insurance." I know damn well that might be the case but i at least cant get a quote? You cant send someone to give me a price range?? If im willing to pay my money is as good as any one elses right? After something like that you lose interest in doing business with someone. I wont give my hard earn money to someone who is rude. Cant do business with everyone.

This place is great. My wife got in an accident that wasn't her fault so had to take it to the other insurers' approved shop - which in this case was Malones. Boy were we lucky! What tremendous service. They were super fast, professional and friendly. And they cleaned both interior and exterior before we picked it up! Can't recommend enough.

Took in my '03 BMW convertible to replace my hood and front lights. The day I was supposed to pick it up they called me telling me that my passenger side mirror "fell off" when they were washing it, and they would not replace it. When i went to look at my car, my hood would not pop out correctly and they had just re-glued the mirror back on.
I would NEVER go here again nor recommend this place.

These guys did an amazing job. I always heard bad things about Progressive insurance claiming process.. and finally using it for an accident that happened awhile ago brought us to this repair facility, which was of course recommended by Progressive.
Obviously I was skeptical but once I saw the end result, I was convinced that this place was the real deal! The car was repaired to like new, fully washed and waxed, and on top of all of that; even cleaned the inside to a like new state.
Overall, I was very impressed by this company and its professionalism. I am going to call them soon and see if they want to make some money to detail another one of my cars since they did such a good job on our repair job. Most likely they won't do it but it sure would be nice for the right price!
Go here if you can, you won't regret it!

READ THIS!
Came to Malone's collision repair after reading the positive yelp reviews.
I feel a little disappointed on the service I received.
I don't think they managed their time wisely, there were A LOT of delays with my car and it was very inconvenient for me to find out I wasn't getting my car when they said it would be ready.
First they said about 2 weeks.
2 weeks turned into 3
I called to get a specific day
They said Wednesday at 5:30 which is strange since that's when they CLOSE.
So on Wednesday, One hour before they were about to close, they call me to let me know it won't be ready until tomorrow morning at 11am.
Thursday morning 20 minutes until 11am, I'm heading out to pick up my car when I get a call from Malone's Collision Repair they let me know its not ready, they don't know when it'll be ready but they will give me a call in a few hours. That's all they said!
They are very inconsistent with not only time but with pricing as well. I know labor/costs fluctuate but this was just ridiculous.
WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Best repair shop on town! My entire family goes there and everyone is always very happy with the work. Took my car in last month and looked brand new when I picked it up. They're not only excellent with their work but the customer service is the best! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and know what they're talking about.
I will definitely be returning if my car needs a fix.

I've had to bring my car to Malone's Collision on a couple different occasions. Each time I've had a pleasant experience. The staff there are always so friendly and the waiting area is very nice.
Every time I got my car back, it actually looked better than before it was damaged! They washed. waxed. vacuumed and cleaned inside and out. Not only that, they sent me text messages to update me on the status of my car. They also had a rental waiting for me!
The owners, Joe and Vanessa Malone always made sure to say hi and chat with me even though they were super busy! They made getting my car fixed super easy and convenient!
I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service!

I was in a fender-bender, and my brother suggested Malone's Collision. I had work done by Malone's years ago when he was on Market St and was happy with the work, so I decided to use their services again. My vehicle is over 11 years old, the repair work, paint job and finish was flawless! A few weeks later, my gas tank door fell off (it was near the collision site of the vehicle), so I took it in and Juan said they would take care of it, and within a week it was perfect again! I am very happy and satisfied with the friendly, professional service of Juan and the rest of the staff. I would definitely recommend Malone's collision to family and friends!

joe and his staff performed reconstructive surgery on our cars (one of which is 12 years old), including new headlamps, struts, and a bumper. they gave me a ride home, and had the work done perfectly, on time, every time.
there's a great smelling candle in the office. joe and his wife have been kind to me, no matter what kind of stress is involved.
i never visited the market street location. the shop on work street is excellent.

This Business is using their own employees to write their 5 star reviews for them. They are not that great of a body shop and prove it by tampering their ratings. How can you trust a business who has to have their own employees glorify their own business?? NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! I had a bad experience at this body shop! The employee in the front, I think her name is Vanessa or Valerie? has no people skills and tries to act like she cares and has attitude. I get my car back with interior parts missing that they forgot to order? Makes you wonder if they pay to get bad reviews taking off?

Everytime I have had an accident I know where to go. The best place to have your vehicle serviced! Staff is super friendly and they are honest people. The office/waiting area is nice and clean. When I brought my car in on several different occasions they had a rental for me waiting at the office! It was nice just to be able to drop off and drive away. I had my car fixed by them twice now. When my brand new, fresh off the lot car was hit a few months ago I immediately brought it to them again. The service is extremely friendly. The waiting area is clean and very nice. They had a rental car waiting for me and while my car was being fixed, I received updates on my car via text. Within 3 days my car was returned to me and they did an amazing job! Also, they washed and detailed the outside and cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car which was a nice surprise! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest auto body shop with exceptional service!

I knew this was a service-oriented establishment when they asked how (home/work/phone/email) and how often I would like status updates throughout the estimate, part procurement & repair process. Everything went totally smooth- I brought my car to the shop, and the rental company met me there. Malone did the estimate, communicated with the insurance company, and called me throughout the process with updates. Now my smashed up car is all new again! Malone Collision Repair is my new go-to repair shop!
